Ok12345: My sister I used to get all that for 200 naira. There is a big food market called ile epo oja on the mainland, Foodstuff comes in from the North and nearest South West state into the market here in Lagos. I can't afford to buy in my street o where one onions now is 50 naira.
I wish this market is near me, you will see me there every day for fresh produce.
The onion is much for 400 naira. I got 4 pieces for 400 today though bigger than the sizes in your picture. I was asking the woman so 1 is 100 now, she said she is struggling to get her money that a basket is 65k as of today.
Wande22: Yemmy gloryhomemaker, wanna ask: 1. if i don't have the cake mixer (for the ice-cream) what should i use? 2. I saw that you used a non-sticky pan. Can i use A pot in place of the pan
Last Bullet. I'd wish to steal that ice-cream you prepared or better still "Steal You"
Hello, it's actually not ice cream but Frittata. You can whisk the eggs with spoon in the absence of whisker.
You can use a pot but non stick as well so it doesn't stick.
jessylaurel: What's special about this sausage I hate it
A man's meat is another's poison they say. You can use any other protein of your choice or leave it out completely.
The excitement on my children's faces when they see me prep yummy stuff for them with sausages is everything. Let me utilize it before they outgrow it.
I will go for the leaves and the tin. The leaves reminds me of my mother. The leaves reminds me of secondary school days. Both are nice with different flavours.
Harmony92: Lol I used it to make moist chocolate cake for one of my clients after baking I totally forgot that I added weed to the cake batter n I ate from the cake. After some minutes I saw my spirit coming out of my body I swear.
wehdone: So many lessons. It's been over a year I baked, so it felt like I was learning afresh. I'll try to bake more often.
That oil plus butter... I'll jejely just pick one.
Milk, I used 1 cup
Flour was sifted,, but I didn't sift the baking powder. I thought there was no need for it.
I used electric oven, and both the top and bottom heating elements were on... So the cake was getting heat from top and bottom. I did 180° or so for 35mins. I'll try just the bottom heat elements for my next bake, at 180°... Lemme see how it goes.
Thanks for the review, it really feels good cooking for the family. One of my boys has been singing my praises, he called his uncle who came visiting... His words "Uncle come, my daddy baked cake for us". Omo.... My heard swell small. I'll remember to keep getting better. Thanks again
I love the part where your boys are praising you. That made my evening. All we have and do, we do mostly for these children.
I used 1/3 milk for the measurements. 1 cup was much, probably what made it more watery and not to rise. The less liquid the better.
Use only the bottom heat element for the next one. It will be better.
