Because if a person later find out in the after life that God is real, Jesus Christ is the only way to God through His death and resurrection, Heaven and Hell is real. the regret is forever, there is no coming back to make amend. That was why the young man was turned back by the Angel of God almighty. I have a true life story of man from that same church, he is a son to a dedicated worker of that church for years but he was a bad boy. It was during his NYSC he got a near death experience, he really left his body after he died. He geniunely accepted Jesus Christ and now a young wonderful pastor of the church. He told me his experience himself. So, you guys that are still son and daughters of pastors, ministers, but still do all sorts of evil still inside church, think twice ! Think twice !! In a masked platform, there is high tendency of having fake users.
You hardly know who u are talking to/with.
You don't see there pics, their videos or hear their voices.
In this kind of situation, it very hard to get attracted to anyone.
Even the one you like his or her post may turn out not having other physical attributes you desires in your dream partner.

In other social media, you sees the person you are reading his/her posts. You match his/her write ups with his/her physical appearance and decide whether to shoot ur shot or not.

In Nairaland, you have so many trolls cos they believe no one knows who they are. So you hardly sees anything that will move you to want to have more link to that person.

The recipient will accept it before the email will be delivered. So many users here do not even check their emails. So your friend request may not even be seen by the person u sent it to.

And to add to your points :

Distance is another issue, even if you try to, the person may not be at thesame location with you.

Many of the ladies on nairaland are not ready to build with a potentially good man who is yet to be financially bouyant.
