Not okay because you can't take them anywhere you go. You need something you can be using at any point in time during the day. A small bracelet does the job, it can remain on your wrist when you are busy, then you quickly use it when you are not. I am talking about the small ones such as the ones ladies wear on their wrist. Not the longer ones that are meant for the neck.

There are other methods I will share too, but in my experience nothing is as effective and efficient as the small bracelet, especially for starters with low willforce.

Also, it is not advisable to burn religious objects upon leaving their egregores. I know this is what many Christians do when they leave other cults. The proper thing to do is to send the objects back to the people that gave or sold it to you or n the first place.

Fortunately, the Jesus egregore is quite benevolent and compassionate, you have nothing to be afraid of.

The way I have been counting is that I wrote down "Find divine order" 200 times and focus my eyes on it while visualizing my intent. In my free time, I will keep writing and writing it over and over in book to permeates my subconscious mind. I notice my mind chant it sometimes when I sleep.

If you see absolutely no significant results after 3 months, you are free to drop it entirely and move on to other things.

Before I drop it, I would want everyone to get a small wrist bracelet. Whether a mala (Buddhist), or a rosary (catholic) or even a simple normal one. The pearls should be small enough (and big enough) that you can count them one after the other without much trouble and even your eyes closed.

It is not a must (I will indicate alternatives) but it is very recommended. There is a reason most religions in the world use one. Although many have lost the use and meaning.
