Foreign Affairs › Re: Gambia Talks Fail As President Refuses To Step Down-bbc by greatgod2012(f): 6:33am On Jan 14, 2017 |
Smh........
African leaders and greediness for power is like a Siamese twins.
After serving as the President for more than two decades, he still refuses to step down, despite the fact that he was voted out.
So many African leaders with the same shameless power-drunk attitude.
No wonder GEJ remains a hero in Africa because he did what is not expected of an African leader as regards forcefully and illegally remaining in power. |

The mistake made by Oyo state people is voting him again for the second term. |

Baawaa: These people, they are all the same,I meant our leaders , political leaders, religion leaders, community leaders(which are traditional leaders).Majority of them are thieves and rogues. You can say that again! In fact, it's like Nigeria is cursed with not having good political, religious and community leaders. |

olasmith10: Africa and the "na only me" mentality. After you had ruled for more than two decades, they still need to undergo almost an endless streams of diplomatic rituals and sacrifice just in a bid to at least make you see reason why u should leave the stage in a country of constitutional law...similar events in Gabon where Omar bongo, after ruling for almost half a century(42 years) passed the presidency to his son Ali Bongo, same with Paul Biya who has been ruling since 1982, Robert Mugabe since 87..Babangida almost did same during the 1993 election but thanks to the ever gallant Nigerian citizens who were able to atleast minimize the damage... Many African leaders are so greedy when it comes to holding on to power like forever. It's the ilks of the leaders you've mentioned up there that made GEJ to become hero because he did what's not expected of African leaders. |

As much as I am a Catholic till death it must be said that you were part of the people that wrecked this country.
You and your likes can say what you like but we are seeing the results with Boko Haram successes, rising foreing reserves, rice revolution, road and rail efforts etc.
If Buhari is not in Charge then God is in charge and he will not let us down. Just continue deceiving your ilks, even PMB himself have just declared that boko haram have not been defeated. So, who do we now believe? You or PMB |

Anyway,, with APC's present manipulations against the oppositions, I doubt if PMB won't recontest, and if he recontest, I doubt if he won't win.

2SWT: I think it mainly depends on her body, maybe six months would be okay
Anyway married people know better Six months You wan kill person @op, it depends on your wife's body. If the delivery was natural, i.e through vàgina, the uterus will be healed within 4-6 week, after which there won't be vaginal discharge and every every would have gone back to normal. If the delivery was through C.S, you will have to wait for about three months or more, depending on when there's total heal-up. |

prekumohtim: A married man updated his facebook status and it reads;
I know you are a lady and might not agree with me but I need to address this issue on domestic violence in women . This domestic violence thing is overrated and women are beginning to hang on it to become more senseless without putting any effort on making their marriage work.
Am a married man and I have been married for 9years and am pleased to tell you that I hit my wife. I beat her sometimes to correct her because women are like babies so you need to go extra miles to correct them . My wife is my baby and am her man so I can't watch her do wrong . I beat her up and apologize to her , is the same thing as flogging a child and dragging them with the other hand.
Look at our African parents , they beat us with all sorts of objects , shoes , stick, bottles, anything they can lay their hands on. I have seen parents pour pee pee on kids just to correct them and even do worse just to correct them and will you call that violence? If you can do all that to a child and they survive how can an adult die ? Many domestic violence we hear, is not their husbands that deliberately killed them , it's always an accident so I want you ladies to know that violence is a part of marriage . Believe it or not , your husband must at least give you a slap for you to have sense especially here in Africa . So make your marriage work please , those people you celebrate and admire their anniversaries also endured violence . Stop calling it violence , see it as correction , see yourself as the child and your man your daddy , that way you will understand the love comes with tears.
I know the ladies will insult me but I will continue to beat my wife if she misbehaves, is the best form of correction but I will never kill her, I love her so much . Ladies , beating is not enough to leave your marriage please see it as correction to make it work ." Blood of Jesus! And someone is this man's wife o! If what this man wrote here about hitting his wife and the wife sees that as a form of correction instead of abuse, then, that woman is the real issue here. |

Christianity Etc › Re: Stop Meddling In Church affairs, Adeboye Tells fg by greatgod2012(f): 4:11pm On Jan 08, 2017 |
kITATITA: The present President doesn't come to kneel before him and get his head washed in olive oil. Adeboye is playing politics with religion. He has told his adherents that government is meddlesome. He said his Muslim friend told him about Christians not using their population to put their chosen people in government. He has also asked his people to join parties and seize the machinery of governance from the ward level. Summary is that he's still suffering from the hangover of Jonathan administration I'm indifferent about thatt your last statement but for baba Adeboye to be worried about Christians using their population to put their chosen ones in power and then calling on all his members to join political parties, become card-carrying members, become delegates, contest for political offices, etc.....shows that he isn't comfortable with the new law and that he was forced by law to appoint a successor. I really don't understand his outburst! A position he has been enjoying since 1981! Haba! What's it with Africans and power! And he still retain G.O worldwide for himself o, after all, Nigeria law no reach other countries. Issokay! |

ammyluv2002: You're right, just that I don't understand some of the church leaders these days. This is exactly the concern of so many. Religion in Nigeria have been mixed with politics. Even in the church, the type of Nigeria politics is what is being practiced by many church leaders. Anyway......... |
