Arysexy: Why use rubber to stir? Plastics and hot things don't gel. Root cause of cancer. Eg drinking hot tea with plastic cups, using plastic plates for moimoi etc
However you are a great cheff
Thanks for the observation. Not rubber but silicone.

AngelicBeing: Kudos to you @ Op, nice soup, one of my favorite soups, inaddition to ogbono soup.
@ Op, I think you should think of preparing soups for the Northern folks on nairaland.com, soups like miankuka, Tuwo shinkafa, and different northern dishes, then Middle belt and South Western part of Nigeria etc spread your cooking tentacles to all the Regions of Nigeria and if possible start looking towards African / Carribean and Continental dishes, that way, it will likely draw a huge fan base to your YouTube channel and the money will start rolling in but when you enter your financial paradise, send your Tithes and offerings to AngelicBeing so that l can bless and pray over it
Thank you sir. Am rolling with laughter cos of the tithes and offering part I so much appreciate your advice, you are an Angelicbeing indeed. The processes are in line already and I thank you for your thoughtfulness towards my financial success.
Tokskob2008: The too many ingredients might actually leads to it getting spoilt faster. I have seen where fried rice was cooked in the morning and it became really bad before 7pm same day and I have also eaten fried cooked on 1st of January that was still very much "eatable" on the 3rd.
The spoiling part is when its not properly prepared. When well prepared it can last as long as you wish inside a working fridge.
Organiccourses: OP, I really clove all your recipes, keep your wonderful works up! My observation is the 'maggi' cubes used is about 4, don't you think this is much? Health is important my sister, you can substitute artificial spices with organic ones like ginger, garlic, tumeric etc
Thank you for the observation. The number of seasoning cubes used depend on the quantity of the food or soup being prepared.
For example that pot of soup served about 15-18 people, the video most times do not reflect how big or small the pot is depending on how the camera is positioned.
I also use lots of natural seasoning more than MSG cos of the health implications.
Vegetable fried rice is so delicious but when not well prepared especially in large quantity, it can go bad easily. In this video, there are step by step details with tips and tricks on how to make the best Nigerian fried rice that does not spoil quickly.
Every bite is a delight and sumptuous.

mariahAngel: Nne, are you like the goddess of food, who never wants to offend any food? The other time I created a thread about deleting one food forever, you convinced us why you cannot delete any.
I honestly can't pick any as my favorite. Growing up i would have taken rice and stew because it got lots of attention then
I remember when we were kids, and they told us that one would die after drinking garri and taking mango. Same as mango and fanta. We never dared to try to know whether it's true, as we might never live to tell the tale.
I never tasted drinking garri with banana, it sounded weird to me but the person insisted that it tastes really good.
Mango and fanta, paw paw and coke, etc. Those stories where fearful then, I never ventured. I think the chemical reaction from both might be the issue.
