As a typical Ibadan man, I know very well that we are highly unpredictable. but the truth of the matter is that anybody that will walk on the path of integrity will not align for any reason whatsover with this man, Come to think of this, How can Gbolarumi be his campaign manager when there are alot of elites in Ibadan? the fact is that Babangida felt he can easily penetrate him other than others, though Gbolarumi is a former deputy Governor, but do not forget he is the first school certificate holder that was selected to be Oyo state deputy when Adedibu was alive, I stand bold to say it that IBB project is a failure (Though I stand to be corrected)

I only wondered how and why Nigeria Police Force will always join issue and align with people doing bad things just because they are in power. if u know Ibadan for long time, U will quite understand my stand here. Ibadan is the most peaceful town in the federation. Ibadan used to be a palce where cost of living is highly and very considerable. it is a land where foreigners, and people from other part of the country wnat to stay. is it not alarming to hear that pepper sellers are on strike in ibadan, where I grew up, born and bred? this must be an abberation of normalcy. It is only intelligent minds that could decipher the rationale behind their going. but before doing that, there are certain questions that needs to be asked. what is the migration rate to that country from Nigeria before Abdul Muttalab saga? if the recent quest has increased compared to the pre Abdul Mutallab time, then one should logically conclude that they are trooping down there anticipating wether the terrorists are looking for more people to be trained, the terrorists have testified to the braveness exhibited by the 23 years old guy.

from another angle, the replacement of Kayode Tokunbo, a man of questionablr character shows the extent at which the power that be is not ready to give out power to anybody out of their caucus. why can't he removed the man, and pick up a competent person with integrity? who knows what we should expect again this time around, but I bet it, this man is not better off

While Yar Adua is having a good character, He is not having the requisite skills to rule/lead this great nation. Jonathan on the other way is lacking both skills and character, but the smart play and long term strategic positioning of the ex-president Obasanjo is working out real good now. Dora Akunliyi is neither an holy dummy or a smart devil. She is sitting on the fence. Initially, she is not a politician, but now, having worked with Politicians for some time has imbibed the spirit of politics. My observation is that the woman is putting forward a repositioning strategy that protect her integrity and her job. this may be difficult for non strategist to decipher, but let's wait and see what will follow. may God save us all in this country. Fellow guys in the house, Aims Asset Mgt. is a good organisation and not a fraudster. anybody that has dealing or investment on the floor of the capital market needs to know that there's level of risk, while the beauty of capital market comes out in long term, being a long term end of the financial market in the world. what was said about staff's motivation may be the core cause of the lack of organisation noticed in their operation. above all, Aims is a God fearing organisatiion. if managers and principal managers below did not spoil or misinformed people and staff about the vision of its leader, then you can be well assure that the leader has best vision for Nigerian. As a matter of fact, I am one of their staff in their Ibadan office, and I saw things inside-out.

Presently, re organisation is going on in the company. Mind you, pertaining the level of risk i said the other time, I will advise all nairalanders should employ investment on the floor of the NSE as a financial planning tool, rather that get rich quick, cos, getting financial freedom demand consistency and descipline. as a staff, I also have my investment account, designed for the next ten years. the purpose of time is that, such long term is enough to weather off whatever risk, and you are sure of even more than thousand return on your investment.

Banking job is very interesting, but disastrous. I am not a banker, but my wife is a staff of one of the best bank in the country. I know monetary reward is there, but the fact is, is money enough and long time motivation? can money sustain motivation for long? all bank workers must know that for them to move up the ladder, they must be able to time themselves as to when to come in and move out. promotion does not come by qualification or education, but by meeting targets. Most of them cos of this abandon investing into their education to move up the ladder, especially in case they intend to change job in future. so one must be careful. 7-7p.m working hour is another thing.
My advice however for all member of this house is, if you get an opportunity to work in a bank, it's better you grab the opportunity and build up capital over time, timing yourself strictly and adhering to it, then you will discover it's one of the best jib to start life planning in Millenium age.
