The case of the south east is not like boko haram or iswap. Here the people fought a civil war for 30 months and have been marginalised for years. However they want seperation which has nothing to do with boko haram. They have been agitating for these for years calling for a REFERANDUM under International law and supervision. While cant they be allowed to go? Why can the government try defeating them through referandum?
