There is no business without risk involved. That's the reason why people do costs and benefits analysis of the business they want to do. They look at the opportunities, the threats, the weaknesses and the strengths of the business they want to do.

The shipping business you are doing also has its own risks or threats. There are times your vehicles have accidents. I don't think because of that, you quit your shipping business.

I think a better thinking, is to access your threats or risks and try to avoid them as much as possible. This process I think, is called visibility studies.

Thirteen of us siblings still make over N4 million every two years from our father's cocoa farm inheritance. Thousands, if not millions of Nigerians are still rich, not peasant, farmers right now. If you work by the Nigerian media information alone, there is no business you would dare venture into.

All these fake imported religions have destroyed the normal mental processes of a lot of our people.

If you are following any of the two religion, you should know for fact that:

There is no heaven, there is no hell, there is no God (or god), there is no Allah, there are no angels, there are no demons, there are no spirits, there is no life after death, juju don't work, there is no eternal judgment, there is no karma, there was no historical Jesus. All those are figment of human imaginations and tools use by a very few some to control the very many others. The earlier you understand and accept these facts as facts, the happier and merrier your life and existence will be.

The religion you're currently claiming is the religion of your parents, if you were born into a different family of another religion (say Hinduism), that is the exact religion you will practice.

You were born without a religion in you, your factory reset has no religion in it. If you were to be a phone and they do factory reset on you today being a phone, there will not be anything found related to religion in your settings, files and file systems anymore; you learn religion only after your birth growing up.

Islam is idolatry and paganism, Christianity aswell is idolatry - All the world religion is idolatry, including all the Abrahamic religion. Holy communion is idolatory, bowing for a stone call Kaaba of the Bedouin tribes is also idolatory, killing of rams is idolatory, kissing or licking of a stone at mecca is idolatory, throwing of stone at pilgrimage is idolatory too.

Infact, Illah is what the Arabic call God and not Allah. Allah was one of the diety been worshiped before the invention of Islam. That is why muslims will say something like "la ilah ila huwa" meaning Allah is one Illah (God). Have you ask yourself why Prophet Mohammed's father who was an idol worshiper and who lived before the invention of islam has Allah in is name Abdullai== Abdu Allah? It is because Allah has been an idol worshiped by paganists before the Prophet received his revelations.

Nakedly circumambulations of the Kaaba, annual prigrimage to mecca, kissing of black stone, bowing towards the stone (stone worship) are all preislamic pagan practises by the nomadic Bedouin tribe and the same is what they still practice today.

All Abrahamic religion are idolatory, they only package them well and condemn your heritage as evil, whereas, Nigeria was better in terms of morality, honesty and integrity before they brought the foreign religions.

In peace loving, emotional intelligence, love for neighbors, respect for sanctity of life, we are even better than those who brought those religion with primitive leaders and prophets whose morality and characters are highly questionable.

Release yourself today from the shackles of religion. Stop wasting away your life and existence!

If you like, allow one illiterate alfa, imam or pastor to keep telling you "you will go to hell". When you die, your dead experience will be like the same experience you had before your conception (pregnancy) ie. There is nothing like afterlife. Or where were you before your mother gave birth to you?
How has this lengthy preaching against religions got anything to do with gun acquisition?

iyke484real:
Yes, I have.

After my NYSC, I got a job in Abuja through a friend. The pay was so poor that despite working, I still had to call home for financial support just to survive the month. Eventually, I left and returned to Uyo.

By God's grace, one of my former bosses employed me, and things started looking up again. I worked there for about a year. Then, in January this year, barely two days after resuming from the Christmas break, we were called into a meeting and informed that the company's contract with the state government had been terminated. We were all asked to go home.

That day changed everything for me.

The job was my only source of income, and my house rent was already due. Within a short time, I lost my income, lost my apartment, and had to move in with my brother in Cross River State, who was also struggling to make ends meet.

I won't pretend it was easy. There were days I felt completely lost and broken. I prayed, fasted, and kept hoping for a breakthrough. I'm still rebuilding my life today.

So when people talk about going from grace to grass financially, I understand exactly what they mean. It is a painful experience that humbles you and changes the way you see life. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. But I also believe that difficult seasons do not last forever, and I trust that better days are ahead.

