Vinegar is a natural alternative to bleach or other strong chemicals. It is not toxic and is won’t harm the environment.

Application

Hydrogen Peroxide has multiple benefits in addition to mold removal. It also kill viruses and bacteria. It also penetrates the surface of material better than bleach, which makes it good for materials like fabric and wood.

Application
Put in spray bottle (keep out of light). Spray heavily on mold and let sit for at least 10 minutes, preferably longer. Scrub the area and wipe down. If its a fabric, place it outside in the sun to dry.

How to Get Rid Of Mold with Borax

Borax is the un-sung hero of mold removal. It is natural, inexpensive, and doesn’t produce toxic fumes. It is also effective at killing germs.

Application
Apply the solution to the offending area, be careful not to use too much on a porous material that absorbs water, this will saturate the material and can cause other moisture problems. Scrub area with rag or somewhat abrasive material, such as a scrub brush until mold is removed. The level of abrasive material depends on the surface you are working with. For example, you might use a rag for leather or furniture, and a scrub brush for concrete or grout. Wipe area clean and dry the area. No need to rinse the area because borax inhibits any new growth. How I Broke The Chain of Stagnation In My Career

It is true that so many people are experiencing stagnation in different areas of their lives. While some are experiencing it in their marriage, some others are experiencing it in their job, Business, academies and career. Because the title of this article is on career doesn't mean that the tips outlined cannot be applied in other areas of our endeavors.
After I made up my mind to pursue my motivational speaking career full time, it got to a point that I was stagnant. I was working so hard but wasn't seeing results. It got to a point that I wanted to give up and get a job with my certificate. But as I sat down on a certain night to think about my future, I realized that the reason why I wasn't moving was more of physical reasons than spiritual. Please permit me to share with you how I was able to break the chain of stagnation.

- I Carved a Niche
As a Motivational Speaker, I used to speak on almost everything that I had experience in. From youth development to entrepreneurship to talents maximization to starting small and growing big etcetera. As I sat down, I realized that I may end up stressing myself and becoming a jack of all trade and master of non. So, in order to have a voice in the motivational speaking industry, and after doing more homework about the industry, I discovered that my strength was more in talents maximization. Carving a niche for myself didn't provide the motion I needed but helped put me on the right path.

- I Positioned Myself
In order to gain motion in my career I discovered through studies that I could either take my career from office to office and pitch to them to give us a try or I could position myself strategically where people could find me and call me when they needed my service, or both. But because I hated marketing, I decided to start with the second option.
Instead of producing a book or an audio book, I decided to sharpen my writing skills by writing motivational and talent coaching articles. Did it work? Yes it did because I got my first client as a result of my articles. After getting my first client I knew that I was no longer stagnant then I went ahead and carried out another strategy.

- I Leveraged On My Circle of Influence.
I am privileged to have come in contact with some influential people that I have made my friends both through my anchoring of the motivation and entrepreneurship segment of "Day Break Benin" on Edo broadcasting television in Benin, to people that I have met in my day to day life. I realized that I needed to leverage on my friendship with these people to grow my career. I used to think that friends shouldn't be involved in our business but now I know better. What's the essence of calling you my friend or having your contact on my phone if you can't be of help to the growth of my business or career. For instance, if you are looking for a job, the first people that should know should be those in your circle of influence. I have friends in the media, so I called them when I needed to do an interview. I have bloggers as friends, I made sure I made use of them. After leveraging on my circle of influence, I realized that I wasn't on the same spot again.

- I Changed My Perspective
One of the things holding us down is the way we view life. Our view of life and people can determine our growth. It is natural to think that people don't care, but we will be surprised to know that they care. I have heard people say that it's not possible to succeed in business in Africa without getting our hands dirty, meanwhile, there are people making it with clean hands. Another perspective that is holding people down is that they believe until you know someone at the top you may not be able to get some things done. As good as that sounds, that is a big lie.

- I Prayed More
Sometimes, when we have engaged all the principles we know of and things still refuses to change, wisdom demands we engage the powers bigger than us through prayers. I knew this that prayer is an effective tool to fighting the spiritual while we think and strategize our way through the physical. Wickedness is real but more real is the effectiveness of prayer.

