Seagodess: Iam not here to argue with anybody.if you think otherwise, you can save this post and quote me if tinubu is sworn in on the 29th.. there would be an interim government.Yemi osinbajo should get ready, there after the new Nigeria will be Born. ire o
Prophetess, how far? Your declaration actually came to pass. Congratulations 👏🤗🤗🎉🎉🎉🎉. Maximum respect 🚶🚶🚶🚶🤡🤡🤡🤡
naptu2: Don't change my words, I asked if you have seen him resume in the office of chief of staff?
Boss Mustapha handed over to George Akume in the office of the secretary to the government of the federation and George Akume resumed in that office. Have you seen Gbajabiamila do that?
He was announced as the chief of staff designate and he will only take up the position today after resigning from the House.
You are just wasting your time educating this fella with poisoned perspective to issues especially from the people they hate.
yinkus6750: Instead of him to calm down, study situation on ground, form his cabinet, and then start action. He put the cart before the horse. So, he knew NNPC has an MD he ought to consult before removing subsidy. This is a shaky start, hope he learns and adjust
Na your area of specialty since 2015. May you continue till 2031 my dear comrade
Jatuski: A political activist and former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Timi Frank, has faulted Friday's decision of the Supreme Court on the double nomination case against the joint ticket of the President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had approached Court to invalidate the joint ticket.
Reacting to the judgement through a statement, Timi Frank said the court that is meant to be the last hope of the citizenry has become a place of the highest bidder, wondering whom Nigerians offended.
According to the activist, one would be tempted to ask if there is hope in the ongoing Election Petition Tribunal? Would we be surprised if the aggrieved parties are at the end of the day described as busy bodies?
He said: "It is a sad day in Nigeria. The court that is meant to be the last hope of the citizenry has become a place of the highest bidder. Who did we offend as a country? Where in the world do you see judges jump into the arena in delivering judgments? Why would you not decide the cases on their merit.
"This rulling has clearly shown that they are partisan. The hope of the country has been dashed by this singular act. Why would our courts decisions be premised on sentiments?
"One thing I will say to our judicial officers today is; many days for the thief but one day for the owner.
"My hope is that, God will one day, rescue Nigeria from the shackles of these justices, whereby they will no longer determine who governs us as we expect that our elections will be manned by men and women of integrity, unlike Prof. Mahmood Yakubu and his cohorts.
"It is a fact that in Nigeria of today, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the rulling party, the All Progressive Congress (APC) will beg people to go to court because they know our courts have been compromised.
"What happened to the days of Justice Niki Tobi, Justice Anthony Aniagolu, Justice Chukwudifu Oputa, Justice Tabai and many more? - Who stood against the military and many odds to deliver very sound judgments that were seen to be fair and just."
While asking Nigerians not to lose hope, Timi Frank, who is the United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP), Ambassador to East Africa and Middle East, said Nigerians should not relent and not be defeated in the face of injustice in the country.
"Are Nigerians surprised? I would say No. I only thought, the Supreme Court will take a cue from Kenya to redeem their image as men of integrity.
"In the past few weeks, I have read where the Chief Justice of Nigeria charged the Justices and other judicial officers to be fair and just to all in the delivery of their judgments. As good as this may sound, we would not be deceived with the tomfoolery. Prof. Mahmood Yakubu said more than that, yet administered the worst election in the history of Nigeria.
"We as a people, reject today’s judgment in it’s entirety as it epitomizes compromise and it’s a show of shame to Nigeria and the entire world.
"It is good to state at this point that our spirit as Nigerias is very high. We shall not relent and we will not be defeated!
"We shall await the outcome of the Election Tribunal. It is another opportunity to do the right thing in order to be remembered as Justice Niki Tobi, Justice Oputa , Justice Aniogolu and the likes or do the wrong thing and have your names and that of your family destroyed forever.
"Posterity will judge all of us at the end of the day."
Apart from "Former Publicity Secretary" of APC title, does it mean Frank Timi has not gone further than his past achievements? Kindly ascribe something new to him
Ludlum: Please guys I'm asking if it's possible to make a 2.1 or first class with this my cgpa of 100 level.
More than possible. For you to have this concern now, that means with a more sustained academic zeal and commitment likely hit First Class, or at least 2.1 that you are talking about.
Action Point: Avoid Cs as much as possible even in a zero unit course. Ds should not trace your grade at all at all. In all of your doing, embrace and romance As more than Bs....It is a possibility.
