Politics › Re: My Husband Is Not A Thief And Would Never Steal If Elected - Hajia Titi Abubakar by GogetterMD(m): 5:23am On Nov 13, 2018 |
MalcoImX: The wife of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential aspirant Hajiya Titi Abubakar has said that her husband is not a thief and would never steal if elected. Mrs Abubakar made the remark when Atiku Women Prayer Group visited in her residence in Abuja.
She said Atiku is rich and contented and was never in the race to steal money.
“He only joined the presidential race to give back to the society that had given him so much.
“Atiku Abubakar lost his father at a very tender age and was raised by his mother with lots of challenges as she had to sell her wrappers to see him through school and raise him to be what he is today.
“Because of the challenges he passes through in life as a youth and the challenges encounter by his mother when raising him he developed soft spot and likeness for women and youths.
“That is why he has promised forty percent of his cabinet position for women and youth if he emerges as Nigeria’s president in 2019,” she said.
Abubakar said that the mischievous rumours of corruption being peddled against her husband by mischief makers were politically motivated and intended to malign him politically. She said till date Atiku Abubakar had never been invited or indicted by any lawful authority in Nigeria.
The national coordinator of the Atiku Women Prayer Group Princes Ngozi said that the group was formed for the purpose of seeking God face and intervention in favour of Atiku at the poll.
She said the current situation in Nigeria, especially on security and hunger was frightening but with God’s intervention and with the right leaders in place, it would be history. Ngozi said that her group had embarked on weekly prayer session every Thursday at the PDP headquarters for the successful outing of Atiku Abubakar at the 2019 election.
She said the current administration of President Muhammadu Buhari had tried their best though not enough, due to hunger and looting of resources by some cabals in government. The leader of the group expressed optimism in the ability of Atiku in appointing competent hands in his cabinet that would turn around the fortunes of the country positively if elected.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had reported that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, returned to Nigeria in the early hours of Sunday, November 11 to a thorough search by state security agents. The former vice-president returned from Dubai in a private jet around 12am, after spending over two weeks outside the country.
https://www.legit.ng/1203286-atiku-a-thief-steal-nigeria-titi-abubakar.html Then in 2 quick paragraphs, briefly explain to us clearly how he was able to amass such wealth since his mother was only able to raise him by selling her iro and buba, and since he was a civil servant (NCS) before he got into politics. |
Crime › Re: Osmond Eweka Who 'Scammed Job Seekers' In New York Beg Court To Visit Nigeria by GogetterMD(m): 7:20pm On Nov 12, 2018 |
EzegeNG: A Nigerian prince accused of defrauding hundreds of job seekers out of thousands of dollars by promising them high-paying gigs appeared in Manhattan court Thursday with a special request.
Osmond Eweka, 31, asked a judge in the case for permission to travel to Nigeria for the upcoming birth of his child. Osmond is married to the daughter of Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion ,the Esama of the Benin Kingdom in Nigeria. The judge will determine next month whether or not to approve Osmond Eweka, was accused of scamming New York job seekers out of thousands of dollars by promising to find them work.
Eweka and his friend, Kamel McKay, created bogus employment agency firms and used Indeed.com to find their victims. They interviewed victims and made them pay a fee, ranging between $300 and $700.
The two men would then send the job seekers to businesses where they were turned away, because the employers were not expecting them. Eweka pleaded not guilty to charges of larceny and scheme to defraud in July Prosecutors said some of the jobs Eweka and McKay promised their victims were for hotel housekeeping and front desk receptionists.
According to court documents, Eweka and McKay used office space in the Empire State Building and another building on Fifth Avenue to run two bogus employment agency firms, Stamford Consulting Firm and Howard Consulting Group.
They also used fake names, according to the New York Post. Eweka went by the name, Sean Jackson, and McKay reportedly used the name, Tyrone Hayes.

cosmatika: The chem Path residents going for laboratory postings doesn't mean they are there to take over their job. It's with the knowledge of our laboratory medicine that we're able yo interprete results. Even the MLS ppl complaining chased Microbiology and biochemistry graduates from the lab I perfectly understand your point. The problem is with the chaotic Healthcare system |

DABMarkNig2019: I no just get your energy. I'm of a profession allied to medicine but so critical in patient care. please let Dr's be. I see those residents loosing their own living just to see that people get better life. I never got to appreciate doctors until I started work in juth. Please let our house officers and residents be. These are dedicated sets of individuals that keep on running calls back, back to back. Do you even know the mechanism behind the automated test you people run in the lab? Please the lab equally belong to the Dr's. You have spoken well. I'm a trained medical doctor, but my interest in lab medicine has got me not practicing clinical medicine. I am currently undertaking my first postgrad degree, would soon commence the second to help fulfil my passion in lab medicine and diagnostics. Anyone interested in MBBS, either openly or codedly, should get JAMB form and apply for MBBS or MB;ChB To the other guy quoting me and yarning trash above, you can't even stand where I stand, talkless talking when I talk. You can come back to have an intellectual discourse when you manage to be fulfilled from the MLS you acquired in-country, then consider getting into an Ivy league school for postgrad |

cosmatika: It's inferiority complex bro. The idiot that's championing the post, Favour Nnadi is still doing internship, he just graduated from Absu last yr, yet he's already fighting doctors that have been in the practice long b4 he got admission. We did pathology as a course in 4th yr, under which we did chemical pathology, hematology, and microbiology, and those courses require you to work in the lab. They are already threatened because wen they go on their useless strikes, nobody will miss them cos we know everything they know Well, I'm still of the opinion that everyone in the health sector is important and relevant, but the doctor remains the centerpiece. I don't subscribe to belittling allied health workers, but in Nigeria, the irrelevant fight for supremacy has taken a rather toxic dimension in the Healthcare marketplace, negating the actual need to improve the quality of card |

ProdigalSaviour: Are you for real ....a medical doctor should be in the lab to gain knowledge y not drop ur mbbs nd go for bmls..Guess a nurse and pharmacist still need the knowledge not only doctor...insanity is a virtue in ur land.. No need to go on the offensive. I'm just stating normal practice and quality standards in medical training globally. Doctors are the ones that make the clinical decisions concerning the health of the patient, not nurses, not pharmacists. While everyone in the Healthcare system is relevant and important, do not be myopic and let your seemingly inferiority complex be confused for microcosm. And don't bother to respond to this, cause I won't respond back |
Career › Re: Your MBBS Is Not BMLS, Doctors Steer Clear Of The Lab!!! by GogetterMD(m): 7:37am On Oct 15, 2018 |
And how's this a problem? Still cannot understand why a lab scientist would feel threatened by this. It is essential that a medical doctor gets the basic training in all service delivery points of the Healthcare system, just as it is important to tie laboratory results to clinical scenarios |
