Pls can I certify my document @ the german embassy in proxy?

This has been answered before,Go to the embassy with original documents,and the photocopies that ya wanna certify,mon-thur-8am-1pm

We like work, we like to struggle, we know how to look for money, but never have time for periodic comprehensive medical check-up.
To some, they will say, they dont have time, some, claims no money, some will say they are not sickly, as if its only the sickly that hospital are made for, some will say, its better for them not to know that a particular illness is in their body, to such, its a preventive measure for them, as what one does not know anything about cant make you worry.
However, we should all know these things, its better for us, some ailment are better dealt with if they are diagonised earlier, even, when you are checked-up and the doctors affirm that you are perfectly alright, they wont just leave you to go like that, they will definately supply you with tips that will make you to maintain your good health.
Some usually complain of "no money, but sincerely, its not really expensive, one can just decide to reduce the junks one takes daily and save the money that is supposed to be used on them for six months, and before one knows what is happening, you have even more than what you need for the medical check-up.
Let us all stop the habit of going to hospitals only when we are suffering from one ailment or the other........a stitch in time, save nine, sometimes, even more than nine......
May God help us all.
As for me, i did my own comprehensive medical check-up about two weeks ago, and i was told that im alright, except that ihere is a hole in one of my teeth, of which i was given an appointment of when to come and fill it, which i have done.
So, lets share ours, when last did you go for comprehensive medical check up.

You can easily get genuine yellow card at the health department of local government,Just walk down to any local government office closer to you and ask for yellow card.

Berlin is the capital offcourse so No problem,Hmm East Germany could be different for student you can try to read more about Jena on the internet anyways,Its a student city in the state of Thuringia,why not apply for schools in places like munich,baden wuttermberg,rhineland palatinate,they have got nice schools bro.

Jena is located in east germany,so your chances of survival might be low(student jobs),But Jena is also a university city!

You could have done the right thing by going to the german embassy with the admission form and original supporting documents,mON-THUR 8am-10 am its free,German embassy will certify them with the botschaft(embassy stamp/LOGO),All schools in germany recognize this and they will respond to your documents fast.Please always do things right when dealing with the germans.

@Obinnio bro like i said before the person that will get sponsor must be a legal resident of Germany and must be earning over 1250 euro monthly,He will go to the nearest local government office called behorde with his landlord agreement ,payslip within the past 6 month,residence permit with his international passport.

Kayusfity: Bros can you please explain the appeal process? I sent an appeal letter to administrative court in berlin germany as directed by the german consulate in lagos but the letterwas rejected. Its with DHL and would be returned to me by monday. How do i go about the appeal?

No bro sponsor is just an alternative for the 8k,the sponsor must be a legal resident in Germany and must earn over 1250 euro monthly,It could be hard to get a sponsor but it cost just 25 euro to get one from the behorde(Local goverment)

@Obinnio all these questions has been answered before,Its either you provide your verpflichtung erklarung(sponsor letter) or approx 8k euro which has been deposited in a German blocked account!go to db.com for more info!

peace72: I applied for a German visa on the 20th of Feburary and was refused and the reason was that information provided for intended stay and condition was not reliable.
I am planning re-apply or go for an appeal?What do you advice?

I think if you should appeal that is gonna be better for you than re apply because the germani people just do not like too desperate people,But if you appeal thats show you are very serious,but if you should re apply they might regard you as someone who is way too desperate to leave your country.
