darefestus: Story of my life! Though i applied for Mechanical Engineering(Neva really liked the course, just the name)..And i got Physics, looking back, i thank God for directing me 2 physics o. I couldnt have coped with engineering. It just isnt my thing, same with Computer Science..Gawd, i hated Programming, Fortran and Pascal almost drove me mad.

Hmmm...Touching!...Maybe its because I never really knew much about Computer science then, that's why I opted for it...I thank GOD for Physics sha, despite all the ups & downs I still enjoyed it...

IbroSaunks: Yeah, I was indifferent to chemistry. I can't blame it all on my teachers though, I admit I was quite unserious in Secondary School. I wasn't a bad boy, I just couldn't study, no matter how hard I tried. All my textbooks looked new, the worn out ones looked that way due to my attempts at studying ...it's amazing how I survived! Sometimes I wished I was made to repeat a class, maybe I woulda woken up. I did wake in uni though!

But seriously, I think teachers have a core role to play in the life of students...I can never forget Miss Gbadegesin my Chemistry teacher, that woman knows how to manipulate students till they imbibe no matter the mediocrity...I wasn't really the serious type too, I played a lot!...Lolzzz

darefestus: I guess we all have a past we'd like to change. For all my love 4 physics i hated chemistry (my chemistry teacher ruined it 4 me in sec sch). If u ask me tho, i'm grateful i didnt like/know chemistry. Far too volatile for my liking.

Mine was Biology ooo, I had such a great antipathy for that subject...Our teacher was one of the reasons sha, it became worse when she got me in her telescopic sight...As in, I never passed that subject in any of my O'level exams......An E8 was the best grade I had...Lolzzz!

The only topics that aroused my interests were; Reproduction & Human heart...Lol!

IbroSaunks: LooL, I have mixed feelings. The precautious "better safe than sorry" part of me doesn't want to, but the "adventurous" and bored part of me does! I know there are many stunts I would like to pull but my timidity probably won't allow me to . Sometimes I also fear that people would try to take advantage of my reserved gentle manner, which I thoroughly hate but it's just one of the things people like me have to put up with sometimes. I know it'll be a personal challenge for me sha, and I like challenges .
