@Chibertha and all others who are in the US with Spouse and children I have some questions:
I have 2 kids both are citizens so I will be applying F2 for hubby but the school says show POF for every child and spouse, is this still necessary for my kids?
2. Will the VO not check my POF and say it's not enough for the whole family, though, from what I have read, hubby will say he is not staying just coming to visit with the kids when they are on holidays.
3. So, is it possible for Hubby to change status from. F2 to maybe H1B. What is the process.

Good day House. Please I am about to fill my DS160. I have 2 kids they were delivered in US. Now for the question who is accompanying you should I add only my spouse or my spouse and 2 kids. My spouse will be applying for F2.
I am afraid if I add all 3 the VO will check my funds as not enough as I just have the exact amount quoted by the school for one year. I am self funding. The school does not have funding at this time . Please can the gurus advice if I should add all family members as accompanying me.

Hello House, if your kids are US Citizens and you want to apply for tourist visa, do you have to fill in your forms that the children will be traveling with you. Or you just apply alone as they will not be needing a Visa.

2. Can you ask a friend who is a Student to give you invitation letter, I do not intend to stay behind. I want to apply now against summer next year. Italy first time applying to Canada. Please do you advice I ask my friend for a letter or I just make hotel reservations.

Me: I started bleeding right after I got to the US. I had my baby taken out prematurely to save my life. The doctor said I could not fly back to Nigeria and a written note was given to me to that effect.
VO: Can I see that?
I handed over the report
VO: How did you pay your bills?
Me: I sourced for a private insurance following the incident and it got approved. I bought the Platinum Plan, which costs about $500 per month.
VO: Did you pay the insurance premiums out of pocket?
Me: Yes I did
VO: Can I see the premium receipts and itemized bill?
I handed that as well.
VO: Has anyone filed for you?
Me: Yes
VO: Who did?
Me: My Sister
VO: Do you intend to have a baby this time?

That was how he handed a white paper to me and told me to pick up my passport in 3 working days o.

Isn’t God just wonderful?
That was how I packed my burden of proof back.
Apparently, if you have a guarantor in the US, a Private insurance can be approved.

Please what private insurance did you use. I am planning to go back with my kids on a studying visa but would like to have an insurance in case will need to take the kids to the hospital. I had both of them in the US. Or can they access health care with their SSN.

Please house any advice?

There is something called LOE. I expected you to used this during the filling of your LAA application, it is obvious you are novice about it. I will respond to your ADR as they come;
1. You will have to draw a family chart that connect you to your supporter to indicate his a first cousin. You have to get death certificate for your mum bearing maiden and marriage names, your aunt can get attestation of age at NPC office make sure this is done in her maiden name, supporter birth certificate is needed as well including yours and try to get NPC attestation of age for yourself too. You can attach pictures involving all these people if you have them or the one with you and your supporter
2. Ideally, you can't live far from your supporter because the reason for getting supporter is to make you settle easily. Write LOE and explain the way you just did here. Try to be remorse in your tone of writing to show your naivety about the process. Let your supporter write a letter that you knew about his location after the submission of your application. He should signed and date it. He can scan and send it to you.
I believe you should be fine with all these. Best of luck. Please brief us the outcome.

Can we say filling Winnipeg was an error and we tried to correct it when submitting the LAA. Or say we didn't know initially where his cousin was. But this may raise eyebrows, how can one declare he has a cousin and don't know where she leaves. Kindly advice pls.

1. At the time of filling the EOI, we didnt know. What province was my hubby cousin so we choose Winipeg. At the time of filling the LAA, it was not allowing us to change it

2. We are using Hubby cousin as strong tie to Manitoba. Hubby mum is late without birth certificate. She has a change of name. Hubby aunt does not have birth certificate too but has marriage declaration.

How do we reply MPNP to convince them. Advice pls.

House, please for those who have used Henrico, is there a cheaper way of transportation from the airport Dulles to Richmond. Learnt its $130 by uber. This is really high. Pls advice.

For the reference letter from employer, is it possible to use thesame reference letter for the MPNP and EE? The process of getting it for hubby is so troublesome I don't want to go through it for ITA. How can I combine it. Can it be addressed as TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN?

1. It is not compulsory that the letter must be on the company letter head. A letter from his manager, ID card, employment letter, payslips,
bank statements showing salary will work out fine.

2. I know Manitoba used to ask for 3 months bank statements. If it is still the case, just include your 3 months bank statements.

3. Let him try to get from both companies. He can submit the 2 with LOE or just simply add the one he is happy with (preferably comapany B)

4. I believe when you are submitting your application online.

5. He will need the birth certificates for both mothers, marriage certificates of the mothers and the 2 cousins birth certificates.

Your answer for Q5. Applicants both parents are late. Getting marriage/birth certificate is a long thing. Hoping there are other ways to this.

Besides applicant is not applying for the FAMILY SUPPORTER STREAM, He is applying for the SKILLED WORKER OVERSEEAS, do you think he needs deep details about the cousin, he could have used a friend as a tie to manitoba. Just my thot though, what do you advice please.