- I Dared My Fears
After I had engaged all the tips above, I was still scared of taking steps. Not because I haven't tried before but because I failed when I first tried. The presence of the symptoms doesn’t mean that the chains are still there. The chains may have been losed but until you stand up and take steps it may not fall off. Faith is not the absence of the symptoms, it is believing and taking steps even when it seems the chains are still there.
I dared my fears by taking steps and when I did, I noticed that things that weren't working before began to work.

Why?
When we look at how Christianity spread after the death and resurrection of Jesus, we notice something that’s both fascinating and unique.
This unique thing is that the apostles and early followers of Jesus weren’t just martyred for their faith, most of them were tortured first before they were killed.

This is documented in historical books that are written by authors outside of the Bible, authors such as Josephus and Tertullian.
The reason that the torture and death of the first followers of Jesus is so significant, is because they were tortured for saying that they had witnessed the risen Christ.

You might be thinking, “So what? Hundreds of people die for their beliefs everyday.” But hold on for a just a minute, there’s a huge difference.

Hundreds of people die everyday because they believe that their religion is true.
However, nobody is willing to die for a false testimony.

Did you notice the difference between these two?

If the apostles and early Christians were lying about seeing the risen Christ, then as soon as they would’ve experienced persecution and torture, then surely they would have changed their false testimony.

They would have said, “Sorry, we’re lying about seeing the risen Christ. Please stop torturing us and let us go.”
But none of them withdrew their testimonies, they were tortured until death, and they maintained that they had seen the resurrected Jesus.

The answer is no.

Sometimes atheists will bring up M-theory, or the multiverse, citing that it’s possible for a universe to be created from nothing.
M-theory is a theory that says that there’s either an infinite or finite amount of universes.
Since there are so many universes, then one of them must be fine-tuned to sustain life.

In Stephen Hawking’s book, The Grand Design , Hawking Writes, “Because there is a law of gravity, the universe can and will create itself out of nothing. ”

Both Hawking and Lawrence Krauss propose that it’s theoretically possible for the universe to have come from nothing using M-theory, string theory, and quantum physics to do away with God as being the creator.

However, there are major flaws to M-theory, and there are a number of respected physicists who point out these flaws.

Some physicists have gone as far as saying that M-theory isn’t even a science, it’s a pseudoscience.

1. M-theory requires the law of gravity and gravity is not “nothing.” It’s “something.”
Any supporters of M-theory need to alter the definition of the word “nothing” to support their view.
Nothing is no-thing, it’s the state of non-being.
Scientific laws describe what happens under certain conditions and they need something to work on.

You can be sure that gravity isn’t nothing, it’s something.

2. There is no evidence for a multiverse existing.

What is the best proof that God exists?

For hundreds of years, people from all walks of life have debated whether God exists, or if He’s just a fictional character.

I used to think that God existed, then I changed my mind to thinking that He doesn’t exist , and now I know that He does exist.

When I posted my testimony about how I went from being a Christian, to being an atheist, and then became a Christian again, I had a few atheists who privately messaged me to ask about my story.

Now I’m happy to share that I’ve made some new atheist friends, and we’re talking back and forth about whether there is enough proof that God exists.

So in this article, I’m going to share with you my opinion on what is the best proof that God exists.

This article is going to be the logical argument for the existence God.

At a later time, I’ll be sharing my opinion on what is the best scientific proof that supports the existence of God.

While I won’t be using the Bible to prove the existence of God, it would be beneficial to know that the Bible says that God has given us two witnesses so we can know that there is a God.

1. Witness #1 – Creation
By taking a look at the world around us, we can see that it was designed and created by a supreme Being.

“For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.” - Romans 1:20


2. Witness #2 – Conscience
The fact that there are universal morals that we all share show that we all have a conscience, and that God is the one who wrote what is right and wrong in our hearts.

“They demonstrate that God’s law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right. And this is the message I proclaim— that the day is coming when God, through Christ Jesus, will judge everyone’s secret life.” – Romans 2:15-16


If you’re on the fence about whether God exists or not, then I believe that answering this question is the single most important question of your life.

