23 year old Queen Miracle Oluchi has emerged as the new Miss Indigenous Nigeria 2020.

The event which is the 4th anniversary was held at Nicon Luxury Hotel Abuja and she contested alongside other contestants, after all the process of camping , indigenous stage performance saw her emerge as the winner of the contest.

The event was attended by top dignitaries such as Senator Obinna Ogba, Amb. Dominic Olim, Hon. Aliyu Beauty, Hon. Tajundeen, Hon. Kabir Tukura, Hon. Nalaraba Hassan, Amb. Emotan Josephine, Abba Bichi Yusuf, Dr. Drew Uyi, Eberemegbulem Jack Ogbonna, Tezzy, Brite Benson, Queen Asor Sonia, Zaaki Azzay, Harrysong and Nedu Wazobia.

The event which is said to be a classic was also attended by Consul Emmanuel Akpakwu, the founder of the indigenous brand, Dakinda Cabs which began operation in Abuja on the 5th with her launching bag award as Indigenous Brand of the Year.

In attendance also were all family members of DG of DSS, Yusuf Magaji Bichi.

LOCKDOWN EDITION: 22 Years Old Ezekiel Chidimma Emerges Most Beautiful Girl In Abuja 2020

It was indeed a colourful 20th anniversary as 22 Years Old Ezekiel Chidimma Happiness was crowned the Most Beautiful Girl in Abuja in the 2020 edition of the pageant in highly competitive event held at Indigo, Sheraton hotel Abuja recently.

The Abia State born winner who represented Plateau state was a Beauty to behold at the event as she put up impressive display to arrest the attention of the judges. Other ex Beauty Queens of the brand were in attendance to celebrate the 20th edition with the cutting of the anniversary cake.

The pageant which was organised by the Dolce Entertainment, was hosted by media practitioners, Barry J Black and BigMo at a well attended lockdown finals that attracted several high profile personalities.

At the colourful 20th edition, distinguished individuals and organisations were honoured for their impact in charity and human development.

Congratulating the winners, the project director Hon. Ejiro Okphiwo said he was impressed and satisfied with the organization of the event and performance of contestants who put up an impressive display to entertain the audience.

The event which will take place at Ukpor will feature musical concert and will commence with a pontifical high mass at 9am by Most Rev. Paul Hillary Odili Okeke (Catholic bishop of Nnewi diocess).

Similarly, the speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Uchenna Okafor has been nominated to chair the planning committee of the 50th birthday celebration. The event is a triple celebration of Sir Kevin’s 50th birthday, honorary doctorate degree conferment and ozo title taking. While briefing newsmen, Sir Kevin Chukwumobi told journalists that the choice of Rt. Hon. Uchenna Okafor as the chairman, planning committee was as a result of his firm belief in the speaker’s leadership and organization skills, long standing friendship and ability to carry everybody along. In his acceptance speech, the speaker noted that he was humbled to chair the planning committee of such an august occasion that will host who is who in Igbo land.

Continuing, Rt. Hon. Okafor expressed great satisfaction with the preparation so far and urged other members of the committee to put in their best for the celebration of Nigeria’s number one funeral undertaker. He maintained that the likes of Sir Kevin Chukwumobi should always be celebrated in the society because of their contributions in the area of job creation and for being role models in the business world. He urged Anambrarians to come out in mass to celebrate one of our own who has made us proud and who is idolised nationally.

It was indeed a beehive of activities, despite the Covid19 restrictions and Endears protest going on at that time, thankfully, all covid-19 protocols was in place, as several high profile Personalities, celebrities, public figures and many other reputable individuals gathered to pay their last condolence to Late Mrs. Josephine Ezeiru, who was given a quite befitting burial at her residence in Enugwu Nanka, in Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra state. The 4days burial ceremony commenced with a service of Songs on 29th October, followed by the burial service on the 30th of October, 31st condolence visits and concluded with a family thanksgiving service on the 1st of November 2020.