Wishing you the best- let your determination and goal guide you forth as we look forward towards celebrating your excellent results in the nearest future. Goodluck
SUFFERInSMILIIN: 1 billion years in the future Nigeria cannot become better because of the people's behaviour they only support criminals and people which can destroy their future
If not for misfortune, you would not have been born into Nigeria. May the Lord forgive all that played a role that led to this your lamentation
Zikojukwu: Mature and validly sourced out response please. A foreign law firm is keenly interested in our opinions. As for me, this is what I posted to them.
blacksam01: ...with the return of the president elect from his medical trip in paris...he went straight to his mansion in Abuja nd 24hrs latter parked into a far smaller house in the compound of defence headquarters...
Questions now is what is tinubu doing there..at his mansion and as a president elect, he is due for a well equip nd good protection by the dss nd police...so why is tinubu mischievously lodging at yhe defense headquarters...
my guess is that he wanted to get closer to the chief of defense staff nd influence his decision to support him ,since as it stands, that is the only arm that can stop him, little wonder, the army chief after about two days of his sourjoun there...
what we shld b careful about is that the military chief usually have rivals in rank with its folds, if we thread dangerously nd allow our military top brass to get involved with politics, then that is danger as it unfolded in sudan recently...@ sudan just two politically instigated generals are cause fight every...
president buhari dhld call his chief to order nd order tinububout og the defense HQ, if he need more security, he shld b accorded more..but not mess up the military with money nd politics, i forsee tinubu never ever leaving power, instead using the military to extend his stay
By the special grace of God, you will not be tired to continue on this your path. More wisdom to continue to type against Bola Tinubu till at least 2031. You will continue to have something to type against him. Remember, their is a reward in your job
citygarden: I don't know what wrong with some people. They play politics with emotion An election where 80% of governor can not return to their retirement post (senate) still some still claim it was rig.
An election where the KKK state always favor the ruling party but lost Two of the K state. They still said it was rig.
An election where the winner can't rig is stronghold to his favor. Still it was still rig.
An election where new party perform 90% excellent in his region. Still the election was rig.
An election where the ruling party forget to rig 25% for himself still it was rig.
And so on and on.
Because you like or vote for a particular candidates doesn't mean people don't vote against your candidate.
Those guys are just being remote control over their electoral loss. 2023 election still remain Nigerians fairest. No election in the whole wide world is perfect. Not even their US/UK election is not without complaint
ardeks: Atiku went to the 2023 election with the hope of benefitting from the possible division of the South owing to emergence of Two major candidates from two major tribes in the region. Atiku saw himself as the only force from the North capable of getting maximum votes from the North and picking a few votes from the South. He openly asked the North to vote for Northerners at Arewa House in Kaduna to formally launch what eventually turned to be the most politically tribalistic campaign of this century! Atiku also engaged the Ulamas in the North not just to pray for North to continue to rule after 8 years of President Muhammadu Buhari(only because he wanted to be the beneficiary), he also asked them to speak with other crowd pulling Northerners to step down for him so that North can put its votes in one basket. Atiku and his supporters were seeing bragging on all media outlets about this strength and their arrogance became unprecedented when they called the bluff of their G-5 Governors. Atiku didn't stop there, he stopped his campaign temporarily towards the end of 2022 to strike another deal with elements in the Presidential Villa opposed to power shift to South especially to Bola Tinubu, this deal will be Atiku's masterstroke to destroy the APC from within using economic hardship as the game changer!
Suddenly, these elements allegedly served the President the meal he loves most ANTI-CORRUPTION. They sold him the cash confiscation tragedy which was aimed at damaging the image of APC few weeks to a major election, inflicting injuries on common man and putting the lives of front line desk officers of commercial banks at risk. Not even the Supreme Court could stop them! Immediately this policy was having these anticipated negative effects, Atiku and his supporters rolled out massive supports for it, their media outlet especially 'Arice' was at the forefront of this support, treating Emefiele like the economic Pope who will eventually stop Tinubu from winning the election. Gullible Obi also embraced it, that one hardly know his left from right in politics.
But not surprisingly, Atiku's campaign in the North was telling the traders that APC deliberately took away their cash to punish them. They urged Northerners to vote against APC so that Atiku can return their cash to them.
Another joker by the elements in Aso Rock was deliberate fuel scarcity. This was initially the dessert served before the naira confiscation main meal. However, kudos must go to the Group Managing Director of NNPC for his great sacrifice and efforts to ensure that the pain wasn't as horrific as planned. Kyari ensured that this fuel scarcity was fought, although it was hard for him but he was unrelenting. Unlike Emefiele, Kyari was never political, he resisted economic sabotage of the country.
