FamilyRe: Should We Tell His Father About His HIV Status? by GodMode: 9:05am On Feb 11, 2015
cococandy:
it is quite possible. 10yrs is a longtime for him to not have found out: Human beings can be very wicked.

On the other hand, let me give him benefit of a doubt that he may not know. You know pregnant women and women who just got delivered of a baby have very low immunity. it is possible for her to have succumbed faster for that reason while the man remains unaware because he hasn't been tested.

Or she got it from somewhere else and he was lucky not to have contracted it. Very possible too.
I've seen a pregnant woman with HIV but the husband didn't get it.

I went out. I missed that. Lol. Funny world.

PoliticsRe: Okada Ban: Motorcycle Dealers Nationwide To Cast Protest Votes by GodMode: 8:36am On Feb 11, 2015
softysparky:
As in ehhh, I am not really against banning of Okada but they should make provisions for the common man. Give us good roads and you will be surprised how people will dump okada for other means of transportation.

They have suffered those guys enough, you give out okada during campaign, then mandatory helmet, uniforms and tickets and then you ban them.
Bad way of thinking... What do you mean by the "common man"huh Good roads or not the population of some states are too many especially lagos.. Okada must be banned nationwide and the citizens must learn to hold the local, state and federal govt ransom to provide basic amenities...

Its easy for you to sit down in your living room and type rubbish...before you call Nigeria a hopeless nation, i assume you are a foreigner but if not then you are a bastard and hopeless as well...there cannot be Nigeria without Nigerians and if you call your country hopless then you are also hopeless, i am very sure people like you dont and cant contribute anything meaningful to this country instead you sit down like a fool and abuse your country forgeting you are part of it.

When will Nigerians pray for their country instead of abusing her...right from the beginning even during their trail period the americans always say 'God bless America'...look around you and see if that prophecy is not revealing itself, but here its all abusing and cursing and instead of the country to move forward she is moving backward because of the curses of some irresponsible people.

For me and my household Nigeria is moving forward and we are blessed, if you wish your country hopelessness then hopelessness will befall you and your entire family.

The power of life and death is in the tongue, use it wisely.

CultureRe: Why Did Yoruba Culture Survive In Latin America And Not Igbo Or Others by GodMode: 8:49pm On Feb 09, 2015
Coldfeet:
Thats a lie! for instance lets take a look at both tribe movie industry which is more laced with juju? at every ori meta in yoruba land you'd find a sacrifice! in igbo land its hardly seen and whenever such is found the a town crier will go about town asking whoever placed it there to go take it away. Come to igbo land and be better schooled.
Stop basing your conclusions on nollywood or yorubawood.

In reality, as reported in newspapers the igbos are mostly the ones that own the ritualist/kidnappers den in the SW.

Read newspapers and stop watching fiction.

Besides that's the yoruba way of "action movies". Those movies need better directors and graphics.

So "clash of the titans", "lord of the rings" "harry potter", "piercy jackson", the walking dead, spiderman, superman, guardians of the galaxy no get juju for their moviehuh huh

it then means you no grow for yoruba land.i know you're saying this cos of Lagos but remember most of the reason was cos of The Early settlements of missionaries.in igbo land, you have Onitsha,in SS,you've got Benin&calabar.remeber that trades plays a major Role in Terms of culture Dyanmism,so dont gimme all that tribal superiority..
I personally believe that where those Early missionaries were Accepted was/is still a blessed place in Nigeria up till today
You're been tribalist... Where in that comment did u see or read anything about missionarieshuh

That comment is based on what happening currently... Yoruba region has made more people financially independent than any other region.

Lagos was nothing then:

Eluwilussit:
Why is all our life about tribal issues? Why can't we see ourselves as nigerians? Even as black people. If the Yorubas have more influence in North and South America, why can't we all celebrate what they achieved? Do we need to start a tribal war?

if you have ever lived and worked in North america, you will understand that a nigga is simply a nigga. There's no such thing as igbo or yoruba niggas. Nigga has only one colour. We all know what that colour is.