Why?
The implications of whether God exists or not are HUGE:
1. It affects your view of life here on earth
2. It determines how you live your life
3. It affects your purpose in life and your desitny
4. It determines the source of your morality
5. If there’s an alternate dimension where there is a real heaven and a real hell, then you’ll want to make sure that you choose heaven.



[size=15pt]In My Opinion, the Best Proof That God Exists is This[/size]
The cosmological argument is an argument for the existence of God that says that God is the First Cause that created the universe (source: Wikipedia).

It’s also known as the argument from first cause, the causal argument, or the argument from existence.
The argument below is a variant of the cosmological argument, and it states:
1. Premise 1 – Something exists
2. Premise 2 – Nothing cannot create something
3. Conclusion – Something must have always existed



[size=15pt]Explanation of the Cosmological Argument[/size]

1. Something Exists
This is a very basic premise that almost everyone agrees on.
In our case, that something is the universe. There are some people who would argue that we don’t know if we, or anything else for that matter, really does exist.
These people argue that maybe the life that we’re living now is not real. Maybe we’re plugged into a machine somewhere, and dreaming up the life that we are living, like as in, The Matrix (movie).
This isn’t the only explanation that these people give for an alternate reality. Supporters of this argument will put forth other explanations for the possibility of life not being real, and for living in a dream-state.
This idea isn’t anything new, and has been around for hundreds of years.

I don’t believe this theory to be true, and I believe in the counter-argument that was given by Descartes.
René Descartes, was a French philosopher and mathematician, who made the statement, “Cogito ergo sum,” which is translated, “I think, therefore I am.”

This means that thinking about one’s existence is proof of the existence of oneself.

2. Nothing Cannot Create Something
The definition of nothing is no-thing. It isn’t anything, and it doesn’t have the power to do anything.
Nothing can also be defined as the state of non-being.

3. Something Must Have Always Existed
We know that there must have been something that has always existed in order to bring the thing that now exists (the universe), into existence.
If we say this isn’t true, then we’re also saying that it’s possible for the universe to have come from nothing, and we know this is impossible because of premise number two. Anything that has come into existence must have a cause.



[size=15pt]So What is the Something That Must Have Always Existed?[/size]

There are only two options if we’re following the logic given in the cosmological argument.
Either the universe has always existed or Something outside the universe has always existed
Scientific evidence shows us that the universe hasn’t always existed.
Here are some of the evidences that support that the universe did begin at a certain point of time:

1. The Second Law of Thermodynamics
The Second Law of Thermodynamics states that the amount of usable energy in a closed system, like in the case of the universe, is decreasing.
In other words, the amount of usable energy is dying out just like the batteries die in your flashlight.
If a closed system like the universe is in fact running out of energy, then the universe can’t be eternal because a finite amount of energy could never have brought the universe through an eternity of time.

2. The Universe is Expanding
In 1929, Edwin Hubble, made a discovery that the universe is expanding.
Once scientists understood that the universe was expanding, they realized that it would have been smaller in the past.
At some point historically, the entire universe would have been a single point.
This point is what many people refer to as the Big Bang, which is the point when our universe began to exist.

3. The Cosmic Background Radiation
Physics.org describes the Cosmic Background Radiation as, “The left-over heat from the fireball of the Big Bang in which the Universe was born 13.7 billion years ago.”
While the age of the earth is speculation by scientists, most do agree that the Cosmic Background Radiation does point to a finite universe that has a specific age.
So to recap, here’s the cosmological argument which offers proof for the existence of God:
- Something exists (the universe)
- Nothing can’t create something
- Therefore, something must have always existed in order to cause the universe into existence
- The universe didn’t always exist
- Therefore, something outside of the universe must have always existed



[size=15pt]Why God is the Eternal Something (or rather Someone) That Caused the Universe into Existence[/size]
We don’t need to rely on the Bible or on any religion to show that God is the eternal Being who created this universe.

We can conclude some things about the Creator of this universe by looking at the world around us.

