Unfinished or should I say unpolished theme, some themes are like that, some even conceals numbers on your contact list.

Good evening all, please I make use of Xiaomi Redmi 3S and since I bought it, I have been having issues. The phone hangs regularly. Much more than my former Tecno Phantom A+. The notification light only works while charging. The proximity sensor do not work, because whenever I make calls, I might mute the call if care is not taken. Also, after making calls, the phone screen do not light up, making it difficult for me to cut calls. I got the phone in September 2016 and I have been managing it since.

Someone here informed me that I am using a beta version of the phone, please I am now in Lagos, is there someone in Lagos who can help me out?

I just hope it's not what am thinking, download cpu z and upload these. I can tell you that your rom version does not exist as far as Xiaomi is concerned, I don't think am wrong.

If the old phone is Android, backup on Google drive, if it's a java phone, you can either send via Bluetooth to the new device or copy the contacts manually to a sim card.

Go to contacts - hold the left navigation button- Display preferences - enable 'show sim contacts'. I hope this is exactly the same with the rom you have, otherwise :
Contacts - hold the left navigation button - Import /export contacts-import to Mi account.

The flashing is everywhere online, you can buzz me on what's when you are ready, it's something you can just read up and do without any assistance actually, just ensure you have enough data and a good network too. Regarding the screen, we have people here who have fixed their screens at different locations around the country, they have fixed screens for Mi Max, Redmi note 4x, Redmi 3s, Redmi note 3 pro and Redmi 4a as far as I know.

Yes i know but flashing the rom is the issue oo

Any technician good with phones can fix it for you, flashing of rom is not difficult, you might even not need q PC since your phone runs on snapdragon socs. If you'll even need a PC, it's also easy to carry out.
