If you have worry problems, you won't be able to sleep. If you have unresolved issue in your mind at home or place of work, sleep will be difficult. I'm speaking from experience.

In the absence of these, if there is no sleep, try the following:

1. Engage in10 Deep breathing. Gradually inhale with your nose counting to 4, hold until you become uncomfortable counting to 16 and exhale with your mouth gradually counting to 8. You can also exhale, hold, exhale, hold and finally exhale all the air in your lungs.

2. Rigorous exercise before night, especially before daybreak between 5 am and 6 am. You can't have problem sleeping if you work your body. A tired body must sleep

3. Another powerful sleeping tablet for me is having intimacy at night with my lovely sexy wife.

4. Avoid heavy meals at night or food that gives you internal heat. Pay attention to your body.

5. Avoid extreme cold or extreme heat in your room.

6. Avoid mosquitoes making noise to your ears when sleeping.

7. Make sure light is off and there is no noise when you want to sleep.

8. Sleep early at the same time around 9:00 p.m. or latest 10:00 p.m.

I am planning of travelling to the UK for my Msc programme. My main purpose of travelling is as a means of jakpa not that I really need the Msc. I sold the land i bought in Asaba in 2018 for N22m. I plan to use the money for the tuition fee deposit ( £5,000) and other travel expenses. The complete tuition fee is £15,330. I will study and work in other to pay the remaining balance.

Travelling abroad is good. Seek advice from those already there and those doing what you intend doing. Staying back is also good if you are able to do apprenticeship under a trusted business mentor while you use the money to buy another genuine land in a very secure area.

Please Doctors in the house, please I need your urgent help at the moment. My less than 3yrs old baby girl returned back from school yesterday with her pant stained with dried blood. My wife couldn't figure out anything inner her till today evening. When I returned back from work, she called my attention to it and behold there's blood clots in her vagina. We quickly rushed her to the hospital. The Doctor asked us if there's any pain. Since that yesterday till now my daughter has been playing and jumping. No single pain. Since my wife noticed that yesterday, my baby wasn't feeling any pains at all, she plays and jumps very well. Doctor said there could be possible molestation but it supposed to come with pain. He advised we take her to LASUTH tomorrow morning for professional to confirm if she was molested or another thing. So by tomorrow morning, me and my wife will be heading to LASUTH.

I just want to confirm if anyone has ever came across this kind of issue where a baby less than 3yrs will be having bleeding through her vagina without single pain or other symptoms like fever or headaches. Is not that the baby is quiet or dull, since that yesterday till now, she has been jumping and playing around, even when the doctor was touching her vagina sides, she didn't cry or feel any pains. This night when her mother was bathing her, no signs of pain around her private part, no bruises just the bleeding.