As I write this, I am still actively seeking employment and opportunities. If anyone here knows of any opening or is willing to give me a chance, I would be deeply grateful. I am ready to work, learn, and prove myself. My sincere hope is that sharing my experience might reach someone who can help me get back on my feet.

Thank you, and may God bless every helping hand.
People that are capable of helping are always scared of being scammed, not trusting anyone, especially if it has to do with investing through anyone.

I have been seeking business investors or farming financial partners to no avail for almost a decade. Even those that can not doubt your integrity will doubt your competence or whatever, therefore, declining to help. But let's not give up, let's keep hope alive.

Inspirer1:
You need a very supportive partner/friend who will constantly keep your light of hope burning.

Then constant legit effortsssss to bounce back. Note the "sssss", naturally you may need several efforts much more than what you even did initially to make it. It most times appear as if that winning or success spirit has deluded you, like you don'tknow how to do anything again, but you just have to keep keeping on by making several efforts.

That supportive partner/friend is very very important as a start, even if it means you sitting someone down to explain to him or her your situation and specifically tell him or her that you don't want money or any other thing from him but ONLY that constant moral support to always give you hope or lift up your spirit, that that is your sole wish from that person. It is greatly needed because there's high probability of more failures, and having failures in such vulnerable state is quite fatal.
May God help us all.
You are a real inspirer! Please, keep it up!

PoliticsRe: Five Lessons Opposition Politicians Can Learn From President Bola Ahmed Tinubu by Godmind2022(m): 1:11pm On May 21
Triton1996:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2d0440eWlE

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains one of the most strategic and influential figures in Nigeria’s political landscape. Whether critics agree with his policies or not, many observers acknowledge that his political journey offers several lessons for opposition politicians seeking relevance, structure, and long-term success.

From his days as governor to becoming President, Tinubu has demonstrated traits that have helped him remain a dominant force in Nigerian politics for decades.

1. Tinubu Is Focused
One of the strongest qualities associated with Tinubu is his ability to stay focused on his political ambitions and long-term goals. For years, he built political structures, nurtured alliances, and expanded his influence across different regions of the country without losing sight of his objectives.

Opposition politicians can learn the importance of consistency and strategic patience. In politics, distractions, emotions, and temporary setbacks can derail ambitions. Tinubu’s rise shows that political success often requires years of planning, persistence, and disciplined focus rather than reacting impulsively to every challenge or criticism.

2. Tinubu Is a Stable Politician
Tinubu has also built a reputation as a politician who rarely appears politically unstable or uncertain. Even during intense political battles, he projects confidence and continuity. Many politicians frequently change alliances, ideologies, or positions for short-term gains, but Tinubu has largely maintained a recognizable political identity and structure over the years.

For opposition figures, stability is important in building trust among supporters and allies. Voters and political stakeholders are more likely to support leaders who appear dependable, organized, and emotionally composed during difficult moments. Political stability also helps in building strong institutions and loyal networks that can survive beyond election cycles.

3. Tinubu Knows How to Spend Money
Politics everywhere in the world requires resources, and Tinubu understands the importance of investing in political relationships, campaigns, grassroots mobilization, and party structures. He has consistently supported political associates, party activities, and strategic movements that strengthen his influence.

Opposition politicians can learn that political success is not achieved by popularity alone. Building a strong political movement requires funding, organization, logistics, and support for loyal supporters. Effective political spending is not merely about lavishness; it is about strategically investing resources where they can strengthen political structures and long-term influence.

4. Tinubu Rewards His Loyalists
Another defining feature of Tinubu’s political style is his willingness to reward loyalty. Over the years, many politicians who stood by him politically have gone on to secure appointments, political opportunities, or influential positions.

This approach has helped him build one of the strongest political networks in Nigeria. Opposition politicians can learn that loyalty is easier to sustain when supporters believe their sacrifices and commitment will eventually be recognized. Strong political structures are often built on trust, mutual benefit, and consistent support between leaders and followers.

5. He Is Fearless and Fierce
Tinubu has repeatedly shown political boldness, even in difficult situations. Throughout his career, he has confronted powerful political opponents, survived major political battles, and remained active despite criticism and pressure.

