debsite: please, could anyone tell me what to do. I 've been trying to register on UI pg site to get an invoice but it keeps on telling me that ''the mail server cannot communicate with yahoo''. I have tried using different account apart from yahoo, like gmail and hotmail all opened on internet explorer but the problem didn't solve. pls, anyone with good idea.
I did my invoice registration on the phone, though I also encountered a problem(can't really remember the message) at the "mailing" stage. But I checked my mailbox and discovered that my "Application number" and "Password" has been sent already. Have you checked the inbox of the e-mail you used and didn't see anything?

You can try using another cybercafe too.

Car TalkRe: Fastest Speed You Have Ever Driven: Car, Place, Time? by Godschild2(m): 5:48pm On Jul 06, 2013
sawyerrola: Lomomike just corrected me, its a 5 speed transmission. my bad on the 6 gears.
y no to the test nahuhhuhhuh?? hahahahahahaha......please rethink.....
Mehn! The fact that its a 5speed makes it more amazing, 110mph at 3500rpm? I duff my hat for your engine oo!

Lol! Even if I rethink, thank GOD I'm miles away from abuja gringringrin
Car TalkRe: Fastest Speed You Have Ever Driven: Car, Place, Time? by Godschild2(m): 9:10pm On Jul 04, 2013
sawyerrola: hahahahahaha...its just 6 gears on a 4.0l engine. with my limited knowledge and experience, i just explained this some minutes ago on another thread. lemme copy paste it

'at 5500 rpm on 180km (max gear ratio reached) then you have to check why your gear box didn't change from gear 5 to gear 6. at max gear without too much force on your accelerator, you should be below 5500 rpm at that speed because you should be cruising at this point. once your rpm needle is in the red, take a break. its just a waste of fuel. '

and i forgot to add that to take pictures at such speed, please take it easy on your acceleration. no risky multitasking with only 1 copy of your life....lol...

but if you are in Abuja, I'm willing to give you a test drive.... maybe you see for yourself how it happens. Book a test drive today....hahahahahaha
Hmmmmm...6 gears? Interesting! Thanks for the explanation sir.

Heeeeee! Test what?? gringrin No way! Lol.
Car TalkRe: Fastest Speed You Have Ever Driven: Car, Place, Time? by Godschild2(m): 9:08pm On Jul 03, 2013
Wow! @Sawyerrola, please how many gears does 4runner have? Pardon my ignorance, just that I don't understand how a speed of 100mph can be clocked with an rpm of 4.5 and you get 110mph with an rpm of 3.

Cos in my little 1.6SLX nissan primera, while on the 5th(last) gear, an rpm of 3-3.5 only gives 70-80mph. And I can hardly go beyond that cos the engine is already screaming HELP! at that speed. Lol
! gringrin

Funny enough, the speedometer has a range of 220kmph(140mph)

Galads: Its 9months intensive military training, 3months in nda kaduna(former site) wr regular cadets would b the once incharge.you can imagine a tama 2 cadet jobbing the hell out of you.in my school, we call tama two cadets mandella because they just finished crabship wr they had nobody to job.tama 2 are d worst coz they are still teens probably non is above 20yrz.nxt 3mnths in port harcout and last 3mnths in lagos and finally go back to kaduna for p.o.p. Ofcourse you can contact d outside world that is if you even have time for your phone.break, yes christmas break and not more than7dayz.there are other break but wuld depend on oga @ d top.so assume no break because they can never give more than a week. My brothers and sisters, prepare your minds because if your finally picked, especially for those without any regimentation, first one month would look like 10mnths for you.at some point, you would feel like carrying your bags and run(people would definitely run).my advice, start doing some excercise to keep fit...onward together
Hmmmmm, interesting! Can't stop laughing at the "mandela" aspect gringrin

Equador: The applicants are not required to compulsorily have 2.1, the requirements range between 3rd class, 2.2, 2.1 and first class, the 3rd class stuff depends on the type of dept though (very few). You can see all the requirements in the prospectus, I can send it to you tru whatsapp if you dont have one. Message me wit this 07033584266
Please I've been trying to download the prospectus from their site but it keeps showing an error. I'll be very grateful if you can send inbox it to me;

Thanks!

Chianya: yes HE does but that doesn't mean we should tempt God afteral the bible states "obedience is better than sacrifice". If your documents/credentials are not complete OR you have below 2.1 OR you're above the required age don't bother applying because these are the little things we feel that does not matter but it does. I DON'T MEAN TO DASH YOUR EXPECTATIONS JUST BEING HONEST.
My brother, "Obedience is better than sacrifice" means to obey GOD not man, is better than sacrifice. Our GOD works in ways which are far beyond human comprehension. It is called FAITH, when you apply for something beyond the reach of your academic qualification. It is called DIVINE FAVOUR, when you get something your academic qualification should have barred you from receiving.

How else do you expect GOD to make a way where there seems to be no way, if you don't take a step of faith?

emmanuel4fire: Nobody painted you black. You don't expect any to believe so easily when they have not pasted info on their news and information website. I received order from my boss who told me to check that it has been pasted on navy.mil.ng and that they now have a new portal dat was developed of recent and that changes have been made on the recruitment process. So don't blame any.
In Nigeria, seeing is believing.
Really? So when someone labels you a "Scammer", he's doing you a favour? He deserves a round of applause right? See how all the "Anti-Scamming" campaign you cyber-diligently led turned out to be a fallacious rally? gringrin

Oh yeah, people didn't believe the news initially cos it wasn't on their webpage, but should any mature specimen impute such a ludicrous allegation on the informants?

Lol! Seeing is believing, yes. But does that make Unseeing non-believing? Let's learn to give ourselves the benefit of doubt before rushing to draw curtains. Patience, they say, is a virtue.

gringrin...Enjoy!