On the other hand, Obi used the remnants of Professor's strategy during APC Primary, Religion! Knowing fully well that SE will vote for him based on sentiments, he realised that SE votes are not enough, therefore, he major on Religion. One, he thought one Christian should be able to defeat two major Muslims if his propaganda is well oiled! He confirmed this officially with his popular statement "Church Take Back Your Country". This was a message that easily elated many Pastorpreneurs in the country and Nigeria Suddenly became 'Jerusalem Above', so they all forgot that Jesus said 'My kingdom is not of this world', the black clothed angel has given them a better verse, newly created to fulfil a personal agenda. The choice of Tinubu's running mate further confirmed to these guys that indeed this is a 'Religious war'. Obi moved from church to church, spare part market to computer villages preaching the gospel of Religion in a political contest. Major well known Pulpit cabal confiscated the Word and rolled out false abysmal prophesies like spiritual manifesto, some were threatening their customers during their services. Front pages of major newspapers were filled with Prophecies of Obiism! Social media picture of a black angel descending from heaven was everywhere. He didn't stop at that, he recruited several IPOB Propagandists who are experts in chaotic write ups and computer manipulations to finish the remaining job. From doctored pictures to Bala-Blu, social media became the home of fake news and slandering!
However, Bola Tinubu was never perturbed. Having won a hard party Primary against all odds from army of educated betrayers, he was ready for more daring battles. Tinubu had over the years established a longstanding relationship with the North. This relationship is not an emergency pseudo relationship of a parasite, it was long, tested trusted. Tinubu chose his friends well. Again, Tinubu had prepared well before he struck, he never gambled. Since he became the Governor of Lagos State, he was conscious of his performance, he deliberately performed well for future reference. He also ensured that his legacies remain in Lagos permanently by ensuring positive political continuity, whereby, Lagos government has been run by members of Tinubu's cabinet since 2007 when he left office. This made it impossible for his adversaries to erase his masterplan!
Tinubu knows that Muslims are minority in the South, and he is a Muslim, becoming president for him may be too herculean but he didn't give up! Tinubu, after winning his Presidential Ticket, chose another Muslim from the North. This he did to avoid a 100% minority Ticket that may likely end up in disaster. Tinubu knew where his critics would come from before the campaign kicked off, however, he has been a victim of negative criticism since 2003 when he was the only opposition Governor in the South! He knows the battlefield very well but his eyes are forever on the ball. He has been Governor of Lagos, under him, there was no religious war in Lagos, no discrimination. In fact, mega Churches began in Lagos under his administration. He is never a fanatic. His wife is a Christian before they married and after they married, the wife became a pastor in a pentecostal church. The man who was using religion to campaign was also Anambra Governor, a state with one religion, yet, the Man still managed to cause war between the Catholic and Anglican. So, Tinubu knows the truthful and honest Christians will vote for him, besides, his jokers were his antecedents and relationships. He didn't look at tribe and religion. He went straight for politics of track records!
TINUBU didn't stop there, he took the full advantage of PDP's division, raked the chunk of G-5 supports, benefitted from Kwankwaso's stance against Atiku and also, inherited the profits from Obi's kindergarten politics that wasted SE votes. These are the reasons why Emefiele thunderstrike couldn't stand Tinubu's hurricane! The Cabal bowed and Pastorpreneurs defeated. Endsars faded and all evil alliances perished!
The JAGABAN should be studied by those who cherish success and are determined to fulfil destiny.
Penguin2: Thisday Newspaper is reporting that Tinubu will be back to the country tomorrow, Monday, 24th April, 2023. But I’m coming here to confidently say that Tinubu will not be coming back to Nigeria tomorrow and I’m willing to bet with anyone who wants to.
This was how they fed The Punch with such lie about 3 weeks ago and got Punch to report that Tinubu would be back by the next Monday but nothing happened.
GreyLaw: Lol... Tinubu the strong man. Seriously, even though I no like the man, I have to give it to him. For him to have all this controversy and still come out on top is worthy to be studied.
How does a man keep defeating everything thrown at him?
I thought I am the only one with this notion. Bola Ahmed Tinubu na cat with 100 lives especially his ability to triumph direct or indirectly.
Massiveglory: If this really came from yakubu INEC, it is a seal that the presidential election was rigged and sold to tinubu. It is a seal that INEC was compromised.
PODATTI court prayers dazed a serious blow to many. It was skilfully and intelligently packaged to test the process that produced Tinubu, test INEC and the judiciary.
We are in for a jolly good ride that will correct many things in our nation and launch the new Nigeria.
