bountimore:At last! congrats, the wait is over, all the best as we move ahead in greater pursuit. @all the funds that will be verified on entering uk, does it have to be in foreign currency? do we also need a TB medical certificate to show at the point of entry? success to all IJN, |
congrats to all who have secured their visa and to those expecting i wish you success too.the wait is really a serious issue ! |
Dapto:i applied with a copy i recently obtained from my school but a covering letter was attached by the academic officer. i also sent a hard copy to my school asides the scanned copy. the hard copy was sent directly to uk school from my naija school. if the transcript is original i think its ok but if its a copy like mine a signed and stamped covering letter from your school should be attached. i had also opened my envelop too so i dint bother puttin the envelop |
TomClancy:Did state the details of your previous passport on the application form? I had an old one too which was never used but I stated it in my application that the passport was not in use. |
@ ALL For every one expecting a good news this is a quick prayer for you: the Lord God will shine is light upon you and the lines shall fall unto you in pleasant places. Your wait and efforts so far shall not be in vain. God that did it for others will not pass you by IJN |

hey guys, was at the abuja center, got there early enough but the submission office is situated upstairs, the security guys parabulated and complained that i should have come there with someone that could help me.i told him i needed to speak with a staff who will understand my plight. i knew i needed to be smarter if not the guys would keep tossing me around,i caught a glimpse of a lady in uniform hollad at her and she ordered i did be taken to vip lounge.which is wheelchair accessible.the security guy however took me to the biomettric center a door away from vip. i dint complain but minutes later the lady came around and insisted that i should be taken to vip lounge(may be the guys were thinking that:how she go go VIP when she no pay 4 VIP) at the VIP,THE staff there had exceptional speed she collected all my forms and doc in a givey,i began to wonder if all i needed was in there but am sure i had arranged the following CAS CERTIFICATE ORIGINAL AND COPY TRANSCRIPT FORMS BANK STATEMENT my cas stateed certificate and transcript THey made payment for me and i was taken to for biometrics. it all seemde too fast for me but i trust God to pull through on my behalf we will all get there in Jesue name |
justwise:@JUSTWISE, I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS PLEASE.MY MONEY HAS BEEN THERE FOR MONTHS.WILL THAT AFFECT MOI? |
sorry that was an ERROR,the cover is signed by the academic officer.thank you, sent you a mail few minutes ago.thanks man |
hello house, came across this impressive thread. God bless people who have been helpnig here my questions needs urgent attention pls. if its stated in your CAS that you should show your original certificate and transcript for visa application but you dont have original transcript. the person's school does not give original transcript but they give a stamped and signed copy with a covering not also signed by the academic officer. will this be acceptable at the embassy? what should the person do? awaiting your kind reply thank you |
some applicants to uk schools do not really intend to go for academic purpose, they just use the student visa as a means to get to uk, some courses are better studied in the uk for postgraduate levels, doing an msc here in nigeria without having equiped laboratories is just adding to the bandwagon of unskilled science graduates. if you have a job in naija,u can take a study leave for for msc and come back to your job while waiting for your new msc to fetch u a better job or promotion. the educational system needs to be improved and the economy greatly improved so that 10,000pounds will not run into 2.5millions in nigeria money. if the value of our money was good enough the fees in schools abroad wont be neck breaking! and u get good quality of education and exposure in your career. |
what is the difference between heads and tails please? din't watch the eviction show on Sunday.thanks |
my bba channel is not showing?called them but still not up,now their customer service lines are not going |
Nice article,am also physically challenged too.as a result of road accident leading to spinal cord injury.for others who read and acknowledged your piece, they really might not know what it feels like to be physically challenged in nigeria.the physical inability is a life changing problem on its own,but living in nigeria is double the pain of being on a wheelchair.people think upside down when they come in contact with physically challenged people.it makes me wonder if they need their legs to think right,or do we need legs to operate our bank account,do we need our legs to function before we are accorded the respect, love and understanding that should be shown to us? i can go on and on about living in nigeria and being physically challenged, life is short and beautiful like you said.am living positively and will continue doing so,when you have JESUS you've got all the legs you need, chao kemioladipo@yahoo.com |

so i guess am good on that. how would you like me to contact you on the proposal? My area of interest is molecular biology, bioinformatics, biotechnology and genetic engineering. please let me know how to get in touch with you. Thanks and kind regards.
