I honestly need help. I try to suppress my anger but I always find myself reacting aggressively when provoked. when I'm reacting aggressively because of my anger I feel in my mind that I'm overreacting but then it's already too late and I can't stop myself. I like being alone and minding my business but there's always something that winds up triggering me. I don't know if this makes any sense because I don't really know how to explain how I feel.

The Chief of Defence Staff , Major General Gabriel Olonishakin, yesterday urged the media not to glorify terrorists or give them undue publicity. He spoke at the Defence Headquarters, Abuja, during the Defence Correspondence Seminar 2019 themed “Enhancing National Security and Cohesion through Responsible Media Reportage.”

He said in times of crisis, the main effort of the press should be geared towards peace-building. According to him, military operations demand a cordial working relationship with the media for enlightenment purpose and national security.

true well said ,we men don't talk much but women do , there were times when the men shouldered most in the home, and there will come times of financial weakness, the wisest of women cover the man's weakness while women with bad attitude and brought up who wreck home cause a stir or end the marriage, my father was once at this Stage and what my mother did was to sell her jewellery box and gave him the money , this was way back and it was a fortune , my father almost cried , he swore to never fall financially again, today my mother remains his jewel , I some times ask him why is he pampering my mum instead of his children , my old man still de buy chocolate, wine and roses for my mum , I actually feel jealous about this two people in public as they behave like teenage lovers, but thank god no be tonto born me o.









Because they don't understand how Nigerian marriages work, they think it's all about the wedding day.

Most men naturally are not the talking type. Women love to talk and share our everyday life with the one we love. In relationships, yea some men can bend a little and chat with you, but in marriage? Most men close up and behave like Oga and employee kind of relationship.

Nowadays marriages amongst the poor and average class, it's women that's the bread winners in homes. Sad but true. They work their assz out to keep the home running and avoid shame.
Anyways I wish all intending brides and grooms 100percent best of luck, cos y'all really need it.

Guess what ,its all my fualt ,so society says . If a woman gets to a certain age and is not married,its all her fault, according to society, she probably doesn't know how to keep a man, she probably doesn't have good home training ,she probably was doing shakara when she was younger and the list goes on but guess what if a guy in his late thirties isnt married, he probably hasn't found the right woman yet . sighs!
