Dry Catfish
Kpomo
Crayfish
Yellow scent pepper
Red pepper
Uziza leaves

Seasoning cubes
Salt to taste

Ok, for Okwu-ose aka Ose oji, you blend roasted groundnuts with ehuru and dry pepper. Remove the back of the ehuru. Preferably use those red long slim spicy peppers.

I would suspect the shrimp of accelerating any spoilage. So when I cook my own, I'll cook only a portion with shrimp.

Once the shrimp is fried, it doesn't go bad, the oil from the fried shrimp adds a unique taste to the fried rice. You might start with small quantity to test it. Thank you.
