Yesterday my wife spent 9k on food, and I refused to pay her back, she has not spoken to me since yesterday as a result.

Ok.
I I Seasons the beef with onion and pepper blend, beef seasoning and salt. Brought it to a boil, then I added water to the level of the meat and cooked till tender.

While the meat is cooking, I slice the Uziza leaves, blended the Ogbono and grated the Okro. I also blended the pepper, onions, okpei and crayfish.

The meat is tender enough, I add in the blended pepper, onion, Okpei and crayfish.
Add in palm oil,check for seasoning and salt. You might need to adjust if need be. Cover to cook for 5 minutes.

Five minutes later, add in Ogbono, stir well and cover to cook for 20 minutes. Occasionally stir so it doesn't burn.
Add in the fish and stir. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add in the grated Okro and Uziza leaves, stir in and cook for 2 minutes.

Your soup is ready.

i did it this time, thanks to your advice on last tread. i took 15k to to the market my self to get the stuff for the egusi, i got excess meat and fish that why it up to that. i followed the process as u posted them. and it ended up well. it was good but this time, the pepper na another level
