Jatuski: A political activist and former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Timi Frank, has faulted Friday's decision of the Supreme Court on the double nomination case against the joint ticket of the President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had approached Court to invalidate the joint ticket.
Reacting to the judgement through a statement, Timi Frank said the court that is meant to be the last hope of the citizenry has become a place of the highest bidder, wondering whom Nigerians offended.
According to the activist, one would be tempted to ask if there is hope in the ongoing Election Petition Tribunal? Would we be surprised if the aggrieved parties are at the end of the day described as busy bodies?
He said: "It is a sad day in Nigeria. The court that is meant to be the last hope of the citizenry has become a place of the highest bidder. Who did we offend as a country? Where in the world do you see judges jump into the arena in delivering judgments? Why would you not decide the cases on their merit.
"This rulling has clearly shown that they are partisan. The hope of the country has been dashed by this singular act. Why would our courts decisions be premised on sentiments?
"One thing I will say to our judicial officers today is; many days for the thief but one day for the owner.
"My hope is that, God will one day, rescue Nigeria from the shackles of these justices, whereby they will no longer determine who governs us as we expect that our elections will be manned by men and women of integrity, unlike Prof. Mahmood Yakubu and his cohorts.
"It is a fact that in Nigeria of today, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the rulling party, the All Progressive Congress (APC) will beg people to go to court because they know our courts have been compromised.
"What happened to the days of Justice Niki Tobi, Justice Anthony Aniagolu, Justice Chukwudifu Oputa, Justice Tabai and many more? - Who stood against the military and many odds to deliver very sound judgments that were seen to be fair and just."
While asking Nigerians not to lose hope, Timi Frank, who is the United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP), Ambassador to East Africa and Middle East, said Nigerians should not relent and not be defeated in the face of injustice in the country.
"Are Nigerians surprised? I would say No. I only thought, the Supreme Court will take a cue from Kenya to redeem their image as men of integrity.
"In the past few weeks, I have read where the Chief Justice of Nigeria charged the Justices and other judicial officers to be fair and just to all in the delivery of their judgments. As good as this may sound, we would not be deceived with the tomfoolery. Prof. Mahmood Yakubu said more than that, yet administered the worst election in the history of Nigeria.
"We as a people, reject today’s judgment in it’s entirety as it epitomizes compromise and it’s a show of shame to Nigeria and the entire world.
"It is good to state at this point that our spirit as Nigerias is very high. We shall not relent and we will not be defeated!
"We shall await the outcome of the Election Tribunal. It is another opportunity to do the right thing in order to be remembered as Justice Niki Tobi, Justice Oputa , Justice Aniogolu and the likes or do the wrong thing and have your names and that of your family destroyed forever.
"Posterity will judge all of us at the end of the day."

