franchasofficia:
The only true Nigerian billionaire on that list is this young man, the rest there are Nigerian corrupt federal government made billionaires, that is why you didn't see any Igbo man there and that is why they are ready to kill to make sure no Igbo man become Nigeria's President because they know how they have been corruptly siphoning Niger Delta crude oil to enrich their tribesmen, friends and loyal cronies since the military era.

Wale Adenuga Papa Ajasco was made rich by IBB

Aliko Dangote is just a placeholder for most ex Nigerian heads of states who have been using him to hide their loots.

Rabiu I don't have much information about him but I don't trust his origin either.

Femi Otedola became rich through politics, his father was a former Lagos state Governor for those that don't know, and he was broke and owing huge loan that AMCON was on his trail and he ran away to Ghana until Goodluck Jonathan became President and forgave him and returned him back from exile in Ghana, that was how he bounced back and started getting richer and richer through oil deals.

Otedola and Dangote used to be sworn enemies around 2000s to 2006 when they were having issues with Dangote using his brother Rabiu to venture into oil business.

But you see this Yoruba man that founded Calendry, he is a true innovative young man that deserve his billionaire tag, the rest on this list are politically made billionaires all thanks to corrupt past and present Nigerian Military Heads of states and civilian Presidents.

You can quote me anywhere any day, I no send your Papa.

As for the hungry, poverty stricken youths celebrating the fact that their corrupt Presidents have been busy enriching a few of their tribesmen through dirty oil/gas/FOREX dealings to the detriment of their own future, I have nothing to tell you paupers, your reality outside the internet will teach you all hard truth about life, so continue celebrating your corrupt government made fake billionaires without any genuine innovation or invention.

Listen fool, I am not hungry. Infact, I am among the privileged ones in Nigeria by God's grace but even at that I have tasted the sting of penury and material lack of all kinds.

It hurts my feelings when I see humans defending evil or indifferent in the face of evil just because they are not at the receiving end. I detest selfish and self-centered idiots like you. You don't know tomorrow, that source of illegit largess your are enjoying now can dey up tomorrow and place you down to start over .

You are worst than an slowpoke because you don't think like a normal human being. Gosh, how can you publicly admit that such humongous amount of money is justifiable for borehole construction in a 3rd world country like Nigeria.
Even foreign humanitarian NGOs will not agree to bankroll a project like this that's obviously suspicious and questionable.

You must be a corrupt idiot.

No worry the D-Day is coming when your lots even with all your ill-gotten money will smell rod from the majority impoverished masses.

My friend sharap there. No community type borehole can swallow that amount. That amount can build a standard four story and some few pennies left. You are either polluted by largesse you are enjoying from the prevailing corruption at the helm of affairs in this country because you have someone in the corridor of power, or maybe you are braindead to rationalize effectively. Don't provoke me or I come for you.

SoNature:
I blame the Presidency for allowing these legislators to manipulate the budget and ask for allowances for constituency projects.

The concept of illegal constituency projects started in the time of Obasanjo and no president has had the guts to end it.

Why should any president be giving legislators money to execute federal projects whereas there's federal ministry of works? Legislators are elected to make laws, not to build projects.
Just be talking nonsense.

Separation of powers and oversights enshrined in our constitution, makes it impossible for any president to do otherwise.

In fact, it's the lackadaisical nature of the constituents, the Nigerian public that makes the legislators get away with it.

There are many of you and you are directly impacted.

Yet you are shelving the duty to the singular president who isn't directly impacted.

If a project is assigned to your constituency fight to ensure it is completed and to standard.

Shirking your civic duty whilst blaming the executive is lame and so 2003.

You should understand the point .

If you don't want them to appropriate monies for any constituency projects, you have a right to protest.

Heck, you can even contest the cost of a project, it is your money.

What I dislike is ignorant people thinking the 6metre borehole in their backyard is the Gold standard for Boteholes.

Post a picture of a N190m community/industrial borehole, one built by a legislator anywhere in Nigeria.
That's your problem.

Even if they were for one Naira they may not complete them, it doesn't change the fact that Boreholes can cost that much.

borehole wey I do for my house wey no reach 3 million Naira with the full package..now for a whole community that will carry 4 big gallons at most It is not expected for it to be more than 25million Naira at most then if it will be powered by solar then with a good lithium battery, inverter, Charger controller and solar Panels and the full kits it should not be more than 15 million Naira for 10kva..so why 193 million naira?? ABI you follow for the sharing formula?
That's the problem with numpties.

They no longer call it loans.
You take a loan from China to build infrastructure, and still give the construction contract to China. Thereafter China may still be the one managing and profiting from it until the loan is fully paid, by Which time the infrastructure would have deteriorated to the point that a new loan from China will be needed to repair the place, and guess who the contract goes to...
It's better not to have any infrastructure sef.
