valenti12: Refused! We regret to inform you that you do not meet the eligibility requirements
CORRESPONDENCE
Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds: • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. • Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue. You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
PS: Paid tuition for a term its well bro. 1 Like |

Wrong. His mum's account not enough especially if she has other dependents. What school is 6 million enough at? It's not a scholarship, it TA work study. I don't know what Osemigbo said, please enlighten instead of sending on an empty goose chase. well jnyuwa , you can read back to back . when i submitted mine, i wasn't under scholarship. end bal was just 6 mil. i was granted visa. He can use anyone as a sponsor so far they can be able to prove that they can sponsor him. Basically he used a third party as the main sponsor when the mom is there. i don't see any reason why he will make the financing aspect much complex when he is under scholarship..abeg keep applications simple. take it easy with the english, atimes i do check dictionary to read your post or rather skip them 2 Likes |

Thanks..
I was trying to be on the safe side. Because I noticed people with funds were denied before I put in my application. I wanted to create an impression I could pay my fee without the funds it's well bro. just repackage and refire, this time around:plan your steps and allow God to perfect it |

A graduate of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, going for my masters in civil and environmental engineering. Cgpa of 4.38, completed school in 2016, observed my NYSC from 2016 to 2017, used my uncle as a sponsor, inflow of 257mil and outflow of 251 over last 6 months, My mum as a co-sponsor, total savings a little above 6 million, RA of 20k dolls, She is a Civil servant, uncle is a businessman,
denied based on purpose of visit, insufficient funds to pay tuition and family ties
Cc: Jnyuwa02 Just your mum's account was enough. your uncle shoudn't be the main sponsor because he was having a huge inflow/outflow. read osemigho's post to understand better. they gave you the scholarship already, you shouldn't make the financing aspect that complex. itz well bro..re-strategize, repackage nd refire. |
