Is there any law in the APC constitution or nigerian constitution that says because osinbajo is serving in the APC govt, that he can't resign and join another political party?

Since u say that he is "loved by all and sundry, he's sweeping the board and stealing the show" as you claim, why didn't he resign as VP to start his presidential campaign? Why can't he leave APC and seek the office of president on the platform of another political party?
