dramacox:Oh really. I didn't know there is band 3 HCA in nhs. Thanks for the info. And yes, NHS offer full sponsorship. The advantage of NHS over care home is that, you won't have to pay nhs surcharge fees but the work load can be a lot and it's not as flexible as care homes. 1 Like |
