I expect a retaliation from China. I see this ballooning to 200 - 250% in the coming days. We might even see 300% tariffs from both sides.

Nevertheless, I see the Chinese winning this or coming out victorious, although with scars here and there. Trump did worse to Huawei. It struggled at the beginning, but it has bounced back.

China will win this, and my bet is on the Chinese.

It is better to choose your fight wisely at any given time. China is currently enjoying a massive trade surplus over the US. In as much as US is trying to bully China, China should weigh its options and see if it is worth it, engaging in the fight, in the first instance. Can the Chinese economy be able to sustain the huge economic losses that may result because of this fight? There is no need being emotional. China should check the benefits and the advantages it gets because of its huge trade surplus with US and make some concessions, so that it doesn't result to unnecessary economic losses to its economy and entities.

Fair argument. The trade between the US and China is less than 10% of China's GDP. The figures are huge though, but other countries exist. With this suspension of reciprocal tarrifs, simply re-route goods through the usual China allied nations.

The bold is where I've issues with most women - you can't seek for a financially stable man and expect him to have you as his only woman and/or sexual partner, especially in a country where there are few of such men and many willing women. Also, childbirth has its own way of making sex unpalatable for most women. Men need sex, then these women use the same sex to police man thereby with-holding it from them.

With your example, you already see why women are actually important to men than men to women. As women have gained economic power, they see less need of men in their lives. Men, on the other hand, still seek women because of their hormonal urge.

To be fair though, you don't need plenty of money to start a family. You start small and play the long game. Fine, the economy has been a major problem but the concept of marriage and other social issues have become common. For one, the concept of getting the milk for free without owning the cow can make a man remain single. Two, women now have economic power than never before and generally as with all humans, economic power begets assertiveness and independence. Two concepts many men are yet to come to terms with.

China made a very big mistake in retaliating. There was no need fighting with Trump, knowing that China has been benefiting, disproportionately in her trade with US. Xi will put China into recession because of unnecessary fight. He should have swallowed his pride and allowed Trump be, so long China was still on top of international trade. You are fighting with your biggest trading partner, where you control 75% of trade between two of you. Xi no try at all.
