I also want to ask please. Many Nigerian people bear Ella, Anastasia, Alexandra::etc., and other names most Greeks bear. I am yearning to know if the names mean the same thing as it does in Greek or does it mean sth else?

For example, Alexandra means Defender and helper of humankind , I guess. Does it mean the same thing in Nigeria?

A quick one. My uncle is very empathetic and altruistic (He mostly considers others before himself) and this has affected him much (in my view).

His selfless action has affected him so much. He is a single guy (mid 30's) and has nothing to his name but keeps doing so much for extended family members . I am starting to think that this is not just ordinary. This is someone who can splurge 500k in a week (even if it's his last money) to help others and then will look for where to borrow to stay afloat , potentially leading to financial difficulties like lack of savings.


He is someone I respect so much. I don't know how to go about in sitting him and telling him this.

Those that have had a similar experience, how did you go about this?

I got this small blue band from a nearby supermarket to use it in the office.

I saw this insect in my house and placed my leg onnit to kill it. Only to discover this coloration on my leg the following day.

Does this pose a threat to my health so I can start taking proactive measures from now. Any similar experience?
Attached is the insect, it normal pollutes and produces an offensive odour when you try to kill it.
