His relationship with agberos and other things makes his candidacy doubtful coupled with his style of leadership by proxy in Lagos. D North are afraid that if he clinges the power, if he can betray his people, then he can do same to them it's just plain logic. Badly all other southerners are not happy with him n preferred the north to continue than for him to rule.....this is all I can see based on all the news I've read and comments here.

With Atiku as PDP candidate, I don’t see Tinubu winning the election.

Northerners will collect whatsoever Tinubu offer them for their vote but on the day of election, 85% will vote for Atiku. SS and SE will do the same, while vote in SW will be shared 30, 40 and 30 respectively. You don't have to believe this, but it's the obvious. Know this, know peace.

You are very correct, my thought too, they APC planned to field GEJ if any southerner with formidable force emerges from the PDP but they played on them on that one, d only force that can beat any flag bearer in APC is ATIKU and the PDP knew that, due to hate for s Igbos, they schemed out Peter OBi instead of supporting him, and he calculated well and left to fight for himself and if nothing see how saleable he is in Nigeria on his own unlike as a VP to anyone, he joined LP, now APC, will have no option than to field a northerner or Osinbajo or Tinubu, but both of their votes will be divided, if Tinubu SS and SE will vote against him, if Osinbajo same cos he's part of d failed administration, if north, same cos they will rather vote Atiku, if GEJ, SS will vote him but SE may not, he did nothing for them d last time they supported him n wike's insult to OBi has killed the SE vote for GEJ now, so d only option is to field a Northener to contest with Atiku and Obi which of course SE will vote for him, SS may or may not, while SW will rather die than to vote a SE. My own observation, I stand to be corrected.

They have succeeded in setting SS and SE against each other, but it will be settled later. APC are thinking n praying wike to win, but PDP members knew their game and made sure, Atiku wins cos he's a known threat to their Tinubu or PYO put together knowing fully well how he defeated buhari if not that they rigged him out. They tried to confuse PDP with GEJ decamping to APC but it failed. I'm just loving all sceneries and pray for the best candidate to emerge, fingers crossed.

Only in third world African countries do people bury the dead in their compound.even south Africa does not practice such . burying of the dead in their compound is bad for real estate.
I have mentioned on my other thread that Nigerian needs real estate land reform. we can not afford the current method if Nigeria will be developed.

In fact , most Nigerians do not pay property tax . and yet you expect roads and street lights and public amenities to be fixed? there needs to be compulsory property tax which will deter people from thinking the land belongs to them forever and therefore burying dead on the land.
people should pay heavy property tax if they want to own a home. if you can't afford property tax then rent an apartment.

Thank God Nigeria is still a 3rd world country so your comparison does not hold water. People should pay huge tax n all without jobs and good health care facility and light right? You must be a govt theivery official and frustrated that you want people to still pay to bury their loved ones so that you n real estate can smile to d Bank. When you do a comparison, try to do it properly and not just d one that suits you.

I had a friend that did her Masters in the UK and came back for a greener pastures. Her mum knows GEJ's mum as she usually patronize her mum who deals in Indian laces and all manner of expensive fabrics in Abuja. Her family also knows Ekweremadu n she even went to his office with her outstanding credentials but was told they can't employ her because she's too qualified and has degrees than them so it's impossible. At the end, because she's from a rich family, one of her big uncle's who owns companies in Lagos employed her as an M.D. with luxury car new one and made her an executive in the company where she works till date. So going to UK for a study is not a guarantee for a well paying job. Instead, go to the US or Canada, cos you can be allowed to work when you are through if you perform well but UK will not allow you once your study is completed.

Rest on in the Bossom of the Lord. I miss you so much sir even though I never met you but met your wife once in Enugu Airport when I was working there. You have always blessed my soul with your songs especially Onaputa wom Nala apiti. God please rest your soul. I also lost my Dad in a similar manner but He's now in a better place.