When we examine the universe, we can conclude that the Creator must be:
- Self-existent
- Timeless
- Non-spatial (exists outside of time, space, and matter)
- Infinitely powerful because He created this vast thing we call the universe
- Supremely intelligent because He created the universe with immaculate precision
- Personal because He chose to convert a state of nothingness into the time-space-material universe (an impersonal force has no ability to make choices)
When we take a look at all of these characteristics, we see that they are the characteristics that are attributed to God.

Atheists usually say that if we follow the logic in the argument, then God must have had a creator too.

God didn’t come into existence, He always was, is, and will forever be.
The cosmological argument points to the first cause of the universe as Someone that has always existed.
That is a part of the argument.
The argument points that there must be something that did not have a cause.

Answer: The emperor of Rome from AD 54 to 68 was Nero Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus, also known simply as Nero. The emperor was not known for being a godly person and engaged in a variety of illicit acts, homosexual marriage being among them. In AD 64 the great Roman fire occurred, with Nero himself being suspected of arson. In his writings, the Roman senator and historian Tacitus recorded, “To get rid of the report [that he had started the fire], Nero fastened the guilt and inflicted the most exquisite tortures on a class hated for their abominations, called Christians by the populace” (Annals, XV).

It was during the reign of Nero that the apostle Paul wrote his epistle to the Romans. While one might expect him to encourage the Christians in Rome to rise up against their oppressive ruler, in the chapter 13, we find this instead:

“Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. Therefore whoever resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves. For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Do what is good and you will have praise from the same; for it is a minister of God to you for good. But if you do what is evil, be afraid; for it does not bear the sword for nothing; for it is a minister of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil. Therefore it is necessary to be in subjection, not only because of wrath, but also for conscience’ sake. For because of this you also pay taxes, for rulers are servants of God, devoting themselves to this very thing. Render to all what is due them: tax to whom tax is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor” (Romans 13:1–7).

Even under the reign of a ruthless and godless emperor, Paul, writing under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, tells his readers to be in subjection to the government. Moreover, he states that no authority exists other than that established by God, and that rulers are serving God in their political office.

Peter writes nearly the same thing in one of this two New Testament letters: “Submit yourselves for the Lord’s sake to every human institution, whether to a king as the one in authority, or to governors as sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and the praise of those who do right. For such is the will of God that by doing right you may silence the ignorance of foolish men. Act as free men, and do not use your freedom as a covering for evil, but use it as bondslaves of God. Honor all people, love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king” (1 Peter 2:13–17).

Both Paul’s and Peter’s teachings have led to quite a few questions from Christians where civil disobedience is concerned. Do Paul and Peter mean that Christians are always to submit to whatever the government commands, no matter what is asked of them?

A Brief Look at the Various Views of Civil Disobedience There are at least three general positions on the matter of civil disobedience. The anarchist view says that a person can choose to disobey the government whenever he likes and whenever he feels he is personally justified in doing so. Such a stance has no biblical support whatsoever, as evidenced in the writings of Paul in Romans 13.

The extremist patriot says that a person should always follow and obey his country, no matter what the command. As will be shown in a moment, this view also does not have biblical support. Moreover, it is not supported in the history of nations. For example, during the Nuremberg trials, the attorneys for the Nazi war criminals attempted to use the defense that their clients were only following the direct orders of the government and therefore could not be held responsible for their actions. However, one of the judges dismissed their argument with the simple question: “But gentlemen, is there not a law above our laws?”

The position the Scriptures uphold is one of biblical submission, with a Christian being allowed to act in civil disobedience to the government if it commands evil, such that it requires a Christian to act in a manner that is contrary to the clear teachings and requirements of God’s Word.

Civil Disobedience —Examples in Scripture In Exodus 1, the Egyptian Pharaoh gave the clear command to two Hebrew midwives that they were to kill all male Jewish babies. An extreme patriot would have carried out the government’s order, yet the Bible says the midwives disobeyed Pharaoh and “feared God, and did not do as the king of Egypt had commanded them, but let the boys live” (Exodus 1:17). The Bible goes on to say the midwives lied to Pharaoh about why they were letting the children live; yet even though they lied and disobeyed their government, “God was good to the midwives, and the people multiplied, and became very mighty. Because the midwives feared God, He established households for them” (Exodus 1:20–21).

