ambrosini593: Guys I congratulate all of u. I actually served in bayelsa in 2008 batch b. The state allowee is 4k for those serving in Yenagoa and outside the capital is 5k. You will be paid at the end of the program. Your camp is Kaiama. No longer flooded though. Try as much as possible to be posted to yenagoa. The reverine area is quite bad. I still live in yenagoa. Tmany: since i got my call up letter been trying to get confirmation wether we really be get redeployment from camp.TMANY, I've been reading a lot of your posts concerning redeployment and I must confess, I salute your courage & high hopes...From what I heard, the only corp members in Yobe & Maiduguri are those who voluntarily stayed back due to one reason or another best known to them...Redeployment is sure for you my brother...Just don't dull yourselves when you reach camp, especially when the D.G visits...It is well! |

Emmysteve: Abeg my fellow prospective corpers pray for us oo my class mate just called to inform me that we are not making the batch A. Thats the rumour he heard, i just cant belief it. How can i stay at home for close to a year? The last set went for batch B but i belief the ASUU strike is responsible for that. i dont knw why our school want to slow our career, when i have job waiting for me to collect my NYSC discharge and school result. The set that went for batch B had to presurize the school management with series of meetings before their names was submited to NYSC headquaters for mobilization. But my friend told me that some people wiil sit with the vc to make sure we meet the Batch A ( kogi state university is the school name)My brother, you have to be hopeful about it...Sometimes I wonder why our schools are always like these, I wonder what their problem is, I wonder what they have to gain by delaying innocent graduates from obtaining liberty...This is the time for everyone to focus more on GOD, HE is the only one that can make things happen...GOD pass dem!!! 1 Like |