Opposition politicians can learn the importance of courage and resilience in politics. Leadership often demands tough decisions, public scrutiny, and the willingness to stand firm during crises. Politicians who appear timid or inconsistent may struggle to inspire confidence among supporters. Tinubu’s political journey reflects the value of determination, confidence, and the ability to remain strong under pressurFoc
You forgot to add how opposion leaders can learn from Tinubu:

1. How to mortgage the future of the unborn with unprecedented amount of foreign loan

2. And how to run aground the economy with hyper-inflation or is it galloping inflation I would call it.

Fika01:
Love doesn’t suddenly disappear—it often shifts from excitement to routine.
The initial thrill fades, and what’s left can feel predictable or dull.
This “boredom” is usually a lack of novelty, effort, or emotional connection.
If ignored, it can lead to distance, resentment, or seeking excitement elsewhere.
But with intention and growth, it can evolve into deeper, more stable love.
.

Marriage becomes only boring to those who look to their partners for emotional fulfillment. Anyone who was an emotionally fulfilled person before marriage should not really become bored after being married.

RomanceRe: Most Couples No Longer Enjoy Physical Intimacy Because Of These 6 Reasons by Godmind2022(m): 5:11pm On Apr 17
youngsahito:
Physical intimacy is one of the things that keeps a relationship feeling close. But for many couples, it slowly fades, and it can be confusing or even frustrating. There are some common reasons why this happens.

1. Stress and Busy Lives

Life gets hectic. Work deadlines, school, kids, or family responsibilities can leave both partners drained. When you’re tired or stressed all the time, it’s hard to feel like being close or intimate...

2. Lack of Communication

If you don’t talk about your feelings or what you want, misunderstandings build up. Sometimes one partner feels rejected or unnoticed, and neither says anything. Over time, this can make being physically close feel uncomfortable.

3. Emotional Distance

Being intimate isn’t just about touch—it’s about feeling connected. If you’ve been drifting apart emotionally, cuddling or kissing can start to feel forced or empty. Feeling emotionally close often brings back physical closeness too.

4. Health and Energy

Illness, hormonal changes, or even some medications can lower desire. Things like depression, diabetes, or high blood pressure can make it harder to feel in the mood, even if love is still there.

5. Routine and Boredom

Doing the same things over and over, both in life and in the bedroom, can make intimacy feel boring. When things feel predictable, the excitement that fuels closeness can fade.

6. Lingering Conflicts

Old fights, resentment, or hurt feelings don’t just stay in your head—they affect the bedroom too. If you feel hurt or ignored, being physically close can feel unsafe or unwelcome.

The good news is, intimacy can come back. It starts with small steps: talking openly, showing affection, and spending time together. Simple things like holding hands, hugging, or sharing a compliment can slowly rebuild that closeness.

Remember, it’s normal for intimacy to dip sometimes. What matters is noticing it and caring enough to try again
Financial issues, to me, is number one killer of physical intimacy.
FamilyRe: If You Have A Beautiful Marriage Please Tell Us The Secret by Godmind2022(m): 3:11pm On Apr 15
JoeEeL:
Before the "born again" concept became a thing, how did our forefathers stay in marriage?
Christianity has a very big role to play in every area of our lives. It makes life better. It brings peace and meekness to one and if one has peace within him or her, it will make one a good human.

We can't over emphasize that.

To answer your question, I guess your question implied how our fathers sustained their marriages before Christianity came. The traditional religions people practiced then also preached fear of God from which comes tolerance, honesty, faithfulness to marriage vow, respect for one another etc. Apart from that, these were the days people married based on recommendations. These recommendations were also based on those qualities mentioned above.

ebubeson:
The rate of complain in marriage is much. If you have a beautiful and successful marriage, kindly tell us how to make marriage a beautiful thing.
1. Open communication:

This is where matters are discussed without bias, without pointing fingers, without reference to past misdeeds, except you bring up your own misdeeds/mistakes first before hers/his, if it is absolutely necessary.

2. Don't attempt to change your partner if there is no danger or loss involved:

No two persons think the same way all the times. Make room for differences

3. Forgiveness is a must:

There must be offences but forgive. Nobody is perfect, even you.

4. Emphaty is key:

When you ask for sex, and your spouse says no, for example, she is not doing that out of trying to get at you or trying to deny you. Always put yourself in the shoe of the other person. Nobody likes being woken up in the middle of the night when the sleep is deep.

5. Fear of God:

This is the foundation for other secrets and if your spouse is not born again, this would be hard. Fear of God makes one to be submissive, cooperative, understanding, faithful, honest, transparent and helpful.