In Joshua 2, Rahab directly disobeyed a command from the king of Jericho to produce the Israelite spies who had entered the city to gain intelligence for battle. Instead, she let them down via a rope so they could escape. Even though Rahab had received a clear order from the top government official, she resisted the command and was redeemed from the city’s destruction when Joshua and the Israeli army destroyed it.

The book of 1 Samuel records a command given by King Saul during a military campaign that no one could eat until Saul had won his battle with the Philistines. However, Saul’s son Jonathan, who had not heard the order, ate honey to refresh himself from the hard battle the army had waged. When Saul found out about it, he ordered his son to die. However, the people resisted Saul and his command and saved Jonathan from being put to death (1 Samuel 14:45).

Another example of civil disobedience in keeping with biblical submission is found in 1 Kings 18. That chapter briefly introduces a man named Obadiah who “feared the Lord greatly.” When the queen Jezebel was killing God’s prophets, Obadiah took a hundred of them and hid them from her so they could live. Such an act was in clear defiance of the ruling authority’s wishes.

In 2 Kings, the only apparently approved revolt against a reigning government official is recorded. Athaliah, the mother of Ahaziah, began to destroy the royal offspring of the house of Judah. However, Joash the son of Ahaziah was taken by the king’s daughter and hidden from Athaliah so that the bloodline would be preserved. Six years later, Jehoiada gathered men around him, declared Joash to be king, and put Athaliah to death.

Daniel records a number of civil disobedience examples. The first is found in chapter 3 where Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to bow down to the golden idol in disobedience to King Nebuchadnezzar’s command. The second is in chapter 6 where Daniel defies King Darius’ decree to not pray to anyone other than the king. In both cases, God rescued His people from the death penalty that was imposed, signaling His approval of their actions.

In the New Testament, the book of Acts records the civil disobedience of Peter and John towards the authorities that were in power at the time. After Peter healed a man born lame, Peter and John were arrested for preaching about Jesus and put in jail. The religious authorities were determined to stop them from teaching about Jesus; however, Peter said, “Whether it is right in the sight of God to give heed to you rather than to God, you be the judge; for we cannot stop speaking about what we have seen and heard” (Acts 4:19–20). Later, the rulers confronted the apostles again and reminded them of their command to not teach about Jesus, but Peter responded, “We must obey God rather than men” (Acts 5:29).

One last example of civil disobedience is found in the book of Revelation where the Antichrist commands all those who are alive during the end times to worship an image of himself. But the apostle John, who wrote Revelation, states that those who become Christians at the time will disobey the Antichrist and his government and refuse to worship the image (Revelation 13:15) just as Daniel’s companions violated Nebuchadnezzar’s decree to worship his idol.

Civil Disobedience —Conclusion What conclusions can be drawn from the above biblical examples? The guidelines for a Christian’s civil disobedience can be summed as follows:

• Christians should resist a government that commands or compels evil and should work nonviolently within the laws of the land to change a government that permits evil. • Civil disobedience is permitted when the government’s laws or commands are in direct violation of God’s laws and commands. • If a Christian disobeys an evil government, unless he can flee from the government, he should accept that government’s punishment for his actions. • Christians are certainly permitted to work to install new government leaders within the laws that have been established.

Lastly, Christians are commanded to pray for their leaders and for God to intervene in His time to change any ungodly path that they are pursuing: “First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity” (1 Timothy 2:1–2).

Why brainstorm

As stated above; brainstorming helps an individual or team see an idea from different perspective. Brainstorming helps to achieve the following among other things:

It helps to produce many ideas or solutions in a short time
It stimulates the creative thinking process
It helps ensure that all group members’ ideas are considered.
Whether you are a small business owner, a startup, team lead or CEO of a large conglomerate, having the right team mix which you can have sessions with speaks volume about how far you go especially if you are in an innovative and highly competitive market.

While the composition of a team matters in terms of how creative and effective they are not only in ideas generation and solving problems, it is a different subject matter for another day.

