Bro, its like these; You put any of your feet lightly in a bowl of water, bring it out and put it on the ground. Its the kind of watermark that your foot makes on the ground that determines "flat-footness". Normally, the print/watermark is not supposed to reveal that hollow space(Plantar Arch) we have under our feet, if it does then the person is flat-footed. As in, if you use your right foot, you're supposed to get a kinda figure '7' print, showing the phalanges(Toes) the metatarsals & the heel. Flat-foot occurs when the muscles of the plantar arch gets weak...I hope this helps o.

Lol!......Bro, they've answered you correctly oo, there ain't no such thing as CLO in camp. You can only become one at your local government, and that is after all the batches before your batch have passed out...If you're 13A for instance, you could become CLO after 12C corp members pass out in October.

And, it all depends on your local government inspector(LGI), you should be close to him cos he's the one that appoints the CLO.