If Obi had won, INEC will do same. You guys should stop this anarchist disparaging of INEC. When Adeleke won in Court, you did not blame INEC then
Straybullet: The idiot has sent emissaries to America, butbrhe Americans are proving hard to buy.
The division between dems and republicans is making a deal difficult.
Plus the opolo eyed election thief has no real friend in America, his British and French friends have tried...still trying, but the igbo diaspora seems to be aware and following up.
Oga thiwfnubu go and answer the petition.
Useless old fool, bastard, go and answer the petition and return the stolen mandate to the owner. Useless old idiot.
By the power that creates heaven and earth, the issues of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR shall continue to be the only topic you dwell on from now till at least 2039. He will be your sleeping and waking thought
If you want to run for a public office make sure you do not have skeletons in your closet.
As a matter of fact. It's not about Tinubu anymore, it's more of his supporters, who's moral compass are questionable.
Whatever you support defines your character.
May you continue on Tinubu's matter/Government till 2031 in Jesus name. All your efforts not to talk, trash and troll him will not be in vain. Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉🎉 and ride on
You don't have any issue in your post to be debated. You have chosen Tinubu as your lifetime enemy. Good. Can anything good come out of you to him? My prayer is that, may you continue to post about Tinubu till the day our Lord God decodes otherwise for you. Until then, God bless your chosen carrier and career
Makavelli001: This is how the global press described what we did with ourselves called elections:
*The Economist* said a _“chaotically organized vote and messy count”_ gave Nigeria a new president.
*The Financial Times* said in an editorial comment that our presidential election was _“deeply flawed”_ and the winner _“a wealthy political fixer.”_
*The Guardian of U.K.* described the winner as _“an immensely wealthy veteran powerbroker trailed by corruption allegations which he denies.”_
*The New York Times* described him as _“a divisive figure in Nigerian politics.”_
*Robert Rotberg,* founding director of the Harvard Kennedy School's programme on intrastate conflict, wrote an opinion for *Canada's influential Globe and Mail*; its headline: _“Bola Tinubu's election is another triumph for Nigeria's corrupt old guard.”_
*The Times of London* was the most disrespectful. It used this very bad phrase: _“a wealthy kleptocratic 'godfather' of politics”_ to describe the person who will replace our very clean Buhari on May 29, 2023. As bad as those characterizations are, they are not as damaging as the Financial Times' revelation that it personally _“witnessed armed men remove a presidential ballot box in Surulere, Lagos”_ on Election Day.
*The CNN* last Friday played back a part of Bola Tinubu's acceptance speech where he described what he got as _“a serious mandate.”_ A CNN anchor then asked if it _“was really a mandate”_ with less than 10 percent of the registered voters behind it. He must be wondering what kind of people are these? The CNN and that anchor were not the only ones bemused by our electoral culture, our elections and their outcomes.
One of *Germany's* largest newspapers, *Sueddeutsche Zietung*, had unflattering words for the winner; it also queried the legitimacy of a mandate that was spurned by 90 per cent of the voting population.
*Aljazeera* ran a special report on how the election was disrupted in Lagos last Saturday. The headline is: _'How violence robs Nigerians of their votes.'_
*The Washington Post* quoted Matthew Page, associate fellow with Chatham House’s Africa Program, as accusing INEC of making both deliberate and unintentional mistakes: *_“They raised the hopes about the election and its transparency, and then they dashed them. When the opposition says the process was broken, it’s hard to argue with them.”_*
*Other Newspaper Headlines from around the world*
*Austria:* _A drug baron wins the presidential election in Africa’s biggest economy._
*Poland:* _Nigeria chooses a known drug lord as LEADER._
*Canada:* _"Depression, anxiety, uncertainty be-clouds Nigeria’s political space a drug-kingpin wins the election."_
This is stinking!
Unfortunately, you all have spent your life seeking for foreign validation including your breathing. Anyway, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR remains till 2031 😂😂😂
ganisucks: I jus dey laff. APC don't know what Peter Obi is doing. They are hiding in their glass houses and directing their e-warriors to protect and defend them.
The Putin Trumpists wanted Liz Truss, while the world settled on Sunak, but the trumpists being the boyscouts they are, ignored the world and carried out a palace coup. They forced an unprepared and naive Truss into office, believing that once you're in the seat, it's game over. It took 45 days for Truss and the trumpists to be kicked out of office, and Rishi Sunak to become Prine minister. The same will play here. Obi is coming...
In summary, you just cap thrash. All your life, na conspirationist you be. Tinubu is your President forever till 2031
