Don't mind the hediots. Zamani Lekwot will continue to haunt you. He remains my hero to date. Expect more from the Kataf. You are now afraid of reprisal attacks abi but when your Fulani jihadists go about killing, raping and maiming innocent people you don't care inasmuch as they are Christians. Dannyset: You're almost correct until you mention Local govt. Well, that's the wok of LASBCA(Lagos State Building Control Agency). They are in charge of making sure building structures comply with Town Planning rules and regulations. It is not in the jurisdiction of LG to mark houses, but the State govt. Tell your uncle to locate where the District office or LASBCA office around there, everything will be made known to him. There will definitely be solution if the building is not under or closed to high tension. Their office is at Okoko, close to the police station. I saw them pasting notice around my area yesterday. |

Idrismusty97: If she had been a participant of MMM she would have gotten over a million by now. Saving isn't wise, Yes i said it. Unless you are saving for something big, Like getting a land or car(Even a car is a liability). But just keeping money in banks or elsewhere isn't wise. After reading The Richest Man in Babylon and other books by Robert Kuyosaki your mentality will change(Although the first book advice you always save 1/10th of your earnings but only for the purpose of investment, of making even more money). Your money should work for you, It should be your slave not the other way. Take risk, Fail, Take risk again, Invest, Invest, Learn and you shall make it. Most people don't really wants money just the assurance that they have money, that's why they engaged in pointless savings. True talk. I no longer leave my money in the bank, I lend and make good interests which I use in running my expenses while my salary keep on increasing. |

A friend that lost his job went into selling plumbing materials on 3rd January 2017 (just last week ) and has good stories to tell. Take that line and you will never regret.
Get a shop, buy tanks, pipes and other consumables like elbow etc and sell. people are always building and renovating and need those services. Best locations will be a developing area so that they won't need to go far to buy their plumbing materials. |

guass: That you have 3 million does not mean you should do business of 3 million. I had 1 million early last year and I rented a store with 250,000. I started the business with 450,000 I even carried some products on credit so that I can be determined. Today I can count over 3 million in my account. I believe u cannot get the solution here. However, think of what people need in your area. Secondly look for the best location to distribute these needs and improve, the rest is history. Please, what business are you into? if you don't want to say it here, you can pm me |

If our education fails to equip us with critical mind that can analyze issues objectively then BOOK HARAM. If the level of moral decadence increasing exponentially owning to the number of University degrees we claim to have then BOOK HARAM.
