Actually this is my first post on nairaland,I'm a comment reader and a post reader and I have observed how people do things here and I feel I should share my story,please don't criticise me or anything, I just need your help or advise,and please do read carefully to understand,and i am also sorry if i dont type this well,i'm not much of a writer.Thanks in advance

There's this guy I met at 3chub Ikeja,I actually went to ask if there was any standard rechargeable fan because i have been scammed alot by all these "fairly used" rechargeable fan,so i decided to buy a new one because they sell home appliances there,even though people say fairly used items are better which I chose to decline because this is 2016,and this buhari regime doesnt accomodate an extravagant spending.

I work in Lagos but I stay in mowe,and the electricity there isn't too good so that's why I'm getting the fan so even when the gen is off,i would have an alternative,so when I got to the store,the sales ambassadors offered me different brand rechargeable fan,but i later got a syinix rechargeable fan,because I was impressed with the number of months the warranty covers so I purchased it with my ATM card since I just came to inquire and not buy and I was cashless,I had to just use the POS *I'm only explaining all if these to give you a clearer understanding of the issue on floor*

After purchasing the fan,there was this guy that came to buy a gas cooker and we happened to meet and we both exchanged contacts with eachother and few months later we developed feelings and we had a relationship and we were doing the normal relationship vibe,until this week,he started acting up because I said no sex until marriage...he's a very nice person anyway,he helped me in so many ways(advices,financially,physically) but just because I said no sex until marriage,he's acting up already,although I have my reasons for abstaining until marriage anyway but my story is sad,and I don't know who to tell and I feel more comfortable telling people online because someone that knows me physically might not say the truth to me,because they don't want to hurt me,please I need matured comments even if it will hurt,just tell me

Although we aren't kids,but I'm just troubled because I love him a lot and I don't know what to do.

Deed of assignment is mere paper not backed by law .But Power of attorney is a legal document transferring ownership of property from one party to another. it is signed,sealed and stamped and entered .It is very essential when processing your certificate of occupancy moreover i hope you have checked with AGIS and FCDA the authenticity of such land that you purchased. ..If you need enlightenment contact me on whatsapp 08024808190. m an estate surveyor and valuer.

Please help. I just bought an AMAC land. The seller told me to get a power of attorney document for him to sign. When I asked about deed of assignment, he said he has no information as he is not used to that. In Lagos, we do get deed of assignment after buying a plot of land as this is a very important document. Could someone explain power of attorney and deed of assignment issue as it impacts buying of land in Abuja.

The postponement will not help any party as most people must have made up their minds on who to vote for. Postponing an election that has been long schedule is irresponsible and doesn't portray INEC, the security agencies and the country in good light. I have been on this forum nairaland and twitter to place job openings, for several clients and even my company. And i must confess this forum had been helpful, many people apply and some are recruited. Seun is doing a good job, this is about the only surviving forum in Nigeria , i remember when we had a few some years back.

What brings me here? I have recruited some men and ladies here and they have been very hardworking. Lately we recruited markerters for a magazine company and they go out to get customers to buy ad space.

Lately the ladies have been complaining that men ask them to meet them in the hotel to conclude , am asking what do you need to conclude in the hotel room? This men want to have sex with them before they buy advert space in the magazine that does not belong to them.

I have no problem with men wooing a lady, but do not compel her to sleep with you before you buy her product, she is a marketer, and needs to show results to the company.

If a girl is willing to do that she is on her own, i have gone out to pick some of my team members late in the night cos they got held up by a client(MALE) who wanted to take advantage of this very young ladies(22 - 27 years) .

I even have cases of lesbian prospective ad space buyers disturing my female team members. Am just venting, let me get back to my work for the day, i had vented earlier on twitter because i also get some people recruited via twitter.

I was surprised that when I got to Benin for the Grand Finale of th campaign, I didn't see any campaign poster of Ize-Iyamu from Aduwawa to Dawson Street, to New Benin, to Forestry road right to Ring road and down to the stadium. I don't see how he's popular in Edo State. Apart from Ize-Iyamu winning the 5 LGs in Edo Central (Esan) and maybe 3 (highest) in Benin, I don't see him winning more than 8 LGs in Edo State.

Obaseki on the other hand has the 6 LGs in Edo North to his credit and other 4 in Edo south (Benin). Please temme how he's gonna lose that election. Where do you put your hope? Pls be bold enough to post the result of your PU on this forum with a picture-proof, lemme also post mine. I hate riff-raffs who brag online.

You can't support and defend Kanu who wanted Igbo man to kill any Hausa/Fulani/Yoruba man he sees and expect other Nigerian tribes to warm up to you.
