Try join for the rest of the program. About 2 week to go. You dance and praise God. Make sure you participate, no dulling or sleeping or sitting sef. Na just for about an hour or slightly above. I wish I can find time to make a detailed post on this castor oil. Although I'm sceptical about drinking it(I almost purged my intestines out lol)
But sincerely it worked for me when one of my tubes was blocked. I did the compress though before going for HSG in 2015. I conceived the following month.

Presently my sister in-law just discovered she has multiple fibroids, and she decided to try the castor oil therapy before going under the knife that's if there's no significant difference
But thankfully from the current test results the fibroids are shrinking. It's simply a miracle oil. But personally I'll avoid drinking it

My doctor now prescribed clomid for us.

Doctors will always say semen leakage is not an issue. I treated it and I got pregnant (my first child). I started experiencing it again now that I'm trying for another baby.

Start with what you have and drop result here, some sabi mamas can respond to you. You can start with urine test, pelvic scan, tvs , SFA and culture for hubby. Those one will not cost u more than 15k

The last time I went to the hospital I was told to go for tests.... The tests plenty no be small. I couldn't afford it. And the gynae said I should come back with all results. I couldn't go back because I was unable to do the tests bcs of money. Everything was around 80k...

I plan to go to another hospital. May be general hospital this time around but I don't know if they have special days they used to attend to gynae patients.

Not having money is making this journey difficult for me.

You are doing great already. The goal is to eat healthy. More protein, veggies and fruit and less carbs with exercise like walking, jugging, brisk walk, dancing, jump robe etc. No late night food. Infact this one is the trick. Don't eat again after 6 or 7pm if you can. Before you know it your tummy will flatten out. Food you eat after 7 or 8pm mostly don't digest. They will make you gain weight fast and make you have big tummy.

And ofcos count your food intake and post them here to stay motivated. Anything you chop, post am here... that's all.

It is well.....i can eat rice all day, and I eat late at night, if I don't eat late, I will be very hungry during the midnight.

But I'll love to learn how to eat healthy, exercise I can do to.

You are right sis, for my first pregnancy, I met with hubby just one day in that month, because I travelled to school d following day, I was overwhelmed with msc project defence, I did not even put mind in pregnancy, I even told my roommate that I will go and see gynae when I return to lagos, not knowing that I was already pregnant. After defence, while waiting for final project correction, my mates were having get together everyday, I didn't step out of my house, my mood was terrible and I was fighting everybody, they begged me to go out, I refuse. One night, I had this terrible headache plus cramp from sleep, it woke me up and I was like....wait o, I supposed to have done my period na, I calc my dates and got to know that I'm one week late, I told my roommate to go and buy accurate for me, cos I was scared, we sha did d pt together, come and see thick double lines, I was amazed.

If only we can put mind away from ttc, and focus on other things, preggy will stay. (Have sex for fun).
