onyengbu: You are not just part of the problem, you are one of the problem,

Ebook sellers are mostly the problem. How else do you 'teach' people if not through your ebooks.

Again do you tell people who you sell your eBooks to that you do trial and error or do you splash 5 million dollar pay pal page to them? Tell yourself the truth.

That aside, I will not be much bothered about your 'business' if it doesnt affect me. Unfortunately it does. You and your people have taken over webmasters section where webmasters should be doing their thing. Why not take your 'business' to business section rather than come here and accuse the site owner of being a bad person.
When you're actually in the world where people are clearing 8 figures a month upwards you start to notice that they're far too busy to even bother "proving" to anyone how much they earn. When you earn a lot you really don't give a damn.

You actually seem bothered by the fact that I think you don't make money. Notice, that I don't give a damn what you think about me. In fact, as far as you're concerned let's just say I make minimum wage and drive taxi. You see, you and your opinion are nothing more than a joke and have no relevance or significance in my life. Whether you believe I'm the king of mars or a peasant makes no difference to my bottom line. If you make it one day and start making some good money you'll get the "ahh" moment.

Good luck to you though. No one deserves poverty. We should all live in abundance and I hope you do make some money and get some success in life.

Take care

onyengbu: OP its people like you that chased away developers from this section.
This section was created so that webmasters will come and exchange ideas but what do we have today?
People like you looking for who to 'teach' how to make money online.
I keep wondering if there is truly any nigerian that will sincerely want to teach others how to make money.
You guys are pseudo scammers who prey on uninformed and sparsely informed people on the truth of internet business, you go about selling half truth to unsuspecting mugus (who I blame though).
Please leave Seun and real webmasters alone. Go to business section to display your photoshopped pay pal account page. You might get more mugus there.

I am sure that 70% of people on webmasters section today are internet business guys like you so I expect your attacks.
Bring it on!
for me, I don't believe in screenshots... but there are forums where peeps share ideas... I'm still in the testing(trial and error) stage... I sell ebooks on my site and other e-commerce sites.... so I don't look for people to 'teach'...

emmygzy: Teaching palaver, i remember the previous school that i was teaching. I was teaching them physics and maths and maybe cos im very friendly and simple, all the girls in ss2 and ss3 were blushing to the extent that the proprietor and other male teachers noticed. Some of those girls went to an extent of sending me love messages and one was even telling me that she had a dream that i was caressing her breasts. In theirs ss3 class, i became close to one of the girls( i later bleeped that one), more like she was too daring forcing me to get close to her. All other girls in the class became so jealous of her. Though this girl in particular is a badt girl cos wen i bleeped her, she don tey for the game. I later left the school when them wan kill me with advances. The school im presently teaching now, its even the same old issues and this one is even now worse cos like 3 female teachers too are in love with me. Its soo obvious. I dont know why its like that o. I dont know maybe its my nature, cus im gentle, kindhearted and play a lot and some say im handsome( though i dont know if thats true) but im just tired of the advances, cos they all call me their husbands. I teach the science class, but its worse to the extent that the art students that are in love with me will come and sit down in my class whenever im teaching the science students. I tire oo. Abeg wetin i fit do. I dont feel like bleeping anybody dis time around. The reason i bleeped the other time was that the girl is already a bad girl but, most girls here are still virgins( only ss1, no ss2 and 3 yet), and i dont wanna put them in a wayward path.

Nigeria will improve once you and your Hausa friends go home and work on education and innovation to solve your local problems.

My 2 cents.
Your tribalist nature is blocking your thinking. I mean to dis-integrate mutually.

ababanwoke: The gradual waning away of our indigenious dialect and language should be highly blamed on our families not on the government, since there is no ban on any dialect or language. In my land and culture particularily igbo,my people believe that English is the best langauge to teach to their kids. I was shocked when a friend of my was telling me he will teach his children english while growing up then they will learn igbo in the streetz,I asked him this era that children don't experience the street plays we did back then, how can they learn it when locked up in the house? he didn't answer. Well what am saying we can still salvage this issue if we go back to the roots and teach our kids our indigenious language and let the learn english in the school, even if they learn the english at home, when they write waec or neco they still fail so what's the use? Let's use our head.
True, it begins at home.. while some were lucky to learn it from the streets... But govt is to be blamed. If they teach with the indigenous languages.. This question wouldn't come up.

They are already there... They need to teach with the language. For instance, schools in SW should teach in yoruba.
Schools in SE should teach in the native language
The north too should do the same.

But this would mean foreigners and non-indigenes must learn the language before been able to be a teacher.

People would say its tribalism not knowing that its pure common sense.

rickkid: With all due respect, you don't know me at all. I come from a family where my mum actually used to make nearly 3 times my dad's income. We live in a very lovely place in an exclusive part of town and I can tell you that 2/3 of the money that built this place came from my mum's business back in the day. But as soon as she had her 4th child and the other 3 were approaching that difficult age, and my dad started having health challenges, she voluntarily shut her business and came home to raise her kids and look after her husband's health.
Today he is doing far better than she ever did and all her kids are grown up so some people look at her and assume she is just some lucky trophy wife who married the lotto jackpot and is a leech on a wealthy man, they don't know the background.