The 4days glamour occasion recorded the notable presence of family members from within Nigeria and across the world. According to reports, the children and relations of late Mrs. Josephine Ezeiru had played several outstanding roles in making the occasion an epoch and memorable experience. Some of the family Members who made significant efforts towards making the burial ceremony a huge success includes Professor Irene Osisioma, Mrs. Ifeoma Daniels and Husband Mr. Emeka Daniels, Dr. Sonachi Ezeiru, Dr. Sylvester Mbagwu, Engineer Joel Ifeanyichukwu Aso, and wife, Mrs. Joy Ifeanyichukwu, Mr. Mike Okafor, Mrs. Uche Obi, Mrs. Ndidi Mbagwu, Mrs. Chinwe Ojukwu, Mrs. Oge Okafor, Barr. However, the families of late Mrs. Ezeiru has expressed appreciation to the Guests and invitees who graced the occasion, despite their busy schedules. According to our correspondent, the burial ceremony recorded several expressions of condolence, though in tears, joyfulness and sober reflections on the life and times of a greatgrand mother, a grandmother, a Mother, Sister, daughter, Mentor and friend. She had lived a life of impact, significance and fulfilment, especially in areas of supporting humanity.

Speaking with few of her children, they acknowledged the lessons and knowledge they tapped from the wisdom of their late Mama, as they appreciate the moments and memories they shared with her. "Mama", as she is generally referred, was known for her soft and affectionate demonstration of love, care and benevolence. She was a dedicated humanitarian, who had spent the later part of her life touring the world, mentoring the next generation and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, both within and outside the country.

The burial event was quite glamorous and significantly ceremonious. It recorded also several entertaining moments from entertainers, social groups, women groups, associations etc.

Late Mrs Ezeiru is the grand mother of UK based ex Beauty Queen, Chichi Mbagwu, Face Of Unity Nigeria that bagged 1st class from London University and an accountant in a Top Financial institution.

Ex Eagles Stars Yobo, Dosu Storm Launching Of Football Show"Footie Moments With Nabila"


Former Nigerian internationals Joseph Yobo and Joseph Dosu were among guests at the launch of "Footie Moments With Nabila" on Saturday, December 5, 2020.

"Footie Moments With Nabila" which is a football TV Show is the brainchild of Nabila Fash Oritsefemi, wife of Nigerian music star Oritsefemi. The show is directed and produced by top TV content creator and author, Uche Dominic.

Other notable personalities present at the launching which took place in Lekki, Lagos, were Oritsefemi, nollywood actress Toyin Abraham, Ini Edo, Caroline Danjuma just to mention a few.

Speaking about the launching Nabila said: "Today is for the official launch of my new born baby Nabillionaire Luxury and also Footie Moments With Nabila. I had Season One of Footie Moments With Nabila last year and Season Two is coming January 2021, so I think it’s the right time to introduce the exciting show to my fans, loved ones and Nigeria as a whole.”

Nabila shed more lights on what the football show is about.

“Footie Moments With Nabila is an exciting football show where I talk about football in the most entertaining way. It has four segments, the first segment is “Where are they now”. Here I talk about past legends, a lot of times these legends just fade away like you don’t know about them anymore so I try to bring them back.

“There’s the “Talent Discovery” segment which I’m very passionate about. I go into the slump to look for football talents and showcase them to the world.

On why she decided to create the show, she said:”The reason why I’m into this is because I love football, it’s crazy because look at me like I should be loving fashion or other things but my passion is football. I just develop interest in football, so why not convert the passion into money so that’s what I’m doing right now.”

“In last season’s edition there was a boy we found in a slump in Victoria Island, yeah Victoria Island has a slump, and after we showcased him on my show scouts reached out to him and he went on trial in Turkey and he is back. I also picked up a boy in the slump of Ajegunle I brought him into my home, registered him in a private school in Lekki.

“I hope brands are going to see this and will come participate with us because the first season was self funded by me so I’m doing this launch for people to see how big this can go and also help others.”

And on her challenges:”It’s really challenging financially, logistics, like going into the slumps and sometimes when you go into these slumps you are forced to pay some money to certain people. Sometimes I have to schedule my interviews with the international stars according to their own schedule.

“For instance, if we want Ighalo we have to wait for him to come. So for this season I don’t want to start waiting I can always travel to go and meet them and that’s a lot of money.”
According to Uche Dominic, production of "footie moments with Nabila" season two, will commence in January, 2022.