ardeks: Atiku went to the 2023 election with the hope of benefitting from the possible division of the South owing to emergence of Two major candidates from two major tribes in the region. Atiku saw himself as the only force from the North capable of getting maximum votes from the North and picking a few votes from the South. He openly asked the North to vote for Northerners at Arewa House in Kaduna to formally launch what eventually turned to be the most politically tribalistic campaign of this century! Atiku also engaged the Ulamas in the North not just to pray for North to continue to rule after 8 years of President Muhammadu Buhari(only because he wanted to be the beneficiary), he also asked them to speak with other crowd pulling Northerners to step down for him so that North can put its votes in one basket. Atiku and his supporters were seeing bragging on all media outlets about this strength and their arrogance became unprecedented when they called the bluff of their G-5 Governors. Atiku didn't stop there, he stopped his campaign temporarily towards the end of 2022 to strike another deal with elements in the Presidential Villa opposed to power shift to South especially to Bola Tinubu, this deal will be Atiku's masterstroke to destroy the APC from within using economic hardship as the game changer!
Suddenly, these elements allegedly served the President the meal he loves most ANTI-CORRUPTION. They sold him the cash confiscation tragedy which was aimed at damaging the image of APC few weeks to a major election, inflicting injuries on common man and putting the lives of front line desk officers of commercial banks at risk. Not even the Supreme Court could stop them! Immediately this policy was having these anticipated negative effects, Atiku and his supporters rolled out massive supports for it, their media outlet especially 'Arice' was at the forefront of this support, treating Emefiele like the economic Pope who will eventually stop Tinubu from winning the election. Gullible Obi also embraced it, that one hardly know his left from right in politics.
But not surprisingly, Atiku's campaign in the North was telling the traders that APC deliberately took away their cash to punish them. They urged Northerners to vote against APC so that Atiku can return their cash to them.
Another joker by the elements in Aso Rock was deliberate fuel scarcity. This was initially the dessert served before the naira confiscation main meal. However, kudos must go to the Group Managing Director of NNPC for his great sacrifice and efforts to ensure that the pain wasn't as horrific as planned. Obi moved from church to church, spare part market to computer villages preaching the gospel of Religion in a political contest. Major well known Pulpit cabal confiscated the Word and rolled out false abysmal prophesies like spiritual manifesto, some were threatening their customers during their services. Front pages of major newspapers were filled with Prophecies of Obiism! Social media picture of a black angel descending from heaven was everywhere. He didn't stop at that, he recruited several IPOB Propagandists who are experts in chaotic write ups and computer manipulations to finish the remaining job. From doctored pictures to Bala-Blu, social media became the home of fake news and slandering!
However, Bola Tinubu was never perturbed. Having won a hard party Primary against all odds from army of educated betrayers, he was ready for more daring battles. Tinubu had over the years established a longstanding relationship with the North. This relationship is not an emergency pseudo relationship of a parasite, it was long, tested trusted. Tinubu chose his friends well. Again, Tinubu had prepared well before he struck, he never gambled. Since he became the Governor of Lagos State, he was conscious of his performance, he deliberately performed well for future reference. He also ensured that his legacies remain in Lagos permanently by ensuring positive political continuity, whereby, Lagos government has been run by members of Tinubu's cabinet since 2007 when he left office. This made it impossible for his adversaries to erase his masterplan!
Tinubu knows that Muslims are minority in the South, and he is a Muslim, becoming president for him may be too herculean but he didn't give up! Tinubu, after winning his Presidential Ticket, chose another Muslim from the North. This he did to avoid a 100% minority Ticket that may likely end up in disaster. Tinubu knew where his critics would come from before the campaign kicked off, however, he has been a victim of negative criticism since 2003 when he was the only opposition Governor in the South! He knows the battlefield very well but his eyes are forever on the ball. He has been Governor of Lagos, under him, there was no religious war in Lagos, no discrimination. In fact, mega Churches began in Lagos under his administration. He is never a fanatic. His wife is a Christian before they married and after they married, the wife became a pastor in a pentecostal church. The man who was using religion to campaign was also Anambra Governor, a state with one religion, yet, the Man still managed to cause war between the Catholic and Anglican. So, Tinubu knows the truthful and honest Christians will vote for him, besides, his jokers were his antecedents and relationships. He didn't look at tribe and religion. He went straight for politics of track records!
TINUBU didn't stop there, he took the full advantage of PDP's division, raked the chunk of G-5 supports, benefitted from Kwankwaso's stance against Atiku and also, inherited the profits from Obi's kindergarten politics that wasted SE votes. These are the reasons why Emefiele thunderstrike couldn't stand Tinubu's hurricane! The Cabal bowed and Pastorpreneurs defeated. Endsars faded and all evil alliances perished!

