The executive is an executor, and does not make laws, so Executive orders are only valid if they are within the armbit of the law, irrespective of who is giving it. For example, the executive cannot legally throw the country into war, without the peoples representative saying yes. But in Nigeria, the Presidents keep deploying the military internally without due process, which is why most of the country now abhor the military institution as partisan or even ethnic instruments.

The senate, representing the multiple facets of the people, make laws, while the judiciary interprets the laws and points of conflicts, so that no one side becomes too powerful. This is not working in Nigeria.

To the issue of supreme Court vs Presidential orders. I do not think Buhari is banking on his orders superseeding the Supreme court, as it cannot. Rather, he is looking at maintaining the status quo at the time of supreme court ruling. So according to him N500 and N1000 have been destryed leaving only N200. So he is obeying the supreme court ruling by circulating the N200.

He is also playing on the time prank that Tinubus camp played with by getting a supreme court restriction that will outlast the elections. How? If you say he has not adequately obeyed the supreme court order, you have to go back to court to make a case, by then the election is over. Ofcourse you can argue he is not fully obeying Supreme-Court, because apart from the destroyed notes, people and politicians still have N500 N1000 notes to circulate.


However, where was Tinubu and his camp when the courts freed Nnamdi Kanu and Buhari decided to keep him locked up? They were hailing him. Freedom must be protected at all times, otherwise one day it will be your turn to be enslaved.

In the department of Chemistry, there's this course we take as a faculty course: General Chemistry II (Chem131.2). An easy course, quite easy, but with a huge number of failures. People are intentionally being given carry-overs by these very wicked lecturers. We wrote this course on the 4th of February, normally it shouldn't take more than one hall to contain the students writing it, but it took the whole 5 halls, full to the brim because of the number of students being given carry-overs unjustly, with more and more students trooping in to write this paper, imagine where invigilators stay to invigilate, that's where students were being squeezed in to write this exam cause of lack of space, and this is just my department alone.

After writing the exams, these chemistry lecturers move around looking for students who want to pass the exams, and asking them to write down their names and pay money, while they fail the rest students, even people who should make a perfect result are given a straight F! Isn't this beyond wickedness?! Even the devil cannot be this wicked!

Students would pass very difficult courses, write their projects and defend successfully, but still have this course holding them back, and one can't graduate without it, that's what these lecturers use to hold people back. You have U2016s still writing this course in 2023! People that ought to have finished with their masters. This is not even the height of this evil, even students who pay money which is almost half of the school fees for the whole year, to pass, are still being failed so that they'll pay another money again. And for those having extra year, you're also paying another school fees while you still remain in school. I'm telling you guys even the devil cannot be this wicked! But unfortunately this is happening in a whole UniPort!!

70% of people who have dropped out in my department alone, dropped out because of this course, how long should this evil keep happening? Just because of the few lecturers who want to enrich themselves at the detriment of the students and the image of the University. These students who have dropped out, imagine the stories they have to tell to students in other schools?

My philosophy of life is, anything you keep quiet to, you encourage, you not only encourage but you're part of it, I cannot keep quiet to this evil anymore!

Students are being failed unjustly! Imagine going for practicals, writing the tests and exams acing everything, only to get an F. Doesn't this contradict the essence of going to school?

There is nothing like conflict between genitals and gender identity. Gender itself is binary, you are either a man or woman; either male or female. Now whether the male or female in question finds it easy to conform and adapt to societal stereotypes for males and females is another thing. Op here are three things in those terms that makes this a zero case.
1. Sufficiency of Benefits. - your emplyment terms dictates that you will get a profit share as part of your compensation. They never paid it, even once, so the benefits are insufficient based on their own standard, as such that term of non competition has been breached by your previous employer even before you left their service.

2. The 3 years is ambigous, so you can define it as you want, starting from your first contact with the company.

3. The Non Competition clause is unenforcable, as most are which is why most companies never include such clause, only psuedo lawyers do. It is not aganist the constitution, but against your fundamental human right. The right to work and earn a living. No court will uphold it, unless they are paying you to stay unemployed for 3 years.

Based on these, do not just go to court to defend yourself, rather go to court and counter sue them for N100million, for 1 attempt to get you sacked and infringing on your human rights to work, 2. Witholding your share of the company profits for the period of employment. Since they did not say how much percentage of profit, find a reason to give your self a huge ridiculous percentage such as 100%/ number of staff.

You do not need a costly lawyer, look for a friend or use legal aid. They know they have no case, they just want to frustrate you. So frustrate them, by finding someone who will always attend court diligently.

I also pray sincerely that the holy spirit leads you to His truth, because it is important for your salvation to understand properly who Christ is, and why he is the only way, the truth and the light. The days of Noah, son of Enoch, references the time of the destruction of the children of the watchers or fallen angels, by flood through 40days and 40 nights of continuous rain. It is mentioned because in all their divination, no one knew this day was coming. So shall the second coming of Christ be.

It is not the beginning, the begining was with Adam. Second coming of Christ is also not the immediate end, Christ will rule for a thousand years,bringing peace on earth before he brings the final end and judgement. Then you are again doing a number on Cornelius outside what is written about him. He is a Roman soldier, likely Roman, from the Italian Regiment. These are clearly written in the Acts10. Anything you are referencing outside of the bible is a waste of my time and yours.