Brainstorming has become more like slang in the corporate world especially in consulting services. A visit to these agencies will reveal the depth at which this term is used albeit in a wrong context. There are silent rules to brainstorming which help teams get the most out of it. Everyone needs to understand when to use it, how to use it as well as its dos and don’ts.

When to brainstorm

Ever being faced with a client’s brief and you are not sure of what to make of it all alone; I think it might be time to involve other members of the team in a brainstorming session. Situations like these as well as others like when:

completing elements in a project charter
identifying how best to tackle a research questions
identifying potential causes to investigate
identifying types of data to collect
identifying solution ideas
Brainstorming puts a face to your team as it enables every member of the team participate in contributing to the results achieved in the team.

How to brainstorm

These following steps will guide you whenever you want commence a brainstorming session:

Review the problem definition
Clarify the problem/question and provide all information that can help the team understand what the problem/question is about.
Allow the team digest the information in few minutes and tell them to write down their ideas. Ensure everyone writes something down. No idea is bad or outrageous.
Gather ideas: make sure there is no discussion until all ideas are gathered
Consolidate similar ideas and discuss the complete set of ideas.
After these steps you can use other tools to enable you narrow down or prioritize the ideas so that you can select the best or most applicable to the problem/question at the moment.

To get the most out of your brainstorming sessions, there is need for you to observe these dos and don’ts:

Allow everyone to complete his or her thoughts
Start from the base by building on existing ideas

If something comes into being, it must have been prompted by something else. A book has an author. Music has a music artist. A party has a party-thrower! All things that begin, that have a start, have a cause to their beginning.

Today’s atheists repeat the objection, including Richard Dawkins (The God Delusion) and Philip Adams, who said,

“The great argument for God was that there had to be a Creation, a beginning. … But my objection was simple. If God was the beginning who began God?”



So who created God? Many religious people, especially Christians including myself consider this question the ultimate blasphemy. In times of inquisition, 800 years ago in Europe, this question alone could easily have gotten one killed or at least sent to the torture chambers by the powers that be of the time – the Catholic Church.

Yet today, it seems to be a legitimate and a profound question. This question must be best answered to help grow the faith of genuine enquirers and tick the conscience of honest unbelievers.
Even if one doesn't believe in God or any kind of divine being, the question remains: Why does anything exist? Why not just nothingness?

These are the ultimate existential questions and it may concern every human on earth.



Everything we observe in nature has a beginning. Theists, more specifically Christians however often object by making the claim below:

"God is in a different category, God is different from all nature and humanity and everything that exists, in that he has always existed, independent from anything he created. God is not a dependent being, but self-sufficient, self-existent.
Psalms 90:2, 1 chronicles 29:11-12, John 4:24.

Christians admit that everything has a cause with just one exception, GOD. Christians submit this because this is exactly how the Bible describes God, and how God has revealed himself to be.


While I will not be using scriptures to make my point.
It is important to note that the Bible says, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1). Here God created time itself. Only One who is outside of time, that is, timeless, or eternal, could do this.

Let's leave this for a while. Almost everyone agrees that the world has a beginning. Science seems to have proven that time and space had a beginning. This fact amongst others have made some change their opinion on reality.

Three scientific evidences seems to prove that the universe has a beginning. They are briefly explained in the thread above.

2. An expanding universe
3. The cosmic background radiation

So basically.
- The universe has not always existed (the universe has a beginning)
- Time and space began with the universe (Time and space began when the universe began)


Prior to the universe, there was nothing, NO TIME, no space, nothing at all.
This implication of this is that whatever brought the universe into existence is independent of the universe, independent of time (timeless or eternal) and independent of space.


This is a serious implication. It means that :
1. Either the universe came from nothing
2. or the universe came from something
3. or we don't know what brought forth the universe.


In reality. It is impossible for nothing to produce something. At least majority of people agree with this. And if it is impossible for nothing to give rise to something, then the existence of life should make no sense.

To me, life is even less complex than the universe. This truth (that nothing cannot produce something) is uncomfortable for those who propose that there is no Creator (of the universe).

This has led major scientists like Stephen hawkings, Lawrence krauss and others to theorize that something can come from nothing.

