A man identified as Mr. ThankGod Emmanuel has been arraigned by the Niger State Police Command for stabbing his co-worker to death over N47,000.

According to Newtelegraph, ThankGod Emmanuel, a bricklayer killed his co-worked Tita Komla with a digger at Sauka-Kahuta area of Minna, Niger state.

It was gathered that after the suspect stole the victim’s N47,000, he stabbed him and dumped his body inside the gutter so no one could find him.
Emmanuel revealed that he killed Komla in order to take his money.

“Komla did not know I wanted to rob him of his money. I killed him so that nobody will know that I stole his N47,000. I used a digger to inflict injuries on his head and he died instantly. I least suspected that police would identify me.
Well, it’s really unfortunate,” he added.

Remember Beniah Monday? The baby with multiple holes in the heart has died on his way to Dubia where he was to undergo a heart surgery.

The baby lost his life this morning in Lagos on his way to Dubia for the surgery. He was rushed to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, where he was confirmed dead.

The story of the baby went viral online after a video of his father sitting on the floor with the baby in front of the Rivers State Government house seeking for help from the government and members of the public when he was told his sick child had just 64days to live if a quick surgery was not done on his child.

However, it is sad to hear the baby died after going through this ordeal.It was said that concerned Nigerians were able to donate over N70m towards his surgery.

RIP baby Benaih Monday.

The 42-year-old vibrant and selfless sport journalist, Bunmi Ashebu, passed on yesterday several months after she was diagnosed with stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma, a very rare form of bile duct cancer that had spread to her liver. When she was initially diagnosed, she was taken to a German hospital for treatment but after 6 weeks, she began reacting to the chemotherapy and her organs were failing and on the 20th of August, 2018, she was told that she had one week to live. In good faith her family continued with the treatment transferring her to a private clinic in Dornstetten, Germany to proceed with her immunotherapy treatment and appealing to the public to raise funds for her.

She fought for her life until yesterday when was announced dead. May her soul rest in peace.
