Presently to me ,all of dem are rubbish in GWG COLORS till we gain dt confidence again to beat Rwanda 🇷🇼 and co …we Dey 2nd to d last ,we Dey argue here😏…minnows now dominate midfield play against us ..
We forget that all we achieved in Afcon is now in the archive. We built nothing on that achievement.

I actually love the both and don’t want you to hate any of them. We just have to admit who was better at the last ANC. Personally, Lookman is our best player while osimhen is the 2nd best but that’s my opinion and I’m not convincing you to share that opinion
So we are still arguing who was better when we currently can’t even beat Rwanda or Benin. Na wa for una

The truth is Osimhen had a bigger influence for Nigeria at the Afcon than Lookman who was also important for us.

Which Game could you confidently say Lookman won on his own for us at the Afcon? Even his 2 goals vs Cameroun didn't overshadow Osimhen's beastly impact all game.

When the going was tough, Osimhen stood up as the beast and made things happen. It was in the final, our ultra defensive approach crumbled and we could do nothing in the second half.
Folks here keep bashing osihmen for his performance at Afcon but keep making excuses for Iwobi drab performance in the same Afcon. God Dey o!

This platform is getting filled up with what Patomiliki terms "football know-nothings". These kind of people are the ones that also come here to tell us that Kanu was terrible because he didn't score at AFCON, yet in most cases it was a simple brilliant move or assist from him that won us most crucial matches.

Lol if we didn't have Osimhen in that team, especially with the type of anti-football tactics deployed by JPez, we would not have beaten CIV, Cameroun and even SA.

Till tomorrow, people praise Emenike for his goals in 2013 and rightly so, but to me, Ideye was also a Trojan warrior. Osimhen did not only shine, but was also the person who watered the garden for the likes of Lookman to thrive too.

Too many mumu takes in here lately. Sometimes I wonder if someone has introduced this thread to these Facebook boys 🥱
The thing tire me o, the simple question to ask is how many goals have we scored without Osihmen in the lineup, that will answer those skeptics.

Low one ? Do we care ? grin. We don't need to save face when dealing with you people, it is well known that both citizens don't like each other, but what we don't get is why you people keep on forcing yourselves on us coz we both know a similar saga will happen again. Nigerians and SA are not meant to live together in one country, we need to stay away from each other; we are too different.
We don’t care either 😜 as if Chidinma forced herself on you people! an innocent girl. Height of depraved humanity

How far how? I can cook white rice but I'm afraid I won't be able to assist with pounded yam and egusi grin

You should try asking around in your community or the restaurant for women you can pay to batch cook stews and soups weekly, and then you just defrost as and when - much cheaper than eating out.

I hope you're not one of those Nigerian men who can only eat freshly cooked food? 😂

Yes I do. Some are genuinely not able to work due to ill or limited health, but I agree that where possible, those who can should be encouraged/supported back into work.
Many (citizens) are also doing cash in hand jobs to evade taxes. These worklessness thing is not just due to health or other reasons, so many are just hiding under any convenient excuse to go do cash in hand jobs. Am sure the govt is aware hence their efforts in waging war against benefits mongers.

The Atlanta 96 team lost to Togo B4 winning gold, the last afcon team was playing nonsense B4 the tournament. AE is a competent coach, you can't win all the time. Infact it's better we lost the last match to Rwanda, it set's the tone for our next meeting.
Keep calm!!! Na Nigerians go make Nigeria great.
If we can't support ourselves let's just sell our country.
Are qualifiers no longer competitive games? Why are we talking as if the Rwanda game was a friendly, I don’t understand you

the group Rohr qualified us from was way tougher where you have cameroun, Zambia and Algeria. Four games against teams far below us on fifa rank, 3draw and 1 lose.
I wish we can beg CAF to be putting us against tougher opponents cos all these so called minnows will keep staining our white and not help our football.

You get the point, let's play well first especially against this smaller team, when we play rubbish we defend it by saying no more minnows in Africa
It’s even more sad when you look at the quality of opposition we have in our group for both Afcon and wcq. I feel so ashamed when I look at other groups perhaps we should getting tougher opponents may be that can wake up the team.

earlier this year we saw players put their careers on the line for the SE, let’s hire a competent coach then we can come back to this discussion.
I hope you know some players performance earlier that year you’re talking about were also poor in their performance on the pitch and it’s becoming a recurring problem lest we make the mistake of assuming that it was all the players that put their careers on the line.

How does playing for AC Milan make you the best all of a sudden? Okoye plays for Udinese but somehow we all prefer Stanley Nwabali to him, you think club side and national teams are the same thing?

Thank God you said they're using their "best" players. I don't think we're using our best players in EVERY position, we have the best in some positions already, not all. We don't even have a solid bench. Our bench players couldn't beat Rwanda lol...
All those players wey Dey count their legs any time they play for us should leave the national team if not both Zimbabwe and Rwanda will beat us again. If we like let’s not tell ourselves the truth. If your club is more important to you why don’t you quit the national team