1. The M-Theory (which requires nothing something called gravity)
2. The multiverse theory (to which there exists no observable evidence)
3. Quantum vacuums (which infact has the properties of nothing something as Dr. Alexander Vilenkin points out
in this video.)


And maybe any other theory I don't know of. One thing is sure however, to validate any of the above theories, one must modify the definition of nothing.

Let's see the real definition of nothing.

Having said that. I'll go straight to my point.
Whatever was in existence prior to the universe, exists outside of time and space.

Whatever exists outside of time is timeless or eternal. The words "Timeless and eternal" seems to have a connection.

The major connection I see between these two words may be clear for everyone else to see.

"No beginning and no end".

This phenomenon is alien to humans. Majority of people can't seem to imagine an object with no beginning and no end (an object that was not created or an object that has been existing since forever).
It is natural though, afterall even our great planet will come to its end.
My point is, it is difficult for anyone to imagine something without a beginning or end.


The Bible describes God as:
1. ETERNAL in the following verses: Isaiah 40:28, Romans 16:26, 1 Timothy 1:17, Psalm 90:2
2. and SELF EXISTING: Exodus 3:14

The word YAHWEH itself is believed to be a form of the verb hayah, which signifies “to be,” ultimately meaning “the eternal One” or “self-existing One.”



So I have been able to make 2 points so far.
1. Timeless or eternal means no beginning and no end (UNCREATED OR SELF EXISTING)
2. The Bible describes God as timeless and eternal.



When atheists ask the question, "Who created God?". This question can be analyzed critically.

If something was created, it simply means it has a beginning. This negates the proposition of Christians as regards YAHWEH. Therefore such a question might either be born out of ignorance or dishonesty.
One can't ask who created something has no beginning and no end. Since the question itself proposes that this something has a beginning, It is an invalid question.


An eternal being or object has no beginning, no end. It is uncreated and timeless. It is self existent.
This is the what we mean when we say God is eternal.

I do not write to offend anyone's beliefs, but you can read this with an unbiased mind, I'm positive that you will come to an honest conclusion and admit that the question "Who created God" is an invalid question.

None for now. But you can set the plugin to generate a new certificate automatically and then notify you when the current one is about to expire. However, you will still have to manually enter the codes for the new certificate.

I’m sure many job seekers have heard some of these things below. They, however, bear repeating as I’ve recently had to do some hiring again and I still see too many people do these.


So please don’t:

1. Forward CV’s from previously forwarded emails – Shows you’re too lazy and unobservant. How can your email contain forwarded info of previous applications? Be wise, delete it. While you’re at it, make sure to write an accompanying email and not just forward a blank email.

2. Forget to include a cover letter – Research the company and be as specific as possible in your letter. It shows you’re not lazy like the average person out there is. It also helps you highlight how your unique skills and experience will help the employer. Again, make sure the email containing your CV is not empty, or says something dumb like, ‘see attached’. If you’re too busy to write something to a potential employer, then the employer will be too busy to look at your CV.

3. Use comic sans – We’re not in kindergarten, use a serious font. This doesn’t apply of course if you’re applying to become a clown or to work in a comic shop or kids related company.

4. Scan and email CV as an attachment – I thought everyone had learned this but I still receive CVs like this. I don’t even read, just click delete straight. The standard is PDF format created from a word document. Document should be easily identified. Document title should include your name and job position applied for. e.g ‘john.bull.cv.account.officer.pdf’

5. Ignore linked in – We’re in the technology age so I check all my applicants’ linked in profile automatically using a plugin in my inbox. If you have a killer profile with shared connections with me, you’re getting an interview. If you don’t, well you’d have to impress me somewhere else. Linked in is such a low hanging fruit, use it. Google how to create a killer linked in profile, it’s not that hard! First thing is a good picture.

6. List generic skills – Everyone is a team player, fast learner, has good interpersonal skills etc. What did you do to demonstrate a trait? That’s what employers are interested in.

Example:

‘I have good planning skills’ – poor.

‘I planned an event for 1000 people with a tight budget that achieved a 90% satisfaction rate in a post-event survey’ – better.

