Be that as it may, nothing has barred Ndigbo from the presidency of Nigeria except their own tribal/clannish orientation. The generation that suffered the civil war has almost gone, yet those that came after them are still not true Nigerians, the bitterness of that war still got to them through their mothers' milk. You can't blame Nigeria for that and restructuring will do nothing to change that reality.
