frankekeh: I voiced an honest opinion with sufficient arguments but una cabal fixate for the part them no like , so yes it was an attack. n yes I made an assumption that over 18 are buying Xiaomi in response to a cabal assumption of how newbie buyers are so impressionable, so sorry for not spelling that out too and not knowing only cabal can make assumptions Stop acting childish already, what's it with this your cabal ish? When you can't even defend an ordinary statement you made you hide under the porous umbrella of the 'cabal' ish. Instead of you to simply state/ quote where I attacked you, you are busy doing tourism with jargons. I repeat, state where I attacked you please, thanks. |

frankekeh: I did not know I was creating any kind of impression by being honest, heck I still adjusted my stand to make it very obvious that what i said was my opinion after being told to make it very obvious and people buying Xiaomi phones are not under 18, as said i before not everyone including newbies will like MIUI or custom rom but this attack style of response to any criticism to MIUI is definitely what will scare newbies away Suddenly you the attacker is claiming to be attacked, very typical, not surprised. Will be glad if you can quote where I attacked you. You can see what generalisation can lead one to, now people who buy Xiaomi phones are over 18 years of age, great statistics you've got here. Again, what makes you believe that some of us defend Miui to our death? That we are paid or have something to benefit somehow, or na because na my papa get am ? . Sometimes I wonder if some of you weigh some words before using them. |
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Gptech(m): 5:41pm On May 18, 2018 |
frankekeh: Oga pay attention to what i said and stop arguing with what you want to understand about what I said, I NEVER said MIUI is full of bugs o, just the difference in its UI compared to Google Play apps is too wide, heck someone even said told me here that miui rom battery performance is still way better than any custom rom n I agree, all this ranting is absolutely unnecessary Go and read your initial posts again, and place yourself in the shoes of a prospective user of Xaiomi phones. What point are you guys really trying to make? That people live in caves and don't know what custom roms are? Have you noticed am not even arguing with you about which rom is better? If you want to pass your message pass it well without causing confusion especially to newbies. With what you have been saying expect a new wave of questions here like 'Is Miui that bad that it cannot be managed? Was thinking of getting a Xaiomi device but I don't know if am making a mistake, is miui as good as my XOS? Please I need answers fast'. We have seen the result of things like this before, that's what am pointing at, the wrong impression you'll end up creating. |

Protein0: tor! I give up.
just hear ursef chief. You actually thought some "people" can be hiding custom roms from others. For what pls? Do you suspect any likely reason? (if u still don't understand, then I'm not sure I can help simplify it further. There are freelancers who can do that for you for a token tho, check fiverr) Seems you're new here, custom roms have always been discussed here as far back as u can imagine. I can't remember anyone campaign against it. I've techie clients who will always be among the first to use any xiaomi flagship but never stayed on miui for a day. It's is choice.
And that's what we are saying. Don't label a choice as bad because it's different from yours. Sighs, na just d summary b dis. |

frankekeh: Hian new users are not impressionable teenagers or kids unless I am wrong, you people that like to insist different taste is okay need to actually practice what you preach, not everyone will like MIUI or AOSP but everyone needs to know about how far they can play with their device Huh? Practice what exactly? It's a known fact that skins= bloat on Android, that's why custom roms aim to get the best of both worlds. So which device should someone buy that comes with custom roms? You don't need to sound this way for people to know how far they can play with their device ; insinuating Miui itself is a heap of bugs. Never forget that the audience here is mixed multitude, how do you think the message you guys have been trying to pass sounds like? Of course since Miui is bad, why should I get a Xaiomi phone? Remember this thread is almost at the 3000 page mark for a reason, definitely not because of the custom rom you preach but mostly because of the miui you diss. |
