Back in those days, we were made to believe that newly bought phones should be charged for at least about 10 hours. Even after the phone become filled, we would still leave it plugged in for hours.

Just of recent, a young boy was killed as he jumped into a fenced building. I learnt that the state has been battling series of insecurities ranging from unknown gunmen, kidnappers, extrajudicial killings, amongst others.

A thread was opened few days which saw many people condemning the act of which I condemn as well.

Moving forward, I saw one or two persons who condemned the act of fence jumping while others never saw anything wrong. We know that Nairaland is filled with kids these days, and it will be okay to let them the consequences of such acts, so that they don't fall victims.

Life is a lesson, while criticizing the action of the man, we should also create awareness of the dangers and consequences of fence-jumping. We learn from people's experiences.

We did it when we were little because we didn't know the consequences then, now we are grown and should enlighten the younglings, so they don't make same mistake.