Having seen this with my two eyes, I can never look down on a woman who chooses to look after her family full time. My fiancee and I have even discussed this and we have agreed that 3 years after marriage, we will have our first child and she will stop full time work. I know what I gained from always having a parent around when I was little. Before I turned 3, I was already reading fluently and by 12 I was winning nationwide contests ahead of people 4 years my senior. That's what having a full time parent gives you and it's a pity so many of you just don't seem to understand the value of exclusive motherhood.
The parents u described are parents with ambitions and plans it has nothing to do with motherhood...

rickkid: Lol she is an "educated Black woman".

When we just listen to any rubbish white people say and blindly follow, this is what happens.

Because some oyinbo lesbian started a movement in the 60s demonising motherhood and characterising stay-at-home mums as "lazy non-achievers", our army of fresh-faced, wide-eyed, naïve people accept this as the Word Of God and start expecting women to do everything men do AND raise a family as well.

Nature did NOT design it that way. Full stop.

A woman is the foundation of human civilisation. If everyone on earth was a man, humanity goes extinct in 1 generation! Don't you guys get it?? A woman is more than just a human being with a vag.ina - she is the human race itself! Each one of us came to earth through a woman. Giving birth and raising children is the most important job on earth! Without a woman to give birth and raise children, there is no corporate ladder, there is no career, there is no economy, there is no politics, there is NOTHING.

Don't you guys get it already?! You have been brainwashed to look down on what is the most important thing on earth for gods sake, what is wrong with you people!!!

Anyway my fiance and I already know the score. 3 years of 2 of us working after marriage, then once the kids start coming, she is staying at home to give my children 6 months exclusive breastfeeding and raise them. No nannies, creche or wicked housegirl. Yes I will have to work like a slave to take care of all of us, but all I'm doing is making money - she is moulding our next generation! Is there anything on earth that is more important than that?
Yes, her making her own money cos if u die before your time hard times will hit the family.

although, I hate stereotyping, but you ll agree with me that the kids open up more with their mum than their dad. sir, there are things you can't change. a man does his chore better outdoor, while a woman does her's better indoor, just like the arms of government, where they have separation of power, everyone to his area of specialization.

this is the reason our parents where able to live together till death, one was dishing out orders while the order was obeying, unlike these days where everyone is giving out order and no one is ready to obey.

ochon: God bless you real good, Safarigirl. Truer words have never been spoken.

One of the founding fathers of this huge backward mentality which is fast desecrating some women, is OUR PARENTS. Our parents, society, and traditions caused all these.

You'll see a parent raising her daughters to believe that marriage is their key to earthly salvation.

You'll see a parent asking their 20-year-old daughter that's still in the uni reading to better her life, "when are you getting married?"

You'll see parents shipping off their daughters who's fresh from high school to a man, a girl that's barely 19 years of age. Sometimes I understand why they'd to do it - POVERTY.

You'll see parents mocking their girl's achievement simply because they ain't married yet.

Many parents pressurise their daughters into marriage because of "what the society will say."

Also, some ladies are to be blamed too. A girl will leave her studies, and start leeching off different men, selling her body in the process just to get new clothes, new gadgets and bribe her way through school. Just to live posh. They've this hope of "getting married" when they are done with school and enjoying their husby's wealth. Such a sick mentality.

I blame some men too. What kind of a sick man will have the clear conscience of marrying an 18-year-old girl fresh from high school, just because he wants "an untouched girl"? Those men will prey on families that are low income earners who see their daughters as a way to escaping poverty. The cycle is vicious mehn!!

That said, Safari, I think you should edit your title to include "SOME" or "MANY" because they're independent and employed ladies out there working hard to cater for themselves without depending on a man to be her saviour. Shout-out to such ladies!! Keep the fire burning.cool
Do u want the daughters of low income parents to become runs girls or prostituteshuh

The fulfillment from MOTHERHOOD and being able to RAISE something that started as a spec of s.e.m.en is unquantifiable. The same way you are excited about your CAREER is the same way others are excited about RAISING CHILDREN. The fact that you think wanting to get married and having kids means having little to no ambition makes me question your so-called education and career interest. A KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON WOULD NEVER SAY SUCH.

MOTHERHOOD TRUMPS any rubbish career you want to make up. The only people i have respect for are the ones that DO BOTH.
If you think having a career means you have some sort of ambition or are better than women who chose to raise babies, PLEASE DO THE WORLD A FAVOUR and TEAR YOUR CERTIFICATE

rickkid: My guy! Wa gba yii jare! Your head dey dia.

Life is not difficult like that. Let a man be a man. Let a woman be a woman.

Sometimes it's best to just leave some things the way nature made them. No point over-analysing and theorising. Bottom line is - as a man you are a breadwinner. If you consistently fail at this, go for spiritual cleansing. As a woman, you are the foundation of human civilisation, I.e a mother; the person who brings lives into existence. It is a woman's job to create and mould human beings, which is the most important job on the planet. It is also her job to take care of the home which those little humans live in. It is a man's job to provide the resources to make sure that those little beings and their mother are catered for. Full stop.

When we think we're smarter than Mother Nature is when we start having these problems.
Its the creator that creates offspring... Its the job of the husband and wife to build a HOME.

personally, I'll hand over all the sensitive responsibilities to my wife, especially in the areas of monitoring the kids change in behavior, spending more time with the kids in other to prevent them from roaming up and down the street, like sheep without a Shepard, and making the family planning. if she can do those, I careless whatever she does with the rest of her time, as long as she not putting the family interest in line, on the pursuit of her goals.

for women: family first , then ambition follows

for men: use your ambition to secure your family, because women hate broke a'ss guys
Your mentality is degrading.
