Oftentimes we hear about different opinions as to how marriage will survive and succeed. Unfortunately all these opinions differ in one way or the other. this brings a lot of confusion.
The truth of the matter is everything that we need to succeed in a marriage was well documented in the Bible. It is just the greed of man that we try to introduce our own culture. Over the years these new cultures have failed us.
If and only if all go back to the Bible. We will see how God actually wanted the marriage to be.
In the beginning God created one man and one wife. the man is to love and cherish the woman. This love is shown by providing physically spiritually emotionally and many all that ways for the wife and the family that is to come. This includes providing food clothing and shelter which are the three major need of man for his wife and family.
All these are well documented in the holy book the Bible. Also the woman have to show deep respect for the man. This includes taking care of the home such as taking care of the children cleaning the house and providing food for the house. These are all documented in the Bible.
In summary the husband provides for the house and the wives take care of the home. That means the man takes care of everything pertaining to the home and the household why the woman takes care of everything pertaining the home.
Modern tradition believes that spouse should assist and help. it is loving for a man to assist his wife if he really loved her. But what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. If a man is to assist and support a woman in her role as outlined in the Bible, she should also assist in man in taking care of the house.
My own thing is if a man asks his wife to support him 30% in his own role, then he should assist the wife 30% in her own role. If it is 50%, then it goes both ways. This is when marriage is palace.

I know this isn't the right section. But I don't know the right one and so I opted to post here since it seems to have a lot of traffic.

Yesterday, I returned to my room to find a rat dead in the middle of it. Ordinarily, I wouldn't be bothered. But this rat has clearly been bitten (pictures will be displayed below). I called a neighbour and we examined it. We were arguing if a snake could have done it, and if yes, why it didn't swallow it. In any case, we decided to leave it where it was to see if whatever killed it would return for it. I went to sleep at a friend's.

We returned this morning to find the dead rat gone. So, I called others to join me and we ransacked every nook and cranny of the room. We couldn't find anything threatening. But we did find another rat killed in much the same manner as the first (second picture).

It irks that I can't find what did this. I can't sleep in the room as it is. So please, experts in the house, help me to identify what it could be and what can be done.

Well, 2021 is coming to an end in some days. And I personally don't like the way the year went for me. So by 2022, I want to put in a lot of work in my hustle and pray that it pays off.

I have noted that there are many businesses 8n Nigeria one can start with little capital. The problems is that people open these businesses in already thriving location making it difficult as there is competition form others. This happen a lot in towns.
Most of these businesses are not in villages. Most of these village are viable location. But not wanting to go to a village and lack of basic amenities makes these place difficult to relocate to.
Leave your comfort zone. Look for many businesses in the cities that are not in nearby villages and start up something. You will be surprised at your growths within a year.

This is the video that has emerged online purportedly capturing the incident leading to the collapse of a female clubber at Abuja Club, Hustle & Bustle.

The incident, which led to the death of the lady, has been generating controversy.

Recall that following the incident, the club shut down its operation in order to join the family to mourn the deceased.

It had initially been circulated in the media that the lady was electrocuted.

But a trending video has now revealed what happened to the clubber on the said day.

The statement from the club reads:

Dear All,

We wish to thank our esteemed patrons and customers for their love and support these last couple of days. Indeed, the loss of a customer is a blow that hit us harder than we could have imagined, particularly because of the unexpected nature of her demise.

We want to extend our heartfelt sympathy once more to the family of the deceased; we pray that the almighty God will continue to grant them the fortitude to bear this painful loss.

Despite the myriad of question and assumptions out in the public, we had earnestly refrained from making any statement until this moment for two reasons; mainly because we had to join the family and friends to mourn a beautiful life that was taken too soon, and to enable the police to extensively conduct and carry out their investigations.

It therefore behooves on us at this moment to inform the generally public of these series of facts;

1. On the 14th of November 2021, a dear customer whilst leaving our premises, tripped and fell and this led to her painful and untimely death.

2. Owing to this tragedy, our management reached a decision to shut down our business so as to adequately mourn the deceased, and also allow the police unfettered access to conduct their investigations.

3. On that fateful morning, the deceased after leaving the club, was happily playing around with her friends, when she made a slight run, tripped and fell down a few meters to the car park and became unconscious. Sadly, she passed on, on their way to the hospital.

4. The Nigerian Police Force have extensively carried out their investigations and thoroughly reviewed our wide and lengthy CCTV footages and we await the report of this investigation.

We assure the public that we have employed several health and safety standards and we will continue to place safety over profit. We have also used this bitter lesson to upgrade our already decent safety procedures and we would do our utmost best to continue to serve as a leader in this sector.

May God bless the soul of the departed.