Let's celebrate our blackness and leave tribe alone.
Some people can't tolerate and respect another person lifestyle and culture. It's a part of life.

i hate reading things like this.we are in a world where countries depend on other countries' inputs&thus cant do without others.IF NOT russia's economy should depend on itself despite the sanctions, but they are struggling.just as a person cant be an island so it is in terms of cultures.no dey try claim tribal superority.igbos contribute to yoruba, yoruba to Hausa and so on.am sure that some of the things you do were borrowed from other cultures&so do others borrow from you.the world is evolving,so stop being SENTIMENTAL
No tribe contributed anything to the Yorubas... All other tribes had to rush down to Yoruba region to be successful..

The Yorubas contribute a lot to the rest of Nigeria. Some tribes wouldn't be where they are today if the Yorubas weren't a tolerating tribe.

A lot of families from other tribes are successful today because the Yorubas gave them the enabling environment to succeed.

ProgrammingRe: Building An App That Lets Users Locate A Power Source Nearest To Them. by GodMode: 9:24pm On Feb 06, 2015
kaboninc:
Lol. Firstly the app will target different platforms. But if for the more common platforms like the Android, then there would be no need for a refresh. That in itself consumes power.

Maybe you should be specific on how you think the app will know if the barber's shop or supermarket store or friends house has electricity if maybe the phones are switched off and charging.
You're new to programming especially android programming... There are codes to detect
when:
Your battery is charging
Your battery is low
Your battery is full
in android.

The app will know if the barber's shop, supermarket store or friends house has electricity by detecting if their phones are charging(anyone who has installed the app).

What his trying to do is achievable but not profitable..

BusinessRe: As A Person With Business Ideas, How Can You Turn N40,000 Into Millions? by GodMode: 1:38pm On Feb 02, 2015

I was wondering if you all out there can become a successful millionaire, if you had N40,000 as a capital. Most people will say 1million isn't enough to start anything, but a real business person had wild ideas. I want to know what your ideas are in your head. Please share what you can do with 40k.
No one would give you their business secrets cos it took them months or years of trial and error to be successful...

That's the same as telling someone you want to be their competitor.

Military news reporting is done by video and live coverage not by tweeting.

Have you ever thought of why no media agency reports terrorist activity in the north.. Its so that gej can save face in the eyes of sw,ss,se and east.

For your info:
Terrorist attacks happen more often than reported in newspapers in sw,ss,se.

Seems security is one of the least problems facing Nigerians, despite inefficiences in security mangement,Nigerians still blindly stay loyal to Jonthan.
Their families haven't been killed by bh that's why they support gej... They stoned gej's convoy in the north but they would blame apc and say its apc thugs...

A lot of families have been displaced... gej is arming his tribe with ammunitions to defend themselves but his turned a blind to nigerian army.

I thank God Chad has refused to side with Boko Haram. I hope all Nigeria's neighbors stiffly oppose Boko haram too. If those moles in our army refusing to fight Boko will allow them to capture more cites inside Nigeria just to spite the nation's leadership, let them continue.

Bottomline, boko haram are not welcome in Chad nor Cameroon territory anymore!
I'm sorry to say but you're a f:ool and a bunch of Nigerians are f:ools.

There's oil in the north east... The plan has been to annex the NE away from Nigeria...

There are 3 FRENCH speaking countries surrounding the NE.

If u take your time to google BH uniform and compare it to Chad military uniform... u'll see that they are almost the same...

The plan is to use a terrorist org to invade Nigeria..

Parasitic:
I wrote this as a piece of advice. Kidney failure is rampant this days, its a no respecter of humans, coz it affects both toddler, teens, adults, man, woman, rich or poor. Mostly its are a result of uncontrolled hypertension n diabetes. Its important for everyone to go for medical checkup occssionally. Most times its undetectable until the person is down by then its too late. Its a very costly illness to manage. Infact without cash its a death sentence. So my brothers and sisters let us moderate what unhealthy foods we consume. I was having a sober reflection after series of cases I see today. I am living today is by Gods grace. Thank God for medical advances too.
god or satan have nothing to do with earth and everything that lives on or in it.
