Firstly, Davido might be there, he might not be there. But his escort driver was there. So, Davido had no idea of whereabouts of his escort driver and vehicle, even if he claimed that he had no idea of his friends whereabouts? Think.
Secondly, no one accused them of murder. Going by their own accounts of the incident, it was involuntary manslaughter. And they made attempts to cover it up by dropping the guy at the hospital gate. They didn't wanted to be seen.
