DollarAngel:Who knows him. |
surgical:You are on point. This blueprint should have been handed to this APC administration from the onset but the cabal hijacked the government. They sidelined Tinubu and relegated him to the background, making him irrelevant in the governance. Now we can now see the result, and the consequence will manifest in the 2018:election. Tinubu is doing this now for posterity sake, he knows there is going to be general voters apathy towards APC government reelection come 2018. |

Why is everyone condemning only the woman. Does that justifies the action of the man? That guy is a monster. You failed to honor the service agreement and went further attempting to kill the woman ? that's barbaric. |
osazsky:Lol. Barca ke? They won't even get to the final.Barca is not in form, they are just struggling. Watch as Man City will humble Barca if they get to meet them along the line as the competition progresses. |
Bulletproof:Correct talk my brother. |
szen:Every coach has his strategy and style of play as long as it gives him the desired result. It has worked for Maurhino in the past and sometimes it doesn't work. The same is applicable to Gaudiola, he brought this tiki tracks style from Barca and appears to be working for him now but wait for the next 2 seasons and lets see if it will still work for him. A lot of people are blaming Lukaku but failed to acknowledge the fact that the opponent (Man city) is technically better, even Mourhino admitted it during the press review. |
OP you made some valid points but I have my own reservations on your concluding paragraph. Many of us acknowledge and recognise the importance of Asiwaju in present day Nigeria's politics. We also noticed the twist of events after the PMB inauguration and recently how Asiwaju suddenly became a new bride of PMB again. We all know it is pure politics that's is being played out here. In all of these, I believe it is the masses that should be the end beneficiaries and not necessarily the Asiwaju's boys. |
SeniorZato:Stadia (plural form of Stadium) |
sniperr007:The government of Edo State should do more to curb this sad and unfortunate development. Both the Federal and State lawmakers should treat this as a matter of urgency. While the good gesture shown by the Governor is commendable, however more proactive steps must be taken by empowering the youth. The Government must investigate and bring back everyone still stranded in Libya especially those in underground cells and prisons. |
lovelylad:Yes I can see it. Just rotate the frog by 90degrees. |
iamjavadem:....Especially when you want to go and watch Arsenal vs ManU or Chelsea vs Man city match |
Arysexy:Even if they are common criminals from chad as alleged then they should be handled like a criminal according to the law at least. |
dignity33:stop being childish.please grow up and talk like an educated adult. |
Marshalxv:Greed! Greed! nothing but greed. She is just looking for an avenue to exploit the guy further. |
ivolt:Hmmm...the same way Boko Haram started like play like play and it escalated to one of the most deadliest terrorists group in the world today. |
Argentina is being overrated. They struggled to qualify. They are not as fantastic as many of us think, they have their weakness too and it was exposed during the friendly match with Nigeria. It is an open group, no team is a push over. As a matter of fact, Argentina cannot earn 9 points in that group because they are beatable. There is going to be a lot of draws in that group and most likely the qualifier to the next stage may be decided through goal difference. |
LeSulk:Lol. Since they always defeat us by just 1 goal margin. |
Raiders:No. Nigeria actually embraced it but the recession actually curtailed the purchasing power of the consumers. Majority of people could only afford the cost of basic and very essential commodities such as food, transportation etc, even to pay children school fees self no be joke. its not really easy, its not Konga 's fault but the reality of the economy. Good thing is that they are paying them 5months salary upfront which is quite fair. Let them invest it wisely and use it to start something for themselves no matter how small. |
The only area where I think Ghana has an edge is in their orderliness and discipline. Apart from that there is no way they can be compared with Nigeria both in terms of economy strength (GDP) and infrastructural development. And again OP, you don't use Lagos alone as a yardstick to measure Nigeria. For instance, while we may agree that Lagos is noisy and very competitive, the same cannot be said of other places such as Abuja,Calabar,Akwa Ibom,Minna etc. We appreciate how you shared your Ghana experience with us but then you need to be objective by comparing apple with apple and not comparing apple with orange.Nigeria is better than Ghana by all standard. |
lilfreezy:rather it should go like this... they will see an apple and call it an orange(singular) or they will see apples and call it oranges (plural). Don't combine singular and plurals in the same sentence. |
Jolar101:Did you read the post at all ? |
bonechamberlain:Abi o ! Help me ask the OP again. what are we suppose to do with this news. Is it every law students that ended practicing as a barrister/solicitors? is it every Banking and Finance graduates that work in the bank? When your Dad has multi million investment here in Nigeria, what do you expect from such person. In such a scenario my brother many people would have tolled that same line to be honest with ourselves. How much will medical practice fetch him when the position of MD/CEO of a bank is waiting for him at home. |
The level of ignorance exhibited by some people here on NL baffles me. Most of them forget we are in Africa, and whether we choose to accept it or not, the fact is that which craft exists. What do you when you found out your mum is one? It is not totally strange in our society. Many of the people here commenting on NL actually have their mums or close relatives belonging to one cult or the other without our knowledge. In other words,Nothing to worry about. Ensure you still show your love and respect to her like before.Never try to confront her or challenge her physically. It is a spiritual battle. The Bible says "we wrestle not against flesh and blood but powers, principalities and spiritual wickedness in high places...." I hope you got the gist. This time around you need to double your fire prayer and also be watchful and vigilant but still love her. Don't abandon her o. You can also see other men of God for further counsel. |
MaziOmenuko:Yes, you are right. Under the new PFA, access to your savings is smooth and seamless. In fact you can get the whole process done and your account get credited within 6 weeks if retirement. Thanks for the Pension Reform Act by Obasanjo. |
Rubbiish:At least she should have made it more tidy, the hairs look unkept and she does not seem bothered. its unladylike (that's if she is one as claimed). And she doesn't have to expose her chest all the time just to prove a point. |
Shaw007:It baffles me too. What a mysterious creature. It swallows prey that's twice bigger than itself. |
yusods:I guess the governor made those remarks out of feeling of excitement following his reelection success. The last paragraph actually caught my attention- adopting Yoruba political strategy growing from AD in Lagos then to other western states and now to APC a national party. It will be interesting, let's see how it pans out. |
uzoclinton:Am sorry you got it totally wrong. Crime has been on since ages. For your information, robbery in traffic got to the peak since about 3 years ago. I was robbed in my car February 2015 on a similar way as the OP but was also lucky to escape unhurt. It happens at Oshodi-Anthony express way while in traffic too. It actually happens to me about 3 times along that same route within a space of 2 months before Buhari came to power. |