Always try to put figures to your achievements. Tell me, ‘I led a new marketing initiative that raised sales by 100%’, I want to talk to you yesterday!

7. Use a photo – Unless you’re working in the media this is generally a bad idea. If you must use a photo, ensure it’s professionally taken against a plain background.

8. Include Interests and hobbies – Take this section out. Leave it in only if it’s spectacular. That is something like you were a champion dancer or a published author, otherwise, nobody cares about it. Everyone likes to read, dance and meet new people. Why should that make anyone want to hire you?

9. Demonstrate inexperience – Is your CV too sparse? go and find something to do to fill it up. If you’re approaching 30 and only have a few lines in your CV, sorry it will end up in the trash. 20-year-olds now are becoming billionaires so go out and get some experience somehow and somewhere. Being unproductive in your own time signals to the employer that you will be unproductive on his time. Even if it’s farming you have to go do, do it and put it in your CV, there is dignity in every kind of labor.

The trick to a killer CV when you’re inexperienced is to create a model CV with all the experiences and skills employees want. It would be a lie at first, but make it a goal to convert every single lie to a truth. You will look back in a few years time and realize you have become an amazing person. You don’t need a job to do this. Just initiative and a hard working mentality.

Hiring is risky. reduce the risk by letting the potential employer know that the job he’s about to give you will be easy for you to do because you’ve demonstrated it in the past.

Building your new home is an exciting and at times overwhelming experience, but for your builder it is very routine, which is why you need to be an active participant in all aspects of the home building process to ensure you end up with "YOUR" dream home.

Building your new home cannot be a passive exercise, because there are so many decisions that "must be" made by you. If you are unable or unwilling to make these decisions, you will force your builder to make them and run the risk that your new home won't turn out the way you envisioned it or cost what you thought. Here are 5 things you must know and take into consideration when building your new home:

1. Know your numbers

Before you start building your new home, run some numbers to determine whether you can afford to build the home you want. Most house plans offer a cost to build tool (usually for a nominal fee) to give you an accurate estimate of construction costs based on where you're building. The numbers include the costs of construction, tax benefits, funds for the down payment and slush account, and other related calculations.

Once you've determined you can afford to build the house you want — purchase your house plan and head to the bank to arrange for financing. Keep in mind that home construction lending is a little different than regular mortgage financing. First you'll need a home construction line of credit that will be used to pay subcontractors and suppliers who perform work and provide supplies. Once your house is constructed, you will need a residential mortgage to pay off the construction line.

2. Check the reputation of your builder

Many builders are out there, but not all are created equal. Do a little research to find out which builders have the best reputation. Whether you search for information online or get recommendations from your family and friends, find out whether a builder is respected for doing quality work as well as being punctual. Our architects and designers recommend that you use only builders who are members of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

3. Build with resale in mind

No matter how much you love the house that you are building, it's unlikely that it will be the last home you will ever own. Knowing that, you should be mindful of its potential resale value. Don't add so many upgrades that you overprice your home for the neighborhood. And don't choose anything too out of the ordinary. Ask yourself if the features you're considering installing are likely going to appeal to others.

4. Think Green

Make sure you do your research to maximize energy-efficiency in the design of your new home. Your architect and builder can help ensure that your windows are South-facing so you get as much sunshine as possible heating your home. You'll want to makes sure that bathrooms, laundries and garages are on the south side of your home and have small windows to minimize heat loss. Spend time choosing your insulation and HVAC systems, as well as energy-efficient appliances and WaterSense faucets and toilets.

5. Don't forget the punch

Part of the final phase of building a new home is to go over your "punch list." A punch list is a list created at the end of construction that shows what needs to still be done or what needs to be repaired on the new construction. You and your contractor will create this list the week before closing when you go through your final walk through. You should be taking notes every time you visit your construction site or do a walk through.

If you have a real estate agent, it's a good idea to have them participate in the punch list because they are not emotionally attached to your home and may have a better eye for identifying flaws.

Remember not to get so excited that that you breeze through your punch list, because you don't want regret that you didn't take the time to fix these problems.
