A little maths, get d dubai visa and flight with 150k or less, let your brother pocket t'he balance of 350k, i bet u at t'he end of one month he would still have about 300k in his pocket, and might be favoured with a good job with or without t'he assistance of agent x! Had to remodify dis post to clear an error in your post, t'he ticket your brother will buy will be return i.e To and fro and t'he cost is around 120k or so and t'he one month dubai visa is around 85 dollars! So if he decides to return back to nigeria after getting a job he will not buy another ticket he will simply use his return ticket {i.e d' Fro side of t'he ticket}

ujchief: Thanks. This is exactly what I've been doing. I virtually slept on this thread. I've gotten enlightened on the process. The advice of using 150k to get a 2months visa was wonderful. But let's also consider the fact that after getting the work, you will need to pay for flight ticket to return to naija to process your 2yrs visa and then pay to go back again. My cousin also read thru the inputs and was the one that raised this question. He was like it will most certainly amount to spending close to same thing if he goes that way. We've really found this thread helpful and educating, but do check the points he listed.
I read somewhere in page 4 where someone talked about this particular 2 yrs deal my cousin got and pegged the cost at about 400k - 550k; that's almost the same amount my cousin was asked to pay.



This is just what I wanted to find out on behalf of my cousin. This is what we, the entire family members are deliberating on. We have assumed that the deal is true and real, so what we wanted to find out is if its wise to use 3k dollars to go and get a job of 90k naira monthly, with accommodation and transportation.

If your brother arrives dubai and gets a job in one month, then his employers will help him preaper his employment letter/employment visa and provide a a one way ticket for him to return back to dubai, his return cost will be bourn by his employer, pls read t'he post of valentony it might help u some more. And secondly if your brother is employed his employers may give him his employment visa and tell him to go to neigbouring country like oman then re enter dubai with his new work visa instead of flying 5 or 6 hours back to nigeria. Again if your brother gets a job in dubai he may virtually not spend any extra dime of his money going forward as his employers will foot most of t'he bills, e.g flight, accomodation, feeding,cost of work visa processing! What t'he whole house is telling you is that ! Dont give t'he agent 500'000 let your brother go to dubai with t'he one month visa and try his luck!! On arrival in dubai he can link up with t'he agent if he so desires, and maybe network with him to get a job swiftly if he has t'he know how! Peace!!