Failure of the ruling party APC. Its on record that APC administration has failed woefully. Their performance is abysmal and as such the masses have development resentment for most things associated with APC.
Hardship/Hunger in Nigeria. Food is the most important need of man as such, A hungry man is an angry man. There has been so much hunger and hardship in Nigeria and a large number of the voting population believe that the hunger is induced /caused by APC. These people because they're hungry, they're also very angry with APC and as such will vote against the party that is starving them almost to death.
Ethnicity. Each ethnicity will consider factors affecting them, however this time ethnicity will not contribute more than 5% to Th masses decision to vote for any candidate or party since hunger and party knows does not respect your tribe.
Religion.
Religion will play a very important role in the presidential election because of the Muslim+Muslim APC ticket which is against federal character of the republic of Nigeria. Sitting the above, the Christians of Nigeria sees that as an affront on Christianity considering the fact that a northern Muslim is finishing his eight years term by may 2023, therefore christians believes its wise that the Presidential position should go to a Christian person from Southern Nigeria to sustain the unity of Nigeria. There are Christians is reasonable numbers across all states of Nigeria and the believe its the turn of Christians to rule, as such their votes are going to a christian candidate.
Internal party problems. Some of the major parties like PDP and APC have been having serious internal problems within their ranks and as such its expected that some of the aggrieved members will decamp to other parties or stay and sabotage the party from within.
Equity, Fairness and Justice. A lot of nigerians are of the opinion that An Igbo which is one of the major ethnic groups in Nigeria should be given the opportunity to rule the country since they have supported the Yoruba's, the Hausa and Ijaw to rule Nigeria. Most nigerians feel it will be a great injustice if if Nigeria continues to marginalize the Igbo and prevent them from ruling in a country they're part of. They're also of the opinion that allowing an Igbo to rule Nigeria will douse the agitation by the separatist group in the eastern part of Nigeria who have valid reasons to agigate to get the government attention.
Integrity of each partys candidate. A good percentage of the voting population having seen failures of the current APC leaderahip, will definitely go to a better candidate with proven integrity. In the Presidential election of 2023, its only one candite amongst the 3 major contenders that have proven integrity therefore naturally, votes will swing his way.
Decision of the Youth to prove a point. The young generation of nigerians will want to prove to the older generation that they have the numbers to change any under performing party or elected officers.
Insecurity. The next thing people will consider before voting is insecurity. The ruling party as the people said have failed in securing the populace. As a result most people within the voting population will vote a younger and agile presidential candidate who has the abilities to traverse every part of Nigeria to see and solve these security challenges instead of setting up useless committess up and down.
Therefore with the above and bellow, you can see clearly that the winner of the 25 February Presidential election will be Labour Party Of Nigeria.

While there is an obvious need for The CBN to act more pragmatically in the prosecution of the government policy on Naira redesign, rampaging kleptomaniacs and tribal turncoats dressed in fake patriotic garbs, should not be allowed to hyjack the narrative in other to skew events in ways that will only favor their diabolical intentions. Citizens should be on the alert to avoid being hoodwinked by a coterie of power hungry drug cartel members, masquerading as emergency saviors.. Vermins and vampires can not save any nation.

It is a damning testament to the abysmal situation of Nigerias checkered politics that at this stage of our national evolution, Nigerians are being forced to choose between the frying pan and fire. If not for the emergence of Peter Obi under the Labour Party, the political class would have succeeded in saddling the presidency of this nation with either of the two highly compromised characters running for the presidency under The APC and The PDP. This is the height of evil. The fact that one of them felt so entitled to thunder that "it's my turn", only goes to show how audacious, grand evil can be if left unchecked..
Security agencies should meet fire with fire!
I hereby urge all the security agents saddled with the onerous duty of protecting life and property while safeguarding the territorial integrity of the state, to be decisive and ruthless in dealing with Tinubus urchins in and around Lagos! Anyone of his Awawa boys and One million boys, who tries to breach the peace should be decisively dealt with. This country must be ready to crush another attempt to foul the political atmosphere with all sorts of putrid NADECO outbursts! National policies are meant for everyone in any given society. Eternal parasites should NEVER attempt to cherry pick which policies to obey and the one to confront.
Once again, the federal government should quickly arrest one Bola Tinubu. At almost 90 years, he is becoming nothing but a public nuisance in our political space! His mindless and desperate pursuit of raw power is now about to push a country of over 200 million people off the cliff. He and his political cohorts and tribal henchmen have been heating up the polity for months, as if we owe them. Lives are being lost, properties are being destroyed and businesses ruined. These fake riots should be the last strike that broke the Camels back!

Wike is against it because he and Tinubu wanted to capitalize on physical cash to help them rig this election.
Now they are politically sponsoring arson and protest to make the federal government look bad and terrible with their economical policies.
I for one is also feeling the pains of no cash, but i have to endure until after election, provided it helps us get or vote in a good leader, thank you
