Very simple...

Paid Tuition and rent.. (This was key)

Just imagine an applicant paying tuition..rent and have his living expenses wired to his newly opened Canadian account from Naija.

Except the VO was sent by village people

I love the payment of rent aspect....thats serious faith that the VO had no option but to approve o cos getting refund for accommodation no b here.

No strong home tie...
No employment...
tho we dont know what was written via SOP..

they said my application is taking alot of time cause IOM sent my medicals late..
and my application was last checked july17th.. I guess is in progress

Btw.. I did medical upfront before applying, that was on January 25.. submitted March 11, biometrics March13... Medicals was sent in May
I'll send the screenshot of the mail in the morning.. my phone is doing somehow

Exactly how simple my own application is except I ve not paid tuition. Not including ur whole kindreds land and statements of account. Just 7mil in ur dads account did the job. I believe the more sponsors and properties u submit, the more desperate u look to VO. Just my own observation. Congrats bro. I tap into ur blessing

Simplicity is a virtue. I am noticing that people who make their application short and concise and straight to the point, get approved quicker. I was in pm with this guy from NL who didn't even submit SOP, but his documents were straightforward and he has been approved. Please people lets make our applications simple and straightforward. You wonder why so long of a waiting time? Think no further. It's the extraneous documents submitted by people. I feel we should have a list of dos and donts. Don't be submitting pictures of your car or titles as factors to induce your return. Don't submit family portraits and pictures, simply include birth certificates to prove a point. Don't sound desperate to go to Canada in your SOP. Avoid begging the VO to approve your application. Stay off from the mentioning of Jesus and God in your SOP. The VO would not be predisposed to give you a visa just because you are religious. They may actually misconstrue your motif if you do. Let the facts speak for themselves should always be your one rule of thumb as you submit your application. Good luck.

I got admission of Niagara college since 23rd of may but unable to get all my documents ready until today that I applied online. The resumption date is September 6, my question is that are mine not too late to submit my application? And is it worthwhile to continue the process. Thanks in anticipation for your answer!

Hello House, I learnt that most people consider medical mail as a proof or assurance of trv approval. An application can be refused even after medicals (passed or not) , A VO can request for a medical after checking the completeness of the presented docs. After Medicals, there's another critical check on that application that could result to a refusal.

The only Assurance that an application is close to approval is the request of Funds Export.

Sure its right to be happy about a medical call but that doesn't mean approval because it can go 50% either ways.
