What I believe cos I belief in God is that, this year is my year and it's even my year of comeback, it won't be by my manly might but by my assiduous, meticulous, wise, conscentious conscious studing and God's unflinching back up. Look, WE shouldn't care about the number of candidates that won't sail through the acid test but the number of those that shall laugh last. As 4 me o, I don't care if 2 candidates score above 200, what I know and belief is that, I shall by God's grace be the first candidate. 'WHAT THE MIND CONCEIVES AND BELIEVES IT ACHIEVES.' As i normally do every year, i'l keep updating u with latest info as regards admission and others in OAU. i must at this juncture say if u av scored 200 and above, congratulations. U r qualified to write the post utme. There r quite a number of u who keep choosing very competitive courses and as such become jamb customer every year. In OAU, u need to know how admission works. 4 courses like law, medicine and others had d highest cut off last year of 285 and 295 respectively. If u choose any of those courses and ur score is less than 280 in jamb, ur chance is very slim. The post utme exam comes up in july so, u need to keep reading now. For those who don't kno, d cut off is computed by adding utme and post utme and dividing it by 2. To those in sciences, courses with low cut offs r physics, chemistry, zoology, botany, agriculture,and so on. Those in admin or social science, u av public admin, lg studies and so on. U can still change ur courses now. My name is Kayode Emmanuel. I had seated for OAU post utme twice, so this season, no doubt is crowning it my 3rd time. I failed(198 ) it in 2010 cos I wasn't serious and in the subsequent, though, read badly but cos of impatience and lack of concentration plus dummy mentality. Bros, I need your thorough assisstance dis time around. I want no more Bleep ups. Sir, there is this rumour that,' we should only shade the ones we are at least 65-70% sure of and abandon those we aren't sure of.' Big bro, was that assertion or whatever erroneous or of reality? Cos am highly confused again o and am so so tired of seating at home doing daily cores for them when I should be in my lecture room eating lectures like a pack digestive biscuit. Aha! [b]With God's help plus thorough, wise and diligent studing, this 2012 is my year in Jesus' name- Amen... 250 in Jamb, I thank God o, but, people dat're close to me are saying my facade is too dull as if something awry occured but, the reason 4 my look-warmness i.e my drab facial expression is that 'A WAR ONLY ENDS WHEN ANOTHER BEGINS.' Another battle, the main battle is drawing prowly towards us(OAU POST UTME CANDIDATES), Jamb, was just d intro, the main song is the post utme/jamb; so, may God be with us all and make us excel in the end of it all. OAU post utme isn't a child's play o, infact, to be blunt, it isn't just for brilliant students/candidates, but na for wise, diligent, conscientious, focused and conscious students/candidates. I had tasted OAU post utme twice, this one is crowning it my 3rd seat. Believe me sincerely if u belief, OAU post utme's taste isn't sour, bitter nor sweet, but the admixture of the trio. Read, study, aye, betwixt the lines and hand everything Jesus's hands in extreme prayer and fasting and God shall do it swiftly just like that... Believe me fellers, mentality or psychological aspect has a lot to contribute to the success of man in life. My negative and dummy mentality made me and my head to be disgraced and profoundly battered by OAU's post utme last season. I'd 243 in Jamb but 192 in the post. Your mentality has a lot, infact, bounty on what you and me shall come out with in the post utme. Let's study harder, wiser, more diligently, conscientiously, with superb consciousness and with God's unflinching backups, then, success shall be ours jammily in Jesus' name- Amen. Thanks!! |

Fellers and belles, Jamb computer engineerers are tediously working on a new site or portal, where candidate will or can only be allowed to check his/her UTME result from with little or nay impedement. But, why, did they delay such development till this wee hour? Where were their brains? They should've created this portal even afore the promulgation that the result is out. This nation is just dancing backwards not forwards day by day. I aint no why o. |

Fellas and gentle damsels, I learnt from a reliable source, a source which I mayn't disclose with you here in nairaland that, JAMB intently shut down their website, specifically, result checking portal afore twilight of last Friday due to over visitation by candidates that want to know their scores at the same time, so, this lone worthless reason, made Jamb to decide to shut down Jamb.org.ng and promising to on it soonest and also, on the basis of probability, going to launch another link at which candidates could check their results from. Peace and best of luck in Jesus' name. And, don't halt praying, anything is mutatable by God. God helps!!! |
