Hello everyone,
I had my baby in November 2021 in Atlanta but my POE was Newyork and it was easy, I declared I was pregnant and the immigration officer asked how much I had and I declared.
As at the time of my interview I told them visa officer holiday because I wasn’t showing at all.
I got my visa in June 2021 and it will expiring June 2023 and I plan on using it again as I am due in July .
But I will be going in may which means I have 1 month left .
I will also be declaring and I hope they let me in for the duration I need to have my baby .
I also tried drop box earlier March 2023 and I was not qualified for drop box but I saw somewhere that was because I applied too early. I tracked my application and it went from application received to no status till I picked up and got a yellow paper saying I wasn’t qualified for interview waiver .
Do you think I should do another Dropbox before travelling or I should just use my old visa like that?
Anyone in this situation?

I will advice you use your old Visa, it now depends on how long you will be stamped in. Are you now qualified for drop box?

When you did your drop box earlier, where you notified to pick up your passports after the NO STATUS updates.

House, my IW Status was updated on 24th as Application Received. On 27th Morning Updated again as Application Received. But by evening on 27th I am seeing NO STATUS without updated date. What is next now? Has anyone encountered this before?

It is well. I have travelled twice to US without overstaying. I have renewed with drop box before this time and granted. Just wondering why they will require interview. And no dates. Hope they will give me the date for the interview as they are returning the passport 😀

Can he add it's previous work experience as current or just fill Non-Employed, the form will request for reason if Non Employed. They do not intend to travel together just that He can come visiting at other times hence she wants to apply for F2 too. Note she is self funded, no funding. What are their chances of getting the Visa.

Hmm, Thanks. If the system does not accept it we are left with 2 options, wait for the new passport or apply alone for F1 & when their passport is out they apply for F2. But do we need to pay another Visa fee for the F2.

Hope this helps, the school will issue I-20 with that passport. I am in same boat. I asked my school and that gave me the 1-20. I went ahead to pay for Visa Fee. It was accepted. I am yet to fill the DS160 anyways. Someone said here that I can't use expired passport. But I need to start searching for dates before the new passport comes out.
